If I could give this place negative stars I would. My in-laws purchased a 2017 Honda Accord from here and there has been problems with with ever since. They had taken it back because the front bumper was coming off. They were told that the problem had been fixed, which was a lie. We noticed that the vehicle was making a rubbing noise when driving.. I got under there and found the wheelwells and undercover were loose and rubbing on the road and tires.. They just zip tied the undercover back in place. They didnt even try to do it right! This could have caused an accident with them being pulled under the tires. Horrible business practice. Your service team should be ashamed of themselves and shouldnt even call themselves professionals.

Ray was so helpful. He treated me more like family than a customer. I will definitely use him for all my future vehicle sales. If you are looking for a do anything to get you what you want dealership U.S. Car Sales is the place to go!

After the other lot on Montana stop answering our calls, we had heard the owner is usually at this location. We came here and Victor the sales guy seemed to help us with our problem. The sun roof of our BMW SUV was stuck open. At first, their on-site mechanic closed the window which was perfect but their other mechanic from another location opened the sun roof and got it stuck open once again. After this, they were all just blaming and pointing fingers with each other without fixing it. We kept going bk with Victor and he kept telling us he’ll get a hold of the owner and call us right bk. Never called us bk. I understand it wasn’t Victor’s sale but he appeared to help us out at first then he just became like the owner and Daniel from the other location. Never answer or return our calls. Needless to say, If you are wanting to know where to buy a used car, don’t stop here because once they get paid, you are no longer a customer. If something is wrong with your car, they will treat you as just another problematic customer causing them a headache.

I came in from out of Town to work with my man Ray. He had my deal going since before we met face to face. He worked for a couple days on my deal and I was not disappointed.I got the truck I wanted under the miles and price I wanted. This is my first time buying a car and let me tell you that this auto center is the best when it comes to customer service. I went to another auto group and I was completely dismissed due to not having all that great credit so I decided to come here after having some contact with Ray. He helped me find a car that fit my picky tastes and I /completely/ fell in love with it. It was within my price range, it had features that I wanted, its 2015 so its fairly recent which is another thing I wanted in a car. Ray helped and worked with me to get the price price that works within my favor. His customer service is something to behold! Please come here and ask for Ray if you want someone that will go up and beyond to help you the best he can!

If you trying to get a used car don’t come here they have the worst service. Bought a 2014 Bmw from Ray and not even the first day I had I started getting problems the radio didn’t work at all called Ray he said to bring it back and he’ll take to the shop and fix it a whole month passed by and they literally didn’t do nothing to it and he just apologized.Then as I was taking it home it started smoking and smelling like burnt and I told Ray and he said it might be old oil which wasn’t the case it had leaks and burnt out lines, then I took it back and when I got there even Ray saw the car was smoking from the engine. He said he’ll take care of it later he said to take it to the bmw dealership since it supposedly still had warranty and they told me I would have to pay from my pocket around $3k in parts. Tried calling Ray and he wouldn’t answer my calls, later found out he actually got fired from that location so Daniel the manager from the store tried helping and he took the car and told me he would take it to the shop and fix it I do appreciate his help and everything he has done for me but after two months of not having my car I tried calling Daniel and he would hardly pick up my calls or message me back then he got COVID. So I tried calling both locations of U.S car sales and they just kept throwing the ball around I kept calling random people trying to find out what happened to my car until finally Victor answered me and said it’s still being fix. Even tho it’s already been over two months, now Daniel came back and I called him and he said I could go pick it up but the radio doesn’t work so I still would have to take it back for they could fix the radio, and I had to go to the location in Zaragoza for I could get my plate which they didn’t have so I still have to wait for them to get me the metal plate still. As I was coming home the car still has the same problems the tire sensor still comes up the car still heats up and smokes and all the smokes comes into the cabin inside through the air vents. I called the shop and they said that they switched all the lines and leaks but the same problem accured. So 3 months have passed and still the car is not fix and I’ve only driven it like 5 times in those 3 months just from me going to the U.S cars sales dealership and back. So just don’t buy a car here for you could avoid all the problems and if you do make sure everything is working on it correctly. :)If the owner of the U.S car sales sees this contact me!

This place is very shady. I put a $500 deposit on a vehicle to hold the vehicle until I got there to pick it up. Then they stated they could not sell me the car. It had not gone through inspection. I have been requesting my money back they do not respond back. They stated they mailed it 2 weeks ago.when last time contacted.

Beware of this lot they tried to sell a car that was in the detail shop and would deliver on Monday. Well Monday came and went and sales man would not take our calls then they said on Tuesday the car needed a part, a couple of days later said they were looking for another car for us. We asked for the 500 deposit back its been more then a month, we are having our lawyer to sue them for court cost and lawyer fees. What an outfit

I have had an ongoing horrible experience with this dealership and its owner Mario Contreras.I purchased two vehicles within the last 5 months because of specific salesman that has since left because of ethical reasons and they way business is done at this dealership. The owner, Mario Contreras, then became my point of contact and has been a nightmare. He doesn’t call back or fulfill his word. Work was supposedly done on the second vehicle (fuel injectors) and I have been trying to get a receipt for over 60 days because the vehicle is no longer running correctly. He would not provide receipt or confirm who did the work. The vehicle I traded in, sold the same weekend but the loan amount took 40 days to be paid off causing late fees and harrassment by my bank. The owner kept saying let me call them meanwhile late fees and payoff amounts changed daily. To make matters worse, the front right wheel fell off while my family was in the vehicle because of the wrong equipment on the wheel. When Mario got fixed by some mom and pop shop they left the wrong type of spacers on it causing the tires to be ruined. Mario replaced them with a less expensive tire and stated that he went above and beyond what needed to be done. He didnt care that my family was in the vehicle or if anyone was hurt. Im hiring an attorney and want people to know who they are dealing with so they dont go through the experience I have had. Going to a real dealership where they call you back, provide documentation and keep promises would have avoided this nightmare.

Went to buy a vehicle that was advertised at 10k they claimed it was a mistake that it was 11k I was ok with it if they fixed a small issue on the vehicle the actuator for the blend door on hvac system they claimed to have fixed it. Took the vehicle home parked it for two weeks then drove it for two hours it overheated and leaked oil so I took it back Santiago said it was wear and tear that I caused. So I got the vehicle back wit has oil leaks and overheating issues that they claimed was broken radiator, caused by me.Took it to my mechanics shop had them pressure test radiator it was good, but they did find all the fluids were over filled engine oil,trans oil, power steering all of the oils. Well anyways replaced everything got it fixed. Now its getting colder so I tried to use defrost and it turns out they didnt fix the actuator on the blend door on the ac system they just disconnected it so it would stop clicking.And thats why I decided to leave the review, just pay the extra and go to a real dealership where they wont give to u the bs of its wear and tear after you drive the vehicle for 2 hours 👌
