My husband and I were going in that establishment with open minds and we were helped by Perla, she was very helpful and patient the whole time we were there! Her customer service was excellent, plus she made everything very comfortable. We will definitely be going back soon!

The person who assisted me was super helpful and I got exactly what I was looking for. They have a huge selection and a theater, if thats your thing.

Sunday at around 2 pm I went to buy some products and the girl at the counter sprayed the pen with sanitizer for me before I used it to sign a receipt and I appreciated that so much simply because not a lot of places do that. This store practices good safety procedures. Store smelled very clean as well. I felt super safe.

I bought a vibrator had to return it cause it didn’t work... same thing w the new one.. it gave out on me.. couldn’t return it.. $50 down the drain. also manager pulled out vibrator i was buying w no gloves.... jus an fyi

Beware!!!! Pretty nasty customer service you will receive at this location from manager Paloma.She has extremely bad customer service and a bad attitude towards clients. My altercations have been reported to management and they don’t seem to care. Just a small experience: I had gone to the store this late afternoon To look for an item. I couldn’t find it so I left. Not even a minute into getting into my car taking off my facemask, putting on my seatbelt, does Paloma come up to my car waving me down. I roll my window down. And she proceeds to tell me I have minutes to get out of the parking lot before she calls the cops for Loitering. I told her frankly that was harassment, to which her response was” I don’t care I’m doing my job and I’m giving you a couple minutes” Several other things have happened where this representative is rude to me and other people on other occasions as well and again management says it’ll be corrected and it’s not. I’m warning anyone coming to this location she is problematic and creates a really hostile environment. Do yourself a favor and Buy your stuff on Amazon or go to another store we’re management cares about their customers experience with these kinds of people and actually does something about it

I was helped by Paloma who was very curious and knowledgeable about everything I asked about. The store was clean and they have a wide variety of products. I was very happy with my purchase and am sure my girlfriend and I will enjoy them.

All I can say this the friendliest most helpful shop I have been in! I found the very nice and highly competent sales girl Connie to very knowledgeable and cheerful. I also was pressed with Jamie the amazing manager! Easy 5 stars from me. I am surely coming back! Great selection of hot DVDs too.

My girlfriend and I were there a few nights ago and had a great time. The short guy was very knowledgeable about the toys and pills. We didnt even think about what the toys are made of until then. We will definitely be coming back

My wife and I visited your store today around 12:30 and left very unhappy. We, along with everybody else that walked in were loudly greeted with “ the theater is closed and I’m not allowing anymore people to go in”. We had no clue what she was talking about being that this was our first visit. We looked around and had a few questions about the toys but were unable to ask the young cashier because she kept leaving the store unattended by going outside. When she was inside, she just kept to herself and didn’t even bother to assist the other customers. She was rude and has absolutely no knowledge of the products sold in your store. My wife refuses to go back but I’m a firm believer in second chances.

Met a couple there with a very pretty gf and had a blast. The lady working the counter was incredibly helpful and friendly. Anytime Im in El Paso, I will definitely visit.

Been into the shop several times. I aalways have a welcome experience. Sales associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well as discreet. They carry quality products and their prices are pretty reasonable.

Clean store, good products.. I give it 3 stars cause the counter clerk young blonde Latin lady is kinda rude.. by the time I walk into a video booth and get my wallet out I already hear a knock on the door saying to put money in.. not even a minute into the booth and already being bothered.. so if you like someone watching you down to pick a booth.. here is where you want to be..

Great place to go very calm collected atmosphere when you walk into always clean and nobody really bothers you but the staff is always there to answer questions and theyre extremely polite. They also seem to monitor their Facebook page and Google reviews so that they can provide fairly quick answers for your questions.

Staff was knowledgeable, helpfull, was able to help.me find all the stuff i wanted and made recommendations. Will continue to shop there.
