Terrible service.I am sure others have already said the same, so I wont bother detailing my experience.I just want to leave this review to mention that it has not gotten any better.
It was 9:30pm and the pharmacy closes at 10pm and I was picking up my prescription and a guy named Eric came on and was very short and sounded like he was annoyed he had to help me. After sending out my prescription he didn’t ask if I had questions, didn’t say thank you he didnt say anything. Just walked away. Customer service is horrible. I will be going across the street to Walgreens next time.
The WORST service. Had me waiting for an hour and a half after they said my prescription was going to be ready in 20 minutes and i ended up leaving with bare hands. They kept saying I have to pay way more than what I was originally told because somehow my insurance isn’t in the system after they put it every time I go. It’s ridiculous. The visit before this one, they couldn’t find my prescription. They had a mess in the back. The staff is very rude. They do not make eye contact or at least look at you when they are talking and when asked to repeat something I missed, they hesitate and repeat it with an attitude. They have an extremely slow service even though they have a lot of staff members there. At least two were sitting down having a conversation and laughing . Another one was just walking around with a fountain drink around the working area. No wonder they didn’t have my prescription. This is nothing compared to Walmart or Walgreens, they were fast and patient with me.
I have been waiting in line to pick up medication for over an hour. I understand the business being short staffed but over an hour wait is ridiculous.
Worst service ever. transferring to Walgreens. long lines in and out. they never know anything when you ask question. and bathrooms oh my god. they are filthy never been cleaned. very unprofessional.
Pharmaceutical technicians do not know how to give information. If you do not know the answer to things simply do not give false information or say “it’s how you worded your question”. Your misinterpretation is not a customers fault. Management really needs to hire knowledgeable customer service representatives...
The drive through says full service both lanes but in actuality it’s not. They have no signs stating where to go for the covid testing or where you need to be. You have to be in the inside lane or you are told to go around and get back in line. I had an appointment and it’s still a very long wait.
It is so sad that I have to sit and count my pills all the time. All 60. Been shorted 3 times now. People ensure you receive your full prescription.
Submitted my sample for COVID test 10 days ago. Still no results. Have set up and registered on their website and My Chart App etc.,, Ive done everything I can do on my end... waiting on them.
5:30 pm, Horrible customer service! Had to talk to 3 different people to let them know i was there to pick up a prescription for my daughter. They looked at me like I was talking Chinese. At the end no body knew anything. I dont understand how the people at the pharmacy got a job there. They are really unprofessional and LOOK unprofessional. After all the bad reviews this place has I dont understand why its still open. Smh CVS..
Opening time and time when employees actually show up is totally different.
Absolutely disgusting selection. Their products are covered in dust and are opened. People couldn’t even check out because there was no one at the front counter. When an employee that was stocking shelves was asked about it he said sorry no one is working that section right now. What? You mean you don’t have someone working the check out line? The phones were giving them issues and a lady in the pharmacy hung up on me while I was trying to ask for a manager because a prescription they gave me was going to expire too soon. Even the box that my medicine was given to me in was covered in dust. They said they could make a note on my file not to give me medications that are close to expiration. Why should that even be an option? Shouldn’t they want to give you medication that isn’t close to expiring. They said that they throw out prescriptions that are a month away from expiration...LIES. Mine expires in August. 4 days away from a month and they still gave it to me and said too bad. They just try to get rid of products that they have held on to for too long. WORST CVS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Poor customer service and their store is filthy! I have no intentions on returning to this store. For a $10 prescription you lost my business and I returned close to $70 with of merchandise and bought it all on amazon for half the price. Oh and be warned the shift manager will try to tell you you can’t return things if you don’t have all the coupons that come with your receipt. I had the receipt with the items listed and the barcode and he said he needed the whole receipt WITH the coupons. I said that I didn’t have the full thing and he began to tell me he couldn’t return it. I started taking stuff out of my bag and putting it on the counter to get him to just return my stuff. AND THAT WAS A SHIFT MANAGER. You all need better management and customer service.
This location has always had the nicest employees. Very helpful and kind. Ill admit, sometimes at the pharmacy there is a bit of a wait but they are busy. And being busy says a lot about them to me, they are taking their time to do the job right as well as lots of customers. Definitely prefer this to Walgreens across the street.
Had an appointment to do a Covid test I fall in line wait for one hour it tells me both lanes are full service so I choose one and they told me I have to get back in line and go on the left lane so I will take another hour this place is outrageous
Very rude and unprofessional staff. I just called to ask if they had received a prescription order for my uncle so we dont go there pointlessly, and the guy that picked up the phone kept cutting me off and was so unnecessarily condescending. I was asking an innocent question, no need to talk to me like Im a childHe also kind of low key accused my uncle of lying about getting more medication at another pharmacy because its not being covered until March. Like, what?! Its not like hes a drug addict chasing opiates, its just a crummy over the counter medication, why would he go behind his doctors back to get more meds at a different pharmacy? Ridiculous.
Pharmacy help is very slow, had to wait while they contacted my insurance provider even after I was already in system. Had to use bathroom and was a mess, had not been cleaned in awhile. Toilet was smeared with waste, door black from not cleaning. Very discussted in this place. Will not be going back.
Nice people, slow service. Not enough workers to complete prescriptions correctly. While waiting, witnessed other customers experiencing the same problem. I tried calling prior to going into the store and no wonder there was no answer. They were swamped, phones couldnt get answered.
I go to this CVS because it’s location is convenient for me, and I have a Caremark card. However every time I fill my prescription here there is an issue. Either it’s ready a long while later or they tell me it’s ready and turns out they won’t have it supplied for four days. If I’m filling a prescription it’s safe to say I need it to recover and 4 days is an insult to my health and well being. I honestly don’t know why I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt. I will not return to any CVS. Walgreens rushes to fill my prescription and I never have any issues so I’ll stick with then indefinitely.
Dont ever print inivitations here. They were not ready even though they had been ordered a day before I picked them up. Also, they printed two invites per sheet and decided that they would cut them in half for me.....how thoughtful. Thanks for RIPPING them apart for me. If that wasnt enough...they were also printed crooked. Next time....I will stick with walgreens photo.
Overpriced place, youll find cheaper prices at Target or even Walmart, the pharmacy is not bad and they actually work hard to push your medicine out as soon as possible. Second time making a bathroom break at this place and it always has a cleaning problem, the place is dirtier than a restroom in a third world country.
They had gift cards stock very good I want to 3 different stores for a gift card I needed they didnt have it until I came here
The worst CVS yet. They never seem to have any weekly ads. Trying to print out your coupons seem to be a challenge. And when you ask someone to print the coupons for you because the coupon machine is down, they want you to buy something first.Im a frequent CVS shopper, but this CVS lost my business. Im willing to travel further just to get the service everyone needs. By the way, they do not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance.
They always tell you that they will have your order ready in 15 minutes when you arrive to pickup, that takes longer. Also they are always under staffed. They take at times 30 minutes to answer your phone calls.Also, my wife waited 2 weeks to get her pre-natal vitamins. They kept on telling her that in 3-4 days they will receive it. Unacceptable. I will be going across the street to Walgreens.
Give them only one star because it doesn’t let me put 0, worst service ever, the girl over at the pharmacy was only checking her Apple Watch, really slow service the kept on forgetting orders
Do the phones even work here???? I dont know what is more ridiculous that I actually waited an entire hour to speak to someone or that they are so busy assisting other customers that they cant answer the telephone! I just had one simple question to ask to save me the trip of going and i couldnt even get that. I had already gone once before and the staff was clueless and unprofessional, should have learned my lesson then. To anyone reading this DO NOT get your prescriptions here! Go somewhere else for better assistance. CVS pharmacy is definitely not the place.
This is the worst CVS I have been to. The pharmacy has the worst customer service starting with the pharmacist. There is always a long line inside the store to pick up prescriptions as is on the drive thru. When you call the same thing it took the pharmacy 20 minutes to pick up the phone. Horrible I prefer to drive the extra 10 miles than to deal with this unkeeped, unprofessional CVS.
My rating is for the pharmacy. Although the staff aren’t really rude nor really nice, it’s their incompetence I’m really fed up with. I refilled my meds online yesterday morning and pick up was for 4pm(Walgreen would have it ready for pick up way earlier). So yesterday I went at 4. It wasn’t ready due to them being 2 DAYS BEHIND on all their refills! My husband demanded they expedite because I can’t miss a dose so they said to go back in 2 hours. This location is a little far so we decided to pick up the next morning after we drop off the kids. So that was plenty of extra time, right? Of course, it wasn’t ready this morning. I don’t believe they even bothered with the expediting. The person helping us at the window told us they’ll have it ready soon, to drive up front. My husband had to go inside. Then they couldn’t find it. Of course. Anyway, we finally got it and left. It really is like this every time. I immediately requested to transfer all my Rx to the Walgreens across the street. I’ve had enough of this. They’re NEVER ready on time or within that day even. This is unacceptable especially for people like me who CAN’T afford to miss a dose. So for those of you reading these reviews to help decide which pharmacy to go to, I recommend Walgreens. I don’t know about other CVS locations but this one is the worst.

Terrible service hold time on the phone over 50 minutes. They take just as long through the drive through. Save yourself time and avoid the headache. I recommend Walgreens and Walmart.
Does anyone answer phones at the pharmacy?! Been on hold almost 30 min trying to get status on a medication that was called in yesterday. This is ridiculous!!
Where to start, first time I went took them 3 days to fill my sons prescription for his ADHD medication Im sure it would have taken longer but I stopped by to ask. Then after 3 days they tell me they only have 22 instead of 30 at this point I dont even care I tell them Ill take the 22 then the pharmacist oh never mind I do have the 30. Next time my kids got the flu took them forever to get my sons medication went back again the next day because my other child got the flu they were out of stock. The following week I go in again because my remaining children got strep dropped the medicine off around 230pm they said Id get a text around 630pm, nothing. Next day I stop by again to check on the meds they are still not ready they wont be ready until maybe 2pm. Finally I get a text and my prescription is ready I get home and the azythromicin is just the powder they didnt even mix it now I have to go back again. The wait is ridiculous only reason I keep going back is because this is the closest to my house and Walgreens no longer accepts my insurance. I hate this freaking pharmacy its absolutely the worst.

I went to the cvs on zaragosa on January 13 2018.. I wanted to use some coupons and the young lady there (big girl, dark curly hair, with glasses ) was so rude to me.She was argumentive and even went as far to running her hands on her already messy hair as if i was stressing her out to the point of no return) to tell me and i quote just put your card thru !!!) I said your very rude and if you cant work with customers dont have this job. Even the customer waiting in line offered to pay my difference ! I was so embarrassed and had a very unpleasant experience here. The manager of this store still needs to return my call... Im recommend to anyone wanting to go to this cvs to go across the street to Walgreens theyre much nicer there.
Horrible service!The pharmacy techs are clueless ALL the time. The hold times on the phones are ridiculous. The wait times via drive through are horrible as well! Almost an hour before you get helped!And whenever a prescription is sent, they fill until two days later but god forbid you take two days to pick up your prescription cause they return them right away! Will not be using CVS anymore. Thank god Walgreens is across the street!!

Im very happy to have CVS in El Paso cos Theyre my providers I used to be mad all the time with the mail orders. But most of all Im happy that Walgreens has competitors because they were going crazy with the medicines and prices and I told them that they were going to have somebody to compete with them and Im very proud of this... I was Walgreens customer for More then 30 years they treated me like nothing because they had the handle well not anymore HahHaha hahahaha

They took more than 24 hours to fill flu prescription for my kids, then I show up when they are suppose to be ready and still had to wait about 30 mins.
They leave holding on phone for over 10 min before anyone answers. Might be understaffed due to their greedy corporation.

Service at the pharmacy is always slow the people see you waiting and they dont care . They also never answer the phones. I had a medication called in on Wednesday, went on Saturday to pick it up and was not ready. AWFUL SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!

The doctor was playing around too much, and the assistants couldn’t even help us with what we need, never had these problems with Walmart or Walgreens

The pharmacy is horrible. The staff are slow unresponsive and never know what is going on with the prescriptions. Service is always slow weather it is through drive through or in the store. Prescriptions take DAYS to get filled, and if there is a problem the staff never inform you of it until youre there to pick it up. I have tried it a couple of times and i will not be returning here ever again
