I usually have an enjoyable experience at this location. There is an employee from Colorado and she is very helpful and very informative. However, there is another employee who is not attentive and always seems to be in a rush. I believe she goes by the name of tiny. I purchased a tiny water bong from her only to find out it was defective . I called to return the same day and she mentioned that she could not return the broken bong she sold me that all she could do was offer 15% discount on my 2nd purchase.Now as we cant smoke or touch any equipment in the shop, how are we supposed to check that the bong is operational?My point is, that I shop there frequently and I as someone who owns a business in the service industry, I understand how important customer service is. In the future I will walk right back out of the store if she is working. A manager for the store reached out. The situation was remedied quickly and humbly. Thank you Gabriel. This is customer service.

I normally have a good experience here. I enjoy my major purchases and the employees are always helpful with assisting me to purchase a new part when I break it (quite often). However, their return/exchange policy for vaporizers and disposables is absolutely terrible. Even though a manufacturer issue is under the return policy on the receipt, they have turned me away several times, inherently taking my money for nothing.

Terrible return policy. If you buy a vaporizer from here, you BETTER love it, because unless the thing is broken out of the box(which is going to be hard given they open your product and test it in the store), they wont allow you to do a return, or exchange.I bought an AirisTech Viva, with a glass bubbler attachment kit, on the 23rd of December. The vape was $75, and the bubbler piece $15. Price seemed okay, but I did see two other AirisTech products that were a bit more expensive, but didnt offer the glass bubbler attachment kit, so I stuck with the $75 one.After taking it home and using it, I was a bit underwhelmed. The vape is fine. Its not great, its not horrible, its alright. I call up the shop on the 26th(day after Christmas) to see if I can exchange it for the most expensive AirisTech product, and Ill happily pay the difference.They apparently have a 2 week period for returns, of which I was 3 days into it. They have a receipt policy. I have the receipt. But because my vaporizer still works, they wont do a return or exchange. I dont even know if that is legal, but I know this is a place you will not want to shop at.DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Cheap over priced cartridge pens. I advice that you do save your receipt because they will break within the next day. Ive gone to better smoke shops and have gotten quality worth for a cheaper price. Would not recommend this to a friend of mine.

They dont have a return policy! A employee sold me a CPENAIL vape kit and told me I had two weeks to return or extange it if it started messing up. I went in today and the so called manager told me I couldnt return or exchange it ! Horrible business ! The manager said that the employee shouldnt have told me that. That is their problem if their employees dont know their return policy! Never going to buy anything from here. The employees are stupid and the manager was rude and childish.

Walked in there about 6 weeks ago to buy some juice. New employees. A couple of guys. Very rude. Turned around and walked out. Went to Alice in Vaporland on Lomaland. Glad I decided to do that. Bought a 30ml bottle for 14 dollars. And on Fridays and Saturdays you can buy (2) 30ml bottles for only 20 dollars. They have a variety of flavors, and nicotine levels. Not like Lee Trevino Smoke Shop. VERY LIMiTED!! And overpriced.
