We had a wonderful experience here, Alonzo helped us out from the beginning bringing my niece some dresses to try out. He gave us his input about which dress would be best for the specific event and situation. He was kind and courteous and very patient. We were able to find a great dress and ended up actually having one ordered through their catalog with an option to have it shipped back home. They have alot of options here and I want to make sure I point out how helpful Alonzo was. Great experience!

Walked in and Mairel was immediately helpful and kind. I bought two beautiful dresses. One needed alteration and they offered next day service for the alteration. They have cute accessories and shoes as well.

I went to Imperio Real to have my wedding dress custom designed, all I did was go in with an appointment and a couple quick sketches of the dress and it turned out beautiful! Everyone working there was really nice and went over everything really well with me to make sure it was what I wanted.

They’re able to take payments but they’re closed ? Why can’t they say they’re not taking any orders on the website

Last minute shopping for my daughters quince and haven’t found a dress due to time. Walked into the boutique and Alonzo was quick to ask how we could be assisted. I am explained to him what I was looking for he took my measurements and brought me 4 dresses that should fit my body style. Dress 2 and I was done. Perfect dress. Showed me options on how I could alter my dress to fit my style. Nothing but great customer service. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great customer service.

They gave us mixed information. Dress sizes are extremely small. They are not the sizes they have on the size chart. And be sure to get everything in writing because they promised us a lot and it was not met. Very disappointed. However Alonso is very understanding and says calm. I reason for 2 stars.

I got a dress from the store. Yes they were to alter it a little for me. I called right away to cancel. They gave me the run around and would not cancel. So i called my bank to cancell with them. This store was trying to take the money from me no matter what. But good thing my bank moved to get my money back. I have nothing else to say about this store

Came to pick up the DAMAS dresses and all the dresses were bigger sizes, they offer to fix them for an extra 30.00 the explanation they give us its that they do order bigger sizes. So what is the point of them measuring the girl if at the end they still order them a bigger size. Its a RIP off.

Alonzo was very patient with me didn’t rush me at all even though I was very picky and changed my mind a lot, he helped me find the perfect dress. This was also my first time coming and going out with the right fitted dress.

My daughter had to go here to get fitted for a dress. The sales staff was really nice. Interesting fact about this place, this place used to be the old Acme Saloon back in 1895. This Saloon was were John Wesley Hardin was killed by John Selman. Local ghost tours will bring tour groups here.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. I went there excited looking for a prom dress and ended up leaving upset. This place is way too overrated. Not to mention, the dresses are way too expensive. No kidding I went to a small dress shop down the street and found a dress very similar to one I had liked at IR, the dress was 25$! Whereas at IR it was at 300$+! The young lady who attended us was not helpful at all. I dont know about yall, but I do appreciate it when an employee greets me as soon as I come in. (Or at least when they notice me) The young lady noticed my family and I, and kept being on her cellphone. To me, that just ruins my shopping experience. Id suggest for the owners to hire people who actually want to make sales.
