Went in for some prices on bridesmaid dresses and wedding dresses, found a wedding dress I really liked, the lady even fitted me and told me shed call me back to let me know if they had it in my size, never got a call back

Andrea was our bridal consultant and she was amazing! The dress selection is modern and unique compared to what youd find in the chain bridal stores. However, they dont allow you take pictures in the dresses which isnt uncommon, but it does deter the decision making process. Overall we were very satisfied with our visit whether we choose to purchase from there or not.

I set up an appointment about a month before and asked them if they had long sleeve bridal gowns because that is what I specifically wanted to try on. They confirmed that they did so I made an appointment at 10:00 AM. When we got there, we stood around for about 5-10 minutes without anyone greeting us even though there was 2 sales girls standing by us. When we finally got greeted and i let them know I had an appointment, they said I could look around at the dresses. I asked where the long sleeve dresses were and they said they didnt carry any. I told the girl that when I called and made the appointment I specifically asked them if they had long sleeve dresses. Her reply was that they usually just add a bolero or a jacket to the dress. That is NOT the same thing as a long sleeve dress! Needless to say I left very dissapointed and upset that I wasted time making an appointment there when I couldve made one somewhere else. Employees obviously need more training in being informed on their dresses and inventory.

Bought my wedding dress, the staff made me feel calm and so special. Definitely recommended!

Pretty dresses but they dont make the dresses themselves and you cant customize the dresses even a little bit. You buy them as they look in the magazine.

I visited the shop on The East side and I did not like it. It had very few dresses, wished the could display more gowns and more bridal dresses
