Super disappointed with the casa Nissan oil change services department. They told us the wait was an hour. Well we waited for 2 hours just to find out that we had to wait another hour with no updates on what was going on. I had to ask them for an update. They could have at least updated us so we wouldnβt have wasted our time waiting.

This was the first time visiting and having my vehicle serviced at this location. I have been to multiple locations in three states and in each state I have my own particular place to visit, California-El Cajon Nissan, Oklahoma-Lawton Nissan, and finally Texas-Casa Nissan. I recommend this location for vehicle service.The one thing that annoys me the most is when I take my vehicle in for service and then within the hour I receive a telephone call, being informed my vehicle needs additional service. I can not stand being nickel and dime to death with service. All I want is the service I requested!!! However, if the service representative later informs me about the POSSIBLY needed service and the service representative has listed the type of service needed, along with the price quotes, the time frame to complete the repair I will more than likely pick the service I want.Hopefully, other service representatives are like the person that assisted me.

Iβm pretty dissatisfied with the service, I bought my Nissan kicks here, over a year ago, I bring it in for the check engine light on, itβs been days, and they still donβt have a diagnose, meanwhile Iβm here without a car, just waiting for βa callβ figuring out how to move around town, paying for expensive lyft rides. I am pretty consistent with oil changes at the dealership, to give the car a good maintenance for this!

Bait and switch!Found a car I liked, contacted them, applied for financing... then raised the price of the car over #10k from list and had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted it....Original price of the car was the same across multiple websites prior to their pricing mistake. I have followed this car between their multiple dealerships for months (VIN tracking is easy to prove) as each dealership claimed this was a new arrival, not claiming they simply move it between their multiple lots for months.Shady to say the least.

The customer service was not great, except for the cashier (she was good). The gentlemen who took my car at the entrance did not made an effort for my entire service to be performed the same day, I arrived at 7am, and at 9 am they told me to return in a different day to finish with the service. They still continued to take cars as I was leaving. I mentioned the situation to other employees and they were rude.

Took my Xterra in for an oil change and it took THREE HOURS!! Ive never had to wait this long. The most Ive had to wait has been an hour or an hour and a half tops. I was not offered any explanation or any apology for the long wait. Instead the employee who processed my order gave me a list of needed services that my truck needed ASAP which totaled about $850.00. Next he told me that with the oil change that I could get a free car wash but that it would take an additional 20 minutes before they could get to my vehicle. After waiting for THREE HOURS I opted out of the car wash fearing that I might be there an additional THREE HOURS. As I was waiting for my vehicle to be brought up from the back lot I noticed it on the street pulling into the parking lot and as it stopped to park a customer got out of the back seat. So basically my vehicle was used to shuttle another customer around. Since when does a car dealership use a customers car to shuttle other customers around? I originally purchased my vehicle here in 2013 and have brought my truck in for all services and by far this has been the WORST service EVER. Before this experience I have been very happy with this dealership but now Im seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. I dont need to be treated as if Im just another vehicle waiting to get serviced with the mentality that we will get to it when we get to it. I expressed my concerns on their website and Ive yet to hear anything from anyone. I would think that by now someone would have reached out to me but I guess the customer is not really worth the effort if Im not making a big expenditure as in another car purchase.

Took my 2017 Rogue in for service. Going on a trip this Friday. When service was finished I had no AC. It was working when I got there now it is not. Returned immediately to service department and spoke to a representative. I did not like how he responded. Told me we cant check it at this moment. There is a 1 week waiting period. I mentioned to him that I just left the service department and he just said sorry I cant do anything. I mentioned that my vehicle is under warranty he said No. It is covered for 3 years or 36000 miles. How does he know without checking my information on his computer. Anyways now I got to rent a car...........Thanks a lot Nissan.......

Never did see an invoice and still have no idea what the items were that increase the price from the sticker price so much. The salesmans explanation was no one is paying the sticker price because of supply and demand it has to be more .the Nissan connect would not connect so still waiting for that to get connected

BAD BAD BAD BAD ..... service dept.Service dept., Told me to be there before 8 a.m. for them to get me in to service my car for an electrical problem. He asked if I was going to leave it. and I asked him how long it was going to take and he said about 2.5 hours so I told him I would wait. After a few hours nothing. One of the service guys came by and asked if I had been helped, and I told him what was happening, so he went to go check, and he never came back. Finally another service guy came at 1:30 p.m. and told me they hadnt even started on my car, and if I wanted to rent a car. Can you believe that!!, I told him to give back my car and left. Why would I need a Rentalwhen he told me it would take about 2.5 hours to fix my car, and after 5 hours they hadnt even started on it. I left a message for the service manager over 2 weeks ago, no call back.
Took my car for an oil change. Drain plug was left loose. Manager couldnβt care less. Employee tired to make it better but it was still the worst experience.

It took 4 hours for an oil change even though I had an appointment, I was told it was going to take a maximum of 1.45 hours!!! Also, the staff lost part of a key chain that was given to me a few days prior to the appointment. I e-mail casa nissan on Monday and still havent received a response, I called the service department and nobody answered.

Mr. Orlando in the Service Department is without a doubt a compassionate and caring person. We unexpectedly had a death in our family. Moms car happens to be at the shop(Casa Nissan) getting some repairs when weβll guess what, unfortunately they wonβt be there to pick it up when it was finished because of the mentioned unexpected passing.....Mr. Orlando in the service department made things much much easier on us and he was willing to help any way he could. He offered to deliver the vehicle to my Moms house which is very helpful because being in EPT for a limited amount of time and not being able to take care of that was not good. He did not have to offer condolences or the delivery service, but we greatly appreciated it and want to say a big thank you to Mr. Orlando and Casa Nissan for showing all of El Paso truly why you all are the NICE GUYS.
Agreed on a 21 titan pro4x utility package they said they would have to order parts, had to beg for updates on parts and then parts get here and now maintenance says they canβt put it on the truck. So sales manager flip the script saying βoh we canβt give you the trax and we canβt refund u anythingβ but I have text and recordings that they forgot about them agreeing to it. Be careful with them they will try playing the blame game then. Once they have wasted time they will then try to blame you.
