Too many bad reviews and they were right. I never heard back from them even after telling them what I needed. It ended up working for me in the end because I got my shirts at Big Frog and they are perfect and the costumer service was great there!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t understand how places manage to stay open for business when the service is terrible... I went back and forth w the owner for two weeks about my order and every time it was a different reason on why I couldn’t get my shirts when HE said. And the only reason I would go back and forth with him was because he would tell me a day and they would not be ready when he said they would be. When I finally got my shirts it wasn’t what I wanted. He charged me for a front and back print and all I got was a front print... I never went back to get the shirts fixed because I didnt wanna go back and forth with him AGAIN for another two weeks or who knows how long. I wouldn’t recommend it here.

Horrible customer service. I am a pretty easy going person, so getting me to complain is a feat in its own. I had ordered 8 shirts, two hats to be custom made for my start up business. The shirts came out sketch, as the white in the design printed more transparent than white. I received the shirts two days late and the excuse was that a bigger order took priority over mine. Which was probably bs. The two hats that they had in stock, that I had purchased from them, never got printed! Three weeks of waiting on the hats I finally broke down and bought some from another source and took the hats to happy cow, I was willing to make this happen but it was apparent that the owner didn’t want to do the work. I got my refund for the original two hats and left this poorly ran business. If you don’t want to do a job just say it, don’t leave a customer hanging.Do not do business here if you want professional work done.

Horrible service at Sunland Park Mall location!!! Wasnt able to deliver what was agreed upon. Changed the image, changed the font, and color. Male worker extremely unprofessional, sarcastic, and rude. Only good thing about this establishment was the female worker who was extremely nice. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY SUPPORTING THEM.

Place was closed, got there and a construction worker told us they have been closed for two days.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in and was told my shirts were going to cost $10 in total for one shirt which included the shirt and ended up being $16.99 per shirt even when I told the owner how many I needed. The owner is very sarcastic and so unprofessional. I had to keep reminding him about all the emails I was sending. He tried lying to me saying I was the one not responding to him when I clearly have proof that he was the one never responding. Do not bring your service here.

Been waiting 3 months now with back and forth with no involvement from owner. We had to constantly ask for the status of a unit t-shirt design as a sample for us to order over 100 more. His only comment was about the image not being proper format but was told he would fix it for $35 but never did. Have stopped by multiple times to pick up and each time he acted like he didnt know which project it was about and how he seemed inconvenienced. He was given the benefit of the doubt as COVID is going on and may have been short staffed, but if the project was too much to take on, I would have looked elsewhere. Instead, after many phone calls and emails and ultimately 3 months, its still not ready. Will recommend to other Military units to not utilize his services.
