My stock radio on my Rav4 went out and the dealer quoted me close to $2200 for a new stock one. I’m new to the area and found dark and loud online. Based on good reviews we went on over. Robert asked me exactly what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction to a great radio. He worked with my work schedule and fit me in on a Saturday morning, everything was done in a timely manner and my car was ready to be picked up a little bit after noon. They made sure that everything was wired properly, and I was still able to use my steering wheel controls and backup camera. For a third of the price, I now have a brand-new touch screen radio that is high quality and easy to use. Will recommends.

I hate to admit it, but I have never purchased or installed an aftermarket audio system in my cars. I chose dark and loud because of their stellar reviews, and I was not disappointed. Superb service, very reasonably priced, and they sell quality products. Allan did an excellent job explaining my options, and best of all, did not try to oversell me on products that I didn’t need. I went in to get some subs for my truck. The manager was awesome. He did not push excess product on me and gave me great pointers on installation as I wanted to do it myself. After I installed my subs I went back and he inspected my work for me. I recommend this business to anyone wanting to put the right sound system in their ride.I put 1 of spacer on the rear seat bolts to get nearly an inch of additional space between the subs and seat. Sounds and feels great.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in to have a backup camera and LED lights installed. The team at Dark and Loud are extremely helpful and they guided me in the right direction. Robert and team installed a new double din sound system for me for a reasonable cost. First class work. While there, I also bought a rear-view mirror with integrated backup camera. I need to learn how to use everything as it significantly upgraded the technology in my car. They started and completed the job on time. I will use them again for many other things in the future. Her amazing communication helped me to feel at ease that my product would be delivered in a timely manner. I did some research on several car stereo businesses and found Dark and Loud with a awesome rating. I was blown away by the reviews that were posted. I had them install a Kenwood Stereo deck in my 2002 F-150 Lariat Super Crew. I was amazed by the sound of the new stereo as well as the installation. Customer service is great and they go out of there way to insure the customer is satisfied. Very knowledgeable of service needed.

My husband found this place for his truck’s tint due to good reviews, but we have not had a great experience. Days after it was done we noticed 3 windows had hairs, folds, and grains of sand under the tint film. When he called them to let them know, they told him he had to wait 30 days before anything could be done. He waited and called back. They offered to redo it, and again the same issue. When he called to let them know he was told the same thing about 30 days. He told them if they couldn’t redo it without issue that he just wanted it removed and refunded. Since then, more than 30 days ago now, every time he or I try to call we get no answer. It rings and goes to a busy message then states the memory is full.

I CANT ASK FOR ANYTHING ELSE IN MY CAR. I did not have much experience and they helped me like nobody else. I knew what I wanted but they just help me to have an amazing sound system in my car. The clear sound and the awesome installing is their best friend. They love people, job, and quality; therefore happiness is the result. If you are looking for a sounds system go to them you won’t regret it.

Dark and loud did a fantastic job installing two sub woofers, amplifier, and a bass control unit in my car without an appointment and within just a few hours at a fair price. Allan was also made it clear he is very supportive of our military and those who serve. My new system sounds amazing, and I look forward to going back to him for more upgrades.

I love this place as they have a huge variety of items on hand that can be viewed and listened to. They sell and install a large variety of products and their shop is very clean and not junky like some places. Allan Aguilar was very knowledgeable and friendly and I have already made an appointment to have some upgrades on an audio system installed! The install has been complete for a couple of weeks and it is amazing! The sound is I. Redouble and they did a wonderful job.

Walked in and received some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. They know what they are talking about and my problem was troubleshooted and fixed within about 15 minutes. Great service, great price, great experience.

Based on the previous reviews, I guess I went on an off day. But I was driving around looking for prices on an L7, Amp and tweeters . Not only did he quote me 2,000 dollars, but also told me I didnt need tweeters because the sub woofer was enough.. ok? Nice gentleman, but needs to be a little more knowledgeable on his product. I went to 3 other places and was quoted between 900-1300 .. much better price than 2,000 and without tweeters..

I had service done here in March. I just needed to run a cable on my new car so I could connect my subwoofer. The cable was extremely short and they didnt even screw my box so it wouldnt move around. I own a high performance car, so obviously the cable was yanked off from the speaker and damaged with the movement. I contacted them and told them the problem in April and they (pretty sure it was the owner) told me that without a receipt they wouldnt do anything, literally. Although I had the transaction on my bank account. I did find my receipt eventually but I was so frustrated with them that went somewhere else where they knew what they are doing. I normally let things go but I had to pay twice for something so simple, I think other people need to know. Terrible experience from beginning to end.

On Saturday June 19th, 2021 I took my car in to get some subwoofers installed. The service was outstanding! Alex which works there at the shop really took my project into consideration to become a reality, Alex’s honesty really made me realize a bunch of things and what he recommended me exceeded my expectations, he was clear and also told me that the installation takes time, and believe me every minute these guys put was worth the wait! My car sounds like a movie theater, I will definitely come back for my future projects in my car. Also in 2019 I tinted my windows on a previous car I owned and these guys don’t play! If they take you in no matter how booked they are, they make it happen because they got what it takes, so if you plan on tinting your windows or getting a sound system don’t hesitate to call! Alex and Alan make a great team and definitely know their car audio systems. Alan has such an extensive knowledge of potential problems with specific vehicles that he knew exactly how to get mine hooked up with an under-the-seat bluetooth amplifier for the speakers and a 12 sub in the trunk without having to change any of my stock dash features. I had installs done twice because I added the sub and both times the work was done flawlessly and exactly in the time he said it would be done. Will definitely be using Dark and Loud again for everything I want done to my vehicles.

A nice clean job installing a multimedia audio on a 2004 Highlander also adding a backup camera and usb port for carplay/android auto. Highly recommend. Will go back in future.

A month update with getting my windows tinted here. First off, they say they close at 6pm didnt pick up my truck until 945pm. After the recommended week of waiting to roll my windows down I noticed that when the sun hits my windows theres a purple glare coming from the tint. I called them and came in to get it check out 1 guy said wait 1 month so that it can correctly cure with the chemicals in the tint. And he stated that it is NOT normal to see purple glare when the sun is directly hitting it. (And since we in El Paso, there always sun) so that bothered me. After the month, my windows still gave that purple glare when the sun hits it. The purple glare can be seen outside and inside of the window. So I came in person and talked to another person and he said its totally normal for the purple glare I see when the sun hits it. And what causes it is the uv black, blue and purple chemicals in the tint. (To me, the purple glare is really noticeable and annoying) also, Which makes no sense to me because Ive always gotten my tint dark in the rear and legal in the front and never seen this purple glare before. I have the second package choice of window tint that they offer, which comes with the life time warranty. So I dont recommend this place due to the fact that if I do bring back my truck Ill find more issues due to this review. I brought my truck around town for other businesses to take a look at it and they see the glare and thats not normal if they say this tint is premium. Even the cheapest tint dont show purple when the sun hits it. And thats coming from other businesses and their honest opinion.

Their great customer service and very clean work made my experience nothing short of the best. Definitely a place I would continue going to for everything car audio and definitely a place I would recommend others to go.

Went in this morning for tints on my charger. Didnt know where to go at first and checked online and this place was the first one that came up. I recently did business with Darnandloud and let me tell you. They are worth it. They are good at what they do and the packages they have include everything you will ever need. Their packages already have good pricing and they don’t check your credit! My sound system is freaking dope!

I wanted to get there special bass package for 400 and they said it was recommended to upgrade to there 450$ package because it sounded better so I did they said they would have it between 3-4 hours I waited 5 hours for a weak system PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE if you value your own time and money they put different amp and speakers worth like 400$ at most ended up paying 580 for an extra 80 dollars of labor .

This shop is the best, they installed my whole sound system, their prices are fair and they’re very professional. They actually know about sound systems and what they are doing. I wasted 2 days looking for a shop and they all wanted to charge me 500 just to install my stuff which I thought it was ridiculous, so I gave this shop a shot and skipped those big sound system companies since all they want is your money.

This window tin from this business is very low quality. The person who helps is not very helpful, seems confused and overwhelmed, and is patronizing. My tint looks horrible. I have brought two cars to get tint complete, and there are bubbles everywhere. I regret having my cars serviced here.
