They have stickers with a price but they ring you up they charge a different price. Gregory w was the cashier and was rude when asked about pricing. Very unprofessional and ridiculously rude. Even laughed after he charged me. DO NOT RECOMMEND. When I tried calling the number on receipt no one answered and I can’t even leave a message. Idk how they are still in business running things like this

Bought a vape pen that only lasted one day before it stopped working and the manager wouldn’t replace it. It was a $27.00 purchase and she didn’t show any understanding or care that their product is cheap and continues to sell them. Will never buy from any of these chain smoke shops. Scams all of them

I will not shop here anymore, I had a bad experience with the “manager “ she is very unprofessional, rude, and her appearance was very unacceptable.She is the very short one with glasses. Her hair looked like you could use the oil residue to cook an egg and there was a (Fishy smell) I could smell over across the counter.I have been a customer since it opened always sending people to their store.On this particular day, I had bought a vape from a young man named Alex, spent almost $40 on this vape, went home, the vape didn’t work so the next day I went in and told her my problem, she told me it was “too bad “ she couldn’t replace or give me a refund. She said “that’s why we tell you to smoke it in front of us before you leave” I told her well the person who sold me this vape didn’t tell me that before I left the store. She said “ oh come on you been here before you know “ and I thought to myself that was very rude to tel me that.I’m not lying, I told her You can even see on the cameras that there was no box to dispose of the packaging, like I said earlier they tell you to test it out in front of them. I asked her for a manager she said she was the manager, I thought to myself who would hire her to manage this store or any other store for that matter just her appearance alone would be enough for me as a store owner not to even have her cleaning the store which by the way is very dirty and like I said it smelled like fish and underarm and dirty sweaty hair, the place is a small store so the Odor lingered throughout. I will not come back and with so many smoke shops around, this place is sure to lose business with “employees like her. I recommend The vapory it’s on lee Trevino close to the gateway west, very clean store, very presentable personnel. I hope the owner of the store can see my review and better train the employees he/she they/them have in their stores. Hope this helps anyone who is interested in doing business at this smoke shop store.

I come here a lot, considering its right across the street from where I live. I like the staff, very cool people.

Their hours of operation says open @ 9am, I have been there at 9:00 a.m. and their front door is still locked. This is not the first time I have encountered this, not very attentive in time management. Today I waited intentionally to see what time someone would arrive and to no avail it was 9:30 this morning when someone finally showed up to unlock the front door, unbelievable.

Would give no stars if possible. Girl in glasses could only sell me two packs of cigarillos. Really 🤨 going across the street instead.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They do provide you with all the answers to your questions. However, prices are not cheap, but all head shops are expensive.

Been here a couple times, best Best smoke shop on Zaragoza! And my side of town! Customer service is very good no issues ever. They know there business.

I love this shop. So many exotic glass work this place has everything from vapes, juices, hookah and all accessories, cigars, the new hemp wraps ryo tobacco seriously if you just googled the spot its a definite come.

I spent over $100 dollars on a glass pipe that had a faulty bowl. The store would NOT work with me in any way and refused to assist me. Not again man.
