Excellent customer service. BF embroidered a hat for me and mistakenly sewed the adjustment strap to the hat and the embroidery. They gladly redid a new hat and no issues.

I ordered t-shirts for my churchs upcoming womens conference, and they look great! Karla was so helpful and patient - we got all the details taken care of by email, and she did a great job answering all of my questions. Thank you so much to Angie, Karla, and the Big Frog team!

The ordering process was easy and fast. They provided great communication at first and I appreciated their commitment to have the order ready by the agreed date. However, when I picked up my shirt order, there was one that was a different color than the rest. Apparently the vendor was out of the specific color so they replaced it with a different shade (without my approval). At first I was annoyed that this wasnt mentioned to me prior to picking up my order but the employee said the correct color would be reordered and would call me 2 days later to confirm. I received no call or an update! One week later, I called to see what the status was and I come to find out nothing had been done to fix their mistake. It sounded like they had forgot. Instead of taking immediate action, I was told that they would call me tomorrow morning instead because they needed to check with a manager. Not the best at handling situations like this nor did they communicate with me on the status of replacing their mistake. I would have given them 4 stars but the fact that a week went by without any update, brought them down to two stars. Things happen, I get it, but please communicate and keep customers in the loop.

We needed just a couple of shirts, not dozens like most online orders need to be, the store is beautiful and welcoming and got us excited to be there, the staff was very help, they made great recommendations and we are excited to get our shirts done and we are ready to wear them! I saw there was a sign that gives you a FREE shirt on your birthday! how exciting!!

The quality of product is great! The staff is beyond wonderful. Angie the owner is a sweetheart and I thank her soooooo much for having my order ready right when we needed it. I called the El Paso branch because my Uncle had designed and ordered shirts there recently (this shop being local to him). My Aunt is battling cancer and I wanted to order the same shirt design for my family to wear (in the Boston, MA area), as were doing videos for my Aunt wearing the shirts to let her know were all here for her and cheering her on in her fight. Arianna was amazing, understanding and more than happy to help me achieve this goal. She recalled my Uncles order and was willing to print more shirts and ship them to Boston for us. The price was more than fair, and the customer service was exceptional!

This company was very responsive and polite to my inquiries. Im new to El paso. This was by far the best custom made t-shirt Ive had made, it came out exactly as the sample they emailed me. The price was good. Very professional and timely with returning calls and emails. Ive told other about the store. Ill will definitely use them again!

T shirt screen print quality is terrific customer service sucks though, at least from my experience. I accidentally left an extra t shirt and instead of contacting me about weather or not I wanted it printed on, they went ahead and printed on it anyway. This was unbeknownst to me until the day I went to retrieve my order I was told that I could either pay for Extra T-shirt that they printed on or they would destroy it. Those were my two options, So I was basically strong-armed into paying for the item even though I didn’t ask for it. And then my items took an extra week to be printed on top of all that so I had to wait longer than I was told and then when I asked if I could be compensated with any type of discount they gave me a 20% off flyer for a discount And then when I tried to use it they told me I couldn’t use it because I had brought my own T-shirts but nowhere on the flyer did it state that stipulation. I submitted this complaint via email because I was asked about my service experience and someone contacted me and I never got back to her. But the bottom line is no one should be getting strong armed for their money. AND WEATHER MY PURCHASE WAS IN DECEMBER OR YESTERDAY MY EXPERIENCE STILL STANDS TRUE AND I BARELY GOT AROUND TO REVIEWING IT. It Wasn’t a priority to review your staffs poor service and no need to show up to your establishment anymore, thanks for the invite though.

Today I got my t shirt and it was a mess! I only ask for 3verses on the back, but it came with more. The front was good, which I liked! I wont get my money back, which is almost 30 dollars. Lack of communication between me and her. I give it five 👎👎👎👎👎 down!! Regular and new customers beware.

She had prepared some art by coloring the design that we were going to print for her and because she couldn’t go in person to see how the state of the art equipment that Angie has in her shop printed it, the girls there were super nice to record the moment when the production of her masterpiece happened and this way, Luciana was able to see how her shirt was created! She sent me a video thanking me for her lovely gift and she was impressed to see the staff at big frog recording it and addressing it to her and that made her feel very special. Very quick and efficient service. I got exactly what I wanted. I like that there is a big variety to choose from, but it would be nice to see more of those products in the store. Stephanie was fantastic though! She suggested several different styles with different thicknesses and used what she had in the store to give me an idea of what said product would both look and feel like.

This was so easy. Why do other places take 4 weeks to fill our unit t-shirt orders when we could have gone to Big Frog and gotten way more for the money? Big Frog in East El Paso took care of me on my lunch break! My order started as a concept over the phone. I wanted something unique and special for my Artists Club. I arrived in person and was matched to the Big Frog Artist, and she went to work making my idea in color. It looks beautiful and they helped me keep it a secret until my order was delivered. It was perfect. They agreed to keep my template because its already been requested again from my club members.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experience, walked in to the store didn’t get greeted/acknowledged (no big deal) waited for the employee to finish up with a customer she was the only one in the front, after 7mins in the store without a simple “we will be right right you” I apologize and ask if she was the only one here working, she looked at me and went to the back then came back and said “we will be right with you” waited and waited and still nothing. I told the young lady I’ll just come back her response was a nonchalant ok smh. Then I called and try to speak to the manager and same young lady answered and said she wasn’t available she was with a customer I said I would wait for her she said “ no she will call you back” I told her I didn’t mind holding she said “ I don’t want you being on hold for a while “ how kind of her right lol, I told her I would wait then she hanged up. Won’t be going back there again.

Of course I waited till the last minute before Christmas to order new hats that my employees requested but Big Frog saved the day. The experience was fast and painless and they didnt make me feel bad for waiting till the last minute. Hats came out fabulous and we even got them a day earlier than we thought. Highly recommend them.

Wow, great people. I walked in 15 minutes before closing time on Saturday, 12:45. (Closes at 1pm) and Vanessa and Angie were happy to help me. They even stayed late to finish the job. Usually if I want a custom t-shirt i would order it from an online store, but luckily I live in El Paso and came across this amazing shop. I could of not asked for a better experience. I already had a design in mind that I wanted and Stephanie was more than helpful in converting that idea into reality. Out of curiosity, I asked and she in explained the way shirts are printed and the different price ranges that are available. Ill be coming back for sure!

We got office shirts from Big Frog, and they fit really well. The cut on the shirt, for women, isnt too low, its actually flattering, but not scandalous. I would go one size up, for wiggle room!

We’ve had Big Frog do 3 projects for us, now. The latest was for Valentine’s Day. We stopped by the shop one day before to see if we could have a last minute order filled in time for Valentine’s Day. The artist, Martin, took the the time to hear our idea, put something together in about an hour (while working in between projects), and we had our custome designed T-shirt that same day! You saved Valentine’s Day for us, Big Frog!

Horrible service. Dont call when they say they will. Say product will be done by a certain day and never is. Wrong colors. Waited over a month for shirts. Messed up my order twice. The final product logo is still wrong. Asked for American flags that I paid for and they didnt even put them. No sign that they even cared. I didnt rush these people, and I definitely wasnt a bad customer. I was patient, and hoping for the best, because these are company shirts that I paid for. Whoever moderates these reviews just know that your lack of regard to customer satisfaction, and poor product quality is going to be your downfall. That money that I gave your company for a product you promised, but I didnt recieve is yours. Maybe you can use it for some type of training, or hire a quality control person.
