My wife and I went in today and got refreshing and delightful customer service. I dont remember his name but he had long black hair and and genuine smile. He was very knowledgeable about the product and friendly while assisting other customers because the store was packed. We ended up enjoying the experience so much we bought a bong along with what we came in there for originally. 5 star service my friend. We will be back

I absolutely love this shop, there have been some instances where the prices are lower at this location for the same products at other smoke shops. I also enjoy the customer service, Omar is knowledgeable and only one of the many employees who are more than happy to help you out with any smoking needsDefinitely recommend. 👍🏼

Keep trying to support this place after a few rude experiences. Every time I try to buy multiple items they tell me “there’s a shortage in the nation so I can only sell you two.” This is the only store in town that tells me this lie. The employees are always rude like if i’m bothering them by going in to buy something. And I understand the mask thing, But I am vaccinated and it is not required in Texas anymore. So not letting me shop in an empty store is baffling. I try to support local businesses as much as I can. But this is my last visit to this shop. I recommend you go to any other smoke shop in town.

Always love this place, best selection for disposables. Unfortunately today was my first negative experience. I got 2 of them one wasn’t hitting right when it was tested so it was exchanged. Now I get home and the one it was replaced with that tasted ok the first 2 hits tastes completely burnt after 4 hits total.. Called in and was told as soon as it leaves there’s no exchanges.. I understand that’s policy but I’m in there multiple times a week buying puffs.. I get it but doesn’t seem okay that now I’m out 25$ for something that doesn’t work...

Came in Sunday 9pm and guy Juan was working. Terrible customer service, bad attitude, didnt offer me anything and was very short with his answers as if I was bothering him by asking questions in regards to items being sold in there. He acted as if he was busy but i was only customer in store. Businesses close cause of employees like this one. Wont be coming here again. Too many shops in town to be dealing with tude.

Kind of shady when a place cant or wont back up their products. I bought a disposable for my daughter. Wasnt told to test it in the shop. Took it home and she tried it. It doesnt work. Had a receipt and everything, but they wouldnt exchange the product. I understand their policy, but that should apply to people wanting their money back or deciding they dont like the flavor they picked. To sell a subpar product and then not even trade it out is bad business to me.***Edited to add: I was NOT given the option to test the product in the store. I explained that to the gentleman behind the counter when I went to see if theyd switch out the defective disposable.

Great Smoke Shop with very friendly staff... i go there all the time for my vape needs and they have some of the coolest staff and they always have a wide selection on the vapes glass and pretty much anything you need... this is also the biggest and best smoke shop you’ll find in el paso

I stop in frequently for their house brand kratom. Customer service is always awesome.

As I walked up to the store the wonderful scent of incense was in the air, I floated right in. Customer service was great. Garmin(not sure if spelling is correct) was able to answer my questions while assisting other customers. He was very friendly & quick. Looking forward to some CBD flower power at great prices.
