I never thought I would leave a bad review about this place but I have no choice seeing as they have really declined. I initially purchased a truck through them when they were completely affiliated with Casa Ford and everything went smooth, the truck is paid off and never had an issue. When they became separate they just completely lost all their customer service skills and the way they run things are terrible. We bought a vehicle through them and they equip all vehicles with a shut off GPS system which tampers with the vehicles computer and makes it malfunction all the time. I have always tried to pay my bills on time and the car note was due on the 15th, in several occasions I paid early by a few days. Well, turns out that if you pay early, you will be shut down the following month if you dont pay that same day. It left my wife without a vehicle on several occasions. When she called it was like calling the three stooges, nobody knew what to do and they were extremely rude. I decided to just pay off the vehicle and avoid all the issues and it only led to even more issues. It took us three trips, which they had asked us to make, for them to remove the GPS from our car, then they told us to wait a month to receive our title, three months later we called and it turns out they had it all along but it was at Casa Ford. It was an absolute disaster to do business with them at the end and I would avoid this place at all cost.

Patsy was awesome! Was getting turned down everywhere and she made sure I was able to get into a car to get to work and back.

DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place. They dont know what the heck they are doing. Bought a vehicle in May, 2 weeks later had to take it back. Supposedly they fixed the problem, had it 2 days, same issue. Took it back, again they FIXED the problem. Drove off and had to bring it right back to them because it was NOT fixed. Theyve had the vehicle for 5 weeks now and still havent fixed it, nor have I got a call back on an update. When I call no one seems to know whats going on. Soooo unprofessional and a bunch of crooks!

I would avoid this place at all cost! They had originally placed an SUV for sale for $12,990 on their own website. After calling the next day after their post about the SUV they tried to tell me that they could no longer honor that price and that the price was now $15,990. Even though that made me worry I was still interested, after test driving the SUV I found that the car had a broken driver side motor mount and a bad master cylinder. After all this I was still interested! I let them know I had cash on hand and if they were willing to negotiate as there was defects to the SUV, they told me the price is $15,990 take it or leave it in a very rude way. I was willing to pay in full for the SUV right then and there but these people don’t know what customer service is! Again avoid this place at all cost and specially working with Ricardo Salas!!

This place is full of it. Turning off cars due to non payment? Thats ridiculous. There are other ways to handle non payments. No need to strand someone, or worse cause them to be in a car accident. Screw this place.

If you want to be punished and have your vehicle shut off for non payment due to hard times, instead of Working with a dealership that treats you as the valued customer you are and understands things happen. Then this is your place. You’re honestly better off purchasing a vehicle off an alameda dealership. Don’t pay attention to these 5 stars. It’s generic great place and staff messages. It’s probably the staff themselves. Do your research and read the one stars. Those tell the true story.

Very disappointed with my overall experience dealing with this place. Was referred, due to having bad credit. Stayed on top of all my payments up to about close to a year. That’s when COVID hit. I fell behind ONE payment and had been trying to catch up. The ladies worked with me and did an awesome job at the beginning as they promised they would. Until this man Benny whom he calls himself the manager and that there’s no one above him took over the handling of my account. First time he left a bad taste in my mouth is when I called one time trying to make $100 payment towards the payment I missed. I was speaking to a nice girl and I heard him yell nope. Very rudely and unprofessional. She then let me know the least they could take was $130. I made the payment. Fast forward to today. I made a promise to make a payment today, 24JUN2020. I usually make the payment around 10pm since that’s the time my direct deposit hits and have had no problems with it. I Spent all day at a doctors office due to a COVID scare so my phone had no signal. Come to find out as I’m getting in my car to go home. This man Benny decided to turn off my car from his desk at 730pm on the day I promised to make my payment. Mind you there’s still 4.5 hours left in the day. You can imagine my frustration, I called the man and asked who he thought he was, taking it upon himself and turning off my car himself when I clearly had a promise to pay and was going to fulfill it at the same time I always do. This rude unprofessional individual let me know that if I wanted his help I needed to be quiet, because his business closes at 7pm and I had not made my payment yet. That only infuriated me more as I was told it was an automatic system and had no problem before until having to deal with this con man. website clearly states the business closes at 7:30 but he insisted it was 7 yet he was still answering the phone after 7 . He let me know I was lucky he even got to the phone as he was now doing overtime which is a huge inconvenience for him and a courtesy to me. I demanded to speak with someone hire than him. Which his reply was I am the top manager here. from my understanding Patricia is the head manager. At the end of the day he refused to help me, he’s running the business as if he were some sort of alameda gangster Trying to intimidate people and taking advantage of them. Now here I am stuck in a random parking lot downtown. In the midst of a pandemic, windy/rainy weather and unable to go home until I make my payment at the promised time. Shame on you casa dealership for doing this to someone in the midst of COVID-19 and then trying to keep their promise. This is unacceptable!

They do not help when they say will. I got a car June 1 and since I had to buy 2 new tiers they said the air filter and caben filter was replaced was a lie. The oil was dirty like it not been changed In over 6 month and my alimont was so bad it wore out two tiers and the y pop when I was driving with my 4 year old and I canned to see what they can do to help since the car has only in my position for less then 2 month and they transfer me and transfer me and the gm basically told me she not helping I don’t recommend get a car from them. They say one thing and do anything

This is the worst place ever Ive never been so disrespected in my life the first night I came in there the manager I was talking to me with such an attitude and I didnt even do anything to her Im just trying to buy a car and I kept asking myself men why is she talking the salesman why andshe talking to me like that. All he said oh its okay shes just like that well thats not cool you dont talk down or talk nasty to customers who are trying to buy a car. Then the next day I go I already gave them $1,000. Now all the paperwork is signed and then I get told I cant have the car because I live in a hotel why does it matter where I live? Ive been living here for a year now so I dont even understand why I cant live where I want to live as long as they get their money .it doesnt say nowhere in that policy or anything like that. Im not allowed to live in a hotel and I have proof of income but they wouldnt accept it I have proof of address they wouldnt accept all of a sudden they would accept none of my proof of addresses but yeah I had already signed the contract and everything and I have the contractor and right here with me I dont understand how people treat people what kind of business does that and its all because of Benny whatever it was a Benny hes the one that stopped me from getting my car because he doesnt like the fact I live in a hotel
