Amazing store the guy helped me and showed me the product very well definitely coming back

The young lady in the morning was so nice and helpful, best wishes to her! She really did help me on my first visit in a store of this type, nonetheless I was quite surprised on the amount I paid, which from my perspective was high. This being said, my guess would be that the laws of supply and demand of sex items have deemed these prices as justifiable. As a final note, I look foward to coming back and interact with said lady!

Stopped in to buy an item for a friend and I ... item was priced at 14.99 .... I regularly know this due to the fact that I stop at the warehouse off gateway but this one was closer .... when I asked for it at the counter... the female was trying to sell it to me for 28.99 stating that they only come in two packs which is wrong because they are packed individually.... so I called the other store and they were aware this was happening stating that they had been getting many calls of this rip off deal! This is considered “salesman fraud” people look it up ! And she was wearing a manager shirt at that but had a disgusting attitude!!! I got the item after all confirming the price but was treated horrible in the process! Let her go it’s a cancer to business and no where did it state these items were only sold in two’s

Took my fiancée bag and her friends but no one else’s and kept watching over my fiancée an her friend an asking questions. Made my fiancée and her friend uncomfortable. My fiancée friend said this hasn’t happened to her before. My fiancée is colored the other customers were white so it might’ve been a racial issue.

My wife & I went in and had a wonderful experience. The manager Jamie greeted us with open arms and made us feel very comfortable. Although the prices were a little high the service was amazing. Jamie recommended alot of high quality products in detail and made us feel welcomed. I recommend this company to all my friends thanks to the customer service. It is well managed by ms. Jamie and very clean classy and well tooken care of.

Went in with my husband to try the theater, decided to just look at toys and stuff instead, Angel and Jamie were an awesome help.! They recommend some great products and taught me so many things I didn’t know.! Thank you for a great experience.!!

Well, let me start by saying, I came to this store to purchase a lil toy and accessories and whatnot. At this point I’m already in the store browsing different items. I see a item I’m interested in, held on to it as I browsed more, until this female employee approached me asking if I needed any assistance, which I politely declined because I was pretty sure of what I was getting, then she proceeded to ask “ if she could hold my things for me?” At this point I’m lost but I’m like sure. She walks away, I then pick up another one because I realized I wasn’t finished looking at the item. Mommas (employee) comes backs and asks for my item AGAIN. Her excuse is that they don’t have carts/baskets for customers to place their items in, but what she didn’t know is that I was perfectly fine carrying my items. She could’ve tried a different approach, instead she made me feel really uncomfortable, and humiliated due to the fact it seemed like she was pestering me because she suspected I was gonna steal? Either way that was a bomber

I just want start with saying this is the best adult store in El Paso !! I receive the best customer service ever I felt welcome and the employees had actual knowledge of the product which is rare .. They have the best Maneger made my experience a 5 star will definitely be returning

Hey everyone! I was really hoping Jaime was still working there, as I was away for a good while. Thankfully she is well and still there. Let me say folks, she is absolutely the friendliest, most helpful and really professional . She knows where everything is, and makes shopping there so easy. Absolutely the BEST sales girl I have ever met. As you can see this is the 3rd time I wrote a positive review for the store. I have mentioned your store to everyone. My Favorite store! OMG checked in again to Eros to see if any new vids came in that were what I was looking for and I was amazed that Savannah, remembered what I was looking for.
