Went in to see about stereo wiring help for my sons 2003 F150. The guys were extremely helpful and advised me on how to finish wiring the stereo myself and even quoted me a very reasonable price for the install in case I couldnt finish it myself. Didnt try to pressure sell me anything just good old fashioned customer service. Definitely recommend them.

Mel did a superb job hooking up my Jeep and figuring out the massive amount of crazy wiring that the last installer did. The radio selection was suggested by the shop and it was the perfect fit for my rig. They even went as far as tuning my new radio for me and fixed the faulty rock light that needed attention. Cant complain about that. I dont usually praise shops here in El Paso but THIS shop is worthy of your time and money. Dont waste your time elsewhere. Went for a new box and ended up meeting some amazing dudes that know what they were doing and talking about I ended up getting my wires redone as well and the whole time they were teaching me about what they were doing showing me how everything works and all for an amazing deal I mean hell they were dope people who knew the knowledge and they didnt make me feel wrong or dumb about my mistakes I did on my wiring they showed me how everything should be without being rude or laughing at the little guy I highly recommend going here definitely worth my time

Went to get an alarm and audio there very unprofessional.Alarm doesnt work as well and the speaker sucks.I couldnt get a refund.They told me to sell it on the internet?Go somewhere else if you dont want someone drinking on the job while installing what you bought.Real careless with the clients vehicles.

No idea what they did but everytime I use my system it pops a fuse. Cant even use what I paid for. Taken back several times and never figured out how to fix it. . . .and now stuck with it. Dont go!!

Awful service. Broke the stereo that I took to have installed and made me pay extra to purchase one of theirs. Less then a year goes by and the whole section they removed is bulging. Just bad. Save your time, money and energy and invest elsewhere.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. The owner attempted to install my new radio but he had no clue what he needed to get the job done. After failing to install the correct parts I brought with me, he went and got different parts and charged me for them. I expressed concern for the parts he was using but he insisted they were the right ones. After leaving, I realized that only my two tweeters were working and my navigation kept losing connection. My rear tv screen wasnt working and my backup camera didnt function properly. I GOT RIPPED OFF. This place is no good and I wouldnt recommend anyone to this place.

Misinformation on equipment, not very confident with the staff handling my car. Closed on a Monday when it was supposed to be open (I guess we have to read their minds to see when they decide to open their business). Very unprofessional atmosphere, it feels like children run this place of business.

I had originally went to xtreme tint and audio to get tint and amp/subwoofer install for my 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. Long story short there was definitely a problem with the install. Every time I would accelerate passed 1000 rpm the subwoofer would go off . I took it back and was told my car was too new therefore they couldnt determine the problem and they refused to issue a refund citing that it was the cars problem and not the install. Stuck and frustrated I decided to try Soho Audio.As soon as I arrived I was greeted and asked how I could be assisted by Oscar. He went outside with me and heard the issue, he got Duane the owner involved as Duane has been in car audio for 30+ years. They stayed working on it for hours. They asked if I could swing by in the morning as it was getting dark.As promised I came back and they worked and troubleshot the issue for hours on end. They even contacted a sound engineer in California for assistance. They finally found the issue. For all the hours of work and trouble I was only charged the original quoted price of $30.00.Throughout the hours of work I got to hang out with the techs and owner, they are very friendly and we quickly built a great rapport. They took their time and it was evident that they care about what they do.I also ended up purchasing mids and highs, installed for 120. All in all I only spent $150. Not too shabby. I highly recommend anyone looking for stellar customer service and great prices to skip the other places in El Paso and go to Soho Audio.

Just called this place and asked two basic questions (they answered the phone by just saying hello, nothing else). This is a car stereo shop and do you install them as well? The guy both times rudely answered yes as though I was a burden to him. I can only imagine the low quality of work that they do when having employees like this.
