Honestly trash customer service. Explained I needed help putting on a piece on my mesh grill and needed help with mounting. Woman at the front desk looked at me dryly and said “we don’t do that”. Right after telling me they did in fact do LEDs. So you do LED lights but don’t mount them?Didn’t even come check what I was trying to explain on my car. Yea, don’t come here. There are better shops.

Scheduled an appointment for a window tint appointment which is tomorrow so I call and check to verify and apparently my car has another owner I dont know about who called and canceled my appointment for me. Dont schedule with them theyre just gonna waste your time.

Searched many places in town and found they had the better prices and faster service regarding new stereo work. Very friendly staff and while I waited for my car we worked out prices for future upgrades for my vehicles. Highly recommend place.

Today I went to check my system and alarm. I had a shortage that nobody was able to fix. I’m so glad I found them. They worked pretty clean. No wires hanging . Great costumer service and price very good. I hightly recomend them.

I found out about their services through youtube. I decided to call and inquire about it. We agreed to do shipping . Their service fee complete was 550.00 I gave them 600.00. They sent a non working product and blamed me for it. So i then spent 225 plus reshipping fee, buy more parts. I sent it all back to them and it was their installation that was incorrect. So I am stuck on the parts. All in all very unprofessional. To top it off the product was damaged and disfigured on second return.and did not include a part # gear selector .I can understand that its not their stuff but I am also a business owner and when I ship products out we make sure we go beyond the point to make customers happy.. I can almost be certain it is an issue of laziness. And if this review helps one person out i will be satisfied because honestly small business can be crucial to this countrys economy. And to run a business like that is not good. So many people wish to run a business CORRECTLY and try and want to do things the right way and here this business is just abusing the fact that they can do that because I am not from there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . So I text them about the damage and did not get a response ...

Horrible customer service my stereo works fine i take my vehicle to them to change speakers now my stereo does not work they refused to look at it giving excuses saying my radio is old. They are fraudulent with transactions and their work i do not recommend this company at all.
