I am amazed at the customer service we are receiving; its been amazing! Our pick up date is not til the end of the month, so I can not say anything about the product yet, but the way they have handled our situation, order, and the level of service, it all has been superb!!! We have been working with Ken, and he has been great! Definitely THE BEST shop in town & great prices!

The owner named Alan was very rude, unprofessional, hung up on me, raised his voice, talked over me and said he wouldnt work with me and when I called back he said You can keep calling and we wont answer. As far as the company I have raving reviews about it just not this particular person. No one should be talked to in that way. There are ways to have a proper conversation with opposing views. Never work with people that are rude and unprofessional. I am so glad I am able to write this review so that other out there can be careful who they talk to. It is truly sad that there are people like this out there. I hope I helped someone today :)

The man that works there is rude and comes out and likes to scream at people when the parking doesnt say no parking. Hes across the street from the parking and he thinks he owns the parking lot.

I just wanted to say that this printing company has been doing good things in this community even before the support that they have shown during this tragedy. They have worked with my children’s school choir and given us a great deal on shirts we needed. As a parent trying to support our school, I’m proud to have been able to work with them! They are a great part of this community!

The shirts are printed on soft fabric and the designs are all so cool. I couldn’t decide which one I wanted. I stopped by in person and the staff is very friendly and attentive. They also have a dog in store which was a nice plus to stopping by in person.

The people there are very nice, and while it was a pretty busy day, there wasn’t a long wait time to be helped. They have a fair assortment of products but the primary focus is on graphic tees that are El Paso focused. Bonus points for having their dog quietly greeting people at the front. Overall really good.

Such a great shop! Had a very last minute birthday gift idea that they made possible.

These guys were so helpful with my daughters Girl Scout troop. The girls submitted a design and they made it better. Then they allowed the girls to come in to make their own shirts. I have ordered about a dozen different patches from these guys over the past year or so. On my most recent order there was an error (one item not included); when I contacted them about it, I got an immediate response and the missing item was sent out right away, along with an extra patch. Outstanding customer service even with small orders like mine, and always a pleasure to do business with them.

Proper Printshop has just been absolutely great from the first time we worked with them. They were able to work with our designs, give us great prices, and quality products. Recently I had a last minute order for them that they were able to get done for me. They care about customers, are some of the nicest people, and run a fantastic business.

Ordered just 1 shirt on Monday afternoon & it was ready by Wednesday afternoon. They did a GREAT job on the t-shirt with only a picture on my phone, that I emailed to them! Highly recommend them for single shirts, needed on a moments notice, or otherwise of course. The guys are Proper Print Shop are awesome!!! Our church had worked with Proper on a print job years ago and they did a fantastic job so when we decided to have t-shirts made, we knew exactly who to contact. This time I had the pleasure of working with Alan. When we initially started I was told the turnaround time would be 1-2 weeks, but when we finalized the design, the guys at Proper had our shirts ready by the next day and the shirts looked great! Ive never been so disgusted with a business, this shop has the worst customer service. I sent in a file of an illustration I spent weeks on for a client who requested specific colors. For some reason when I went in to pick up the shirt the purple in the image had been completely changed to blue. I was confused as to why this was and was politely asking questions to get some sort of answer, right away I was shut down for even questioning it and was told to just accept it. The employee balled up the shirt in my face and threw it in the trash, saying he didnt have to do business with me. I was completely taken aback by how aggressive the employee was, rude and offering no help or solutions. He said the only people who would differentiate the colors were purple nazis. I needed the shirt for my client and asked him to get it out so I could take a picture to send. He was arguing the color was only off by a bit, but immediately after holding up the shirt to the original file admitted that it was royal blue. Not purple. But was still being completely aggressive and non helpful. Ill never go back to a place that has no business being a business.

I stumbled on Proper when I became a teacher and for the last couple of years I have gone to them for my student council shirts, school logo shirts and for my campaign needs. They have not only done exceptional work but they always take the time to work with me on various aspects (color scheme, different ideas, shirt quality, etc) to make sure I am happy with the final product. Even if I am in a tight time crunch they will do everything in their power to get everything done in a timely manner. They have an amazing eye for design and are very creative, even their studios vibe is super inviting and warm! They always go out of their way to make sure that the end product is one that is in my best interest, in regards to quality and comfort! Honestly, I wouldnt recommend anyone else for design in general!
