Great service, my friend send to to this shop becuase I needed a charger, the employee showed me some options, and helped me to choose the best one. They also have CBD juices, really good prices. They have a big variaty of incenses.

Went in and bought 2 different types of juice for .y vape mod. Reasonable prices.

WAS a frequent customer. The device I bought misfired and was burnt. Not that these devices are worth anything to begin with. Waited until the morning to return because they were closed later that night. Tried to exchange it and the rude boy that works there accused me of smoking the entire device and refused to exchange it. When I explained the situation he just got more irate and did nothing to help. Congrats on losing another customer. I recommended all of my friends to go there cause normally everyone there is nice and actually customer service friendly.

Great Vibes. The female at the counter (wish I would have gotten her name, her hair was pretty cool though: dyed half black and half white) knew what she was talking about, and me being new to vaping, was able to walk me through my options and even helped with setting up my vape pen.The service was quick and I am definitely happy with my experience and purchase. The employees are really nice and welcoming. Always attentive and ready for whatever you need. They are willing to help you out with any questions or selections. They will recommend the best product. Im very indecisive when it comes to picking out a piece and they are very patient. The only wrong encounter I had was with a lady she was a bit rude but other than that everyone else has been really helpful.

Absolutely awesomeness from start to finish. Felt like being back home (WA). Very chill atmosphere. She listened to my wants and was very patient as we worked together to make them happen. Prices were decent, not overly pricey and not on the excessively cheap end. I also appreciated not felling pressured to buy anything other than what I came for which is a major plus factor for me. Definitely recommend and will be back to fulfill my smoking needs in the future.

These guys are nice. They have a good selection of products, hookah stuff to, which is what I was there for. You can buy every kind of hookah accessory here, hoses, charcoal, individual bowls and adapters. The staff is friendly too, and the prices for hookah stuff is very reasonable. They have an excellent range of tobacco flavors too.

Went to go buy tobacoo for the hookah on multiple times. The staff are very good and know their products. They answered all my questions. Pretty clean and well maintained place. Staff are friendly and cool to talk to. Nothing really much to say. I havent gone to many smokeshops in this city but if I would Id definitely go to that place.

They have a big variety, they used to give excellent service, but I have bought 4 vapor pipes and Ive had problems with all of them, they only give you 2 weeks to exchange and if youre not satisfied with the product they wont exchange unless its defective, theyre a bunch of crooks I recommend Smokers paradise!!!

Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They have a variety of brands and straps of Kratom. Good prices for both capsules & powder presentations of Kratom.Overall, its a good place for fast, cheap Kratom and the late hours help too.

Im on the side of staying open for posted hours. Inconsistency in hours of operation hurt your business and your customer, who may think next time: yeah, we COULD go there, but they might not be open.... A Vape store nearby is notorious for opening randomly, not opening some Sundays and closing early--I know several repeat Vape Stores that I have crossed off my list permanently as a result of that unreliability. But this one was by far the worst I have seen, I showed up an hour prier to closing drove 20 minutes out of my way because they were the only store that was open. When I arrived I was surprised to see that the store sign said closed. I saw people inside smoking so I got out and knocked on the door. I was greeted with a Sorry we are closed. I assumed it was for inventory or meetings of that sort. So I got back in my car a bit frustrated but it was fine and looked for another late night Vape Store on my phone. Not 5 minutes had passed until 6 or 7 people had approached and I saw them knock as I did and then were just let in by the same guy who turned me a way. It was kind of insulting to say the least but, never the less I will not be going back there. If you are going to close early have it posted on your website thats all Im saying.If you will be having a meeting or close early then please post it so people are not misinformed and dont waist their time.

Wish i could give it 0 stars! Their employees seem to know nothing about their merchandise came in asking for a coil and he couldnt price it. He went to the back to get the manager and came back to tell us he would be out later because he was on a phone call. The employee then contacted another store to inquire the price and that employee didnt know either! Terrible service. Not happy at all.

Used to shop at the place frequently. After an employee lied to me stating that I could return a vape pen I was left with a bad experience and will probably never go back. I did not open the package and had a receipt but the employee who helped me gave me false info before purchasing. If I cant trust the word of your employee I will not trust your establishment. I cannot not recommend this place.
