Worst place too come for anything. Had a stereo placed. And In 3 days it messed up. Had too go back. Dont buy the speakers! They dont work! And when you try to take them back they charge you a fee of 15 percent even with receipt and labels and everything it came with.

I went in for tint and the guy that I spoke to from tinting, was very knowledgeable. However, the guy at the front desk really didnt seem to care all that much and was consistently disrespecting the owner in front of me and second guessing everything that the owner was doing. He also has no idea of whats going on for their workload. He told me over the phone that my wait time would be 30 minutes for the one window that I was tinting and I arrived in 5 minutes. Once i got there, all the guys in the back told him that they were backed up but in 2 hours they would have it ready. It took them 4 hours to have my one window tinted and then when I arrived, it took them 40 minutes to allow me to pay because they told me to wait while they installed a vending machine through the door.

The customer service is great. They installed my speakers I bought from there and they are awesome.

The business is clean and the quality of the product is good.

If I could this place no stars I would, I took my car here around 9am to tint my car. They told me it would take 2 hours ....I called them around 1pm they said it still wasn’t ready. I Finally decided to go and see what was up around 4pm and they didn’t even tint my car. I checked my snap shot from progressive and it shows that the car was driven to 4 different locations from 9:27 am to 1:05 pm . I don’t trust them and the owner told me, that my car was never moved. But if it wasn’t moved then why didn’t they just do their job??? DONT GO, WOULDNT RECOMMEND

Great customer service and even better work. I took my amp to get repaired on Friday and it was ready on Saturday. Fast service and great repair work. I took my amp to get repaired at T&R audio and they took over a week and a half and didnt even look to see what the problem was. Always excuses for them. So I picked it up. I called Sun city Audio and told me that the tech could check the amp that same day, I went and was told the tech wasnt there, wont be back that day and they didnt know when he would return. So I went to Texas Boombox at noon and had it ready the next day by noon. No excuses like the other so called shops. If you need repairs or a brand new sound system I would definitely recommend TEXAS BOOMBOX!! THEYRE AWESOME!! And great pricing too!!! Definitely go to them from now on!!

At first, I was put off from reading all the negative comments but I am extremely glad that I decided to go and check this place out for myself.I had an overhead DVD player installed in my wifes Expedition.Their customer service is outstanding and theyll gladly discuss multiple equipment options; they arent pushy about any brand in particular and they are open about all prices on their items. The install itself was speedy for what I had done and my vehicle looks like it came equipped with the unit.I have had the DVD player installed for a few days now and have had no issues with the unit or any other aspects of the install. My children love it and it looks great.This place looks burnt down because it was, they had a fire several months back, but dont let that or the negative comments run you off; they are professional technicians with professional equipment. I will be returning.Thank you.

Worst service Ive ever seen I wouldnt expect this from a company. Paid to get a audio system installed in my truck.. they took everything apart without knowing what they were obviously doing ended up burning out my stereo cutting the wiring harness and to make things worst the owner supposedly took all responsibility gave his word that he would order my stereo from online he had me fooled for a month me believing his word. Ended up going back to the shop for my original stereo and till this day I have no sound in my truck its been 2 months now. This isnt even the whole story its just ridiculous that I went in wanting better sound and I ended up without any at all.

Horrible customer service. I called and asked how much to install an amp and a sub box. They quoted me 45 for the install plus 15 for a hi-low converter. As soon as I got there they told me it would be 65 for install plus 15 if I needed the converter. I confronted the manager about the price and he immediately dropped the price to 60, plus an extra 15 if I needed the converter. I wasnt too happy but decided to stick around. He told me it would be ready in an hour so I waited on a broken sofa in their waiting room. 45 minutes later and my car was still outside. I asked for my car keys and left. Never again will I walk into this establishment.

I stopped by for a system the girl LIZA was very helpful and friendly able to answer all of my questions. She took her time and was very nice. I got great prices and was very happy with my kicker system.

I went yesterday at 8:30 and waited for them to open at 9 gave them my info and was told it would take 2 hours to put an alarm on my car instead I waited for 5 hours or more for my car to be done and worried if I make it to work on time the sad part management never once offered to see what was going on they just went about their business like nothing people even came in after me and left before me I was there all the way til closing I won’t recommend this place to anyone their customer relations skills need to be worked on big time and he didn’t even offer me a discount for the long wait or an apology so sad never again if you do go there make sure your off that day or have other arrangements to go somewhere

Even dented the panel. And said it was cuz my car was old.. I just need a damn alarm. Never again. Went back 3 times. And each time shotty workmanship

Terrible performance. Went for tint removal for my car. The worker who was asked to move my car did not even know how to remove a parking brake! He tried to drive the car with parking brake applied nearly ran me over in my own car then would not get out of my car after asking him twice to get out. Third time i had to yell at him and nearly had to yank him out of my car because he would not budge. If they cant drive a car what makes you think they can install anything right. Yall should just avoid the headache.

If you are going to purchase anything pay for it before they install it my system went from 650 to 900 +. Nothing I can do since they did wire everything when I got the bill I went with their financial thing ended up pay 1200 for 2 10 kickers amp & that’s it I disputed with the financial got some money back when I was getting everything installed we were scheduling for some TVs & component installed not happening they lost my business

I replaced my vehicle alarm system. They were prompt. I am happy. The price was fair. I was given a good warranty

Bought an alarm system there and got it installed. Left the place and my car was giving me electrical problems. My windows were not functioning correctly. I returned for them to check it. Everything was supposedly ok. I left. My windows continued giving me attitude. Couple of days later, my windows wouldnt work, my a/c went out, and lights stopped working. Everything electrical ceased. Took it to a shop to figure out the problem... Turned out that the installers at Texas boombox drilled a live wire to my door causing this mishap. So with that in mind, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Worst place ever ! Let me spare you and please dont waste your time here! If I can put no stars better. Went in to have a DVD and a navigation installed and it worked for a day and then didnt. Went in on Monday and where telling me it was probably my Bluetooth that messed it up. Really!? And was told well what do you expect you get what you paid for!? What!? And then said I need to get a more expensive radio. I had been there since 9am and then by that time it was 1pm! I wanted to go home I was like let me deal with this tomorrow. As soon as I entered my vehicle I noticed the radio had a huge deep scratch on the screen! I lost it by then. Still have to go tomorrow with my husband to resolve this issue. Complete bull! Please dont waste your money or time here!!!

In my personal experience they took good care of me, they advised me by telling me that it was better for the kind of sound I wanted, but it took a lot of time. I waited almost 7 hours for my car, and in what I was waiting for I saw two people claiming that they were wrong .So I did not like it because I paid enough for something that was not what I expected
