I had a great experience trying on wedding dresses for the first time at Ella Blu. I just moved to town a few months ago so I went alone and Pam helped me. Pam was amazing and made me feel so comfortable the whole time! Pam is so genuine and knowledgable, I can tell that she loves what she does. She wasnt overly pushy and allowed me to take my time when selecting my dress. I went to a few other shops around town and then ended up coming back with my mom to Ella Blu before purchasing. I am looking forward to going back to Ella Blu once my dress is in to do the alterations :)

I visited Ella Blu on two occasions and was helped by Lindsey. The first was for my initial wedding dress try on. I didnt purchase my dress the initial time because I had scheduled two other try ons at two other local shops in El Paso as well as a scheduled try on out of town. I decided to cancel my out of town try on because I figured having to travel, fittings, traveling with a dress etc. would be entirely too much added unnecessary stress. Long story short I went to the other two large local wedding dress shops here in town, I was treated very kindly by the staff at both locations but was underwhelmed with the dress designs, quality and materials. I ended up returning to Ella Blu. Lindsey helped me the second time as well and I ended up purchasing two wedding dresses as well as my wedding veil at Ella Blu. Lindsey made the process all very easy from start to finish. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Ella Blu is clean, let me emphasize that CLEAN! My experience was fast, easy, everyone I came in contact with was very kind and helpful. The dresses are great quality, they have a wonderful and vast selection, the pricing I feel is great, I honestly imagined I would spend much more for the quality of gowns I purchased. Overall a lovely and stress free experience. My gowns are schedules to arrive mid January 2022. At that time I will be once again fitted and their in-house seamstresses will make any adjustments my gowns may require at that time. If you are looking for a gown locally I would definitely make a stop at Ella Blu. Thank you Lindsey for all of your help.

Ella Blue has a fantastic selection of gorgeous, affordable dresses. The staff there are incredibly kind and helpful. Once I told the woman who was assisting me what kind of wedding I was having and what dress I was envisioning, she found the PERFECT dress for me. Their shop is beautiful and made me feel immediately welcome. I loved how spacious the dressing rooms were. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE! Highly recommend!

Pam was so wonderful. I was really worried about if I should look now because I feel like I still need to lose weight. I was worried that my mom and I wouldn’t agree on “the dress.” I was not the type that knew exactly what I wanted or how I wanted to look. She tried lots of dresses with me, listened to what I said, and kept me moving through. Don’t like the bust, color, look, etc? That’s ok, next dress, we will find something. I never felt like it was “my fault” or “my bodies fault,” it just wasn’t the right dress. She would whisk it away and we would put on the next. I can’t tell you how great she was. We quickly went through some stinkers and narrowed in to ones that looked best on me. All the while she kept my mom entertained and me body positive. It was an absolutely wonderful experience.

Ive been looking for a white dress for my engagement pictures, which is why I decided to stop by. I only lasted in the store about 5-10 minutes the most, because at no moment was I greeted. I toured the store myself and at no point did the employees say hi, welcome, or even a quick smile. For them to be known as a high end boutique, I was astonished by their lack of customer service.

We walked into the store and were told they were not ready for us even though I had made an appointment. When they were ready for us 20 minutes later, the consultant did not help at all. She basically ignored me the whole time and went to help other brides. My fiance was with me and he had to help me put on dresses. I would not come here again. I had a better experience at Davids Bridal.

Stop to find a formal dress im on my 30s they make me feel like the mother of a bride with the dresses they show me i guess if you are a large size dont even stop there or they pretty much shame you they make me feel horribe about myself but anyway prices are overrated anyway.

Due to COVID I had them on FaceTime and she was super patience with us. Great store and the best customer service. I walked in thinking I would only be shopping for a dress and soon discovered their clothing line. Its stylish, and they offer a variety. The owner of the store was also friendly and helpful and created a welcoming atmosphere.

We came from New Mexico to search for a wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. We went to several places where we were treated like trash. We stopped here on our way out of town and WOW the experience with Romie was amazing. She treated us like Brides get treated on TV shows. She listened to our wants and delivered for both the Bride and her bride maids. Please go see them! They are Amazing!

It would be nice if your current ad campaign for Prom could be changed to some other subject matter... Its painful to see all the lovely girls who will probably not get to have their proms due to this health crisis, and we dont really need a reminder of another wonderful time that cant happen in the traditional way.

Bought my fiancees dress and left it to be tailored in August when we called to confirm picking up the dress a week before the wedding we were told it hadnt been touched. They kept trying to push the date back even after the Wedding date. And was told we have other people to worry about. Will never recommend or go back. Very disappointing customer service by the owner.

We were very impressed with not only the quality of service but the variety of dresses. This would have hands down earned 5 stars but... while taking the dress out for the first time to show someone, the bride immediately noticed a baseball sized stain on the slip under the lace. It isnt awful HOWEVER for a thousand dollar dress they should be pristine. I am not saying dont go here, definitely go! They are very accommodating, but check over your dress very carefully when making a selection; and this goes for any bridal shop because that famous all sales final!

I literally felt harassed by this business! The experience when I went to try on their wedding dresses was good but I went with another dress due to their lack of variety and uniqueness. I was contacted by the seller of the fitting and I informed her I went with another dress. I was then called by another seller the following week and she made several demands to inform her where I had purchased my wedding dress. This was completely unprofessional and out of character! It gave me a very bad impression of the politics of this business. I won’t be returning to avoid further harassment if I do not purchase items of interest there.

Shopping for my wedding dress at Ella Blu was the most wonderful experience anyone could ask for! Romie was my consultant and she was so friendly and attentive to my mother and I. Her focus was entirely on me and what I wanted from the beginning for the appointment until the end. I had gone to another bridal store a few days before going to Ella Blu and I was very disappointed with the quality of the dresses at the other store. The experience was so stressful and I was unhappy with all seven dresses I tried on. I was afraid that I wouldnt find my dress after that. Once I arrived at Ella Blu, I was immediately blown away by ALL of the BEAUTIFUL dresses! My mother and I were able to take as much time as we needed to search for dresses and additional items, which was very important to me. Initially, I had thought that wedding dress shopping was going to be stressful but it turned out to be such a fun and memorable experience, as it should be. I found the dress of my dreams and was able to stay within my price range. I cant wait to see it again when I go for my fitting! Thank you Ella Blue!

Catherine was AMAZING! Had my appointment at 11am. Got there maybe 20 minutes early and was greeted by Ms. Canales. I explained the style I like as well as my Wedding dress board on Pinterest and within five minutes we had all chosen 5 dresses of my liking. Catherine was very friendly and professional. Crystal was my assistant, was very patient and found the exact dress I wanted from Pinterest. She helped me find my dress even with my short time frame. They make the experience really special and attend to your every one of your needs.

Bridal gown selection is small with one size of dresses on the racks. So forget trying on a dress if youre not a small size. We picked out the dresses ourselves, no help from the assistant. Its difficult when you dont know what style would look good on the bride.Our appointment was booked basically on top of another one. We arrived first but all attention was catered to the other bride. They have one show area. But since the other bride was there, our bride could not come out to show off her dresses. Which meant we had to crowd inside her dressing room when she was ready for us to see her. Most of the dresses she tried on were a size 6 with nothing available near her size. We were told we could order her size. But since you cant zip up the dress, you dont get a good idea of what its going to look like. The assistant wasnt knowledgeable, only there to get the bride in and out of her dresses. Most assistants will pull out the train, fold up the train to visualize it bustled, put on a veil, describe what services the seamstress offers, recommend other styles. None of that. We were all stuck looking at her exposed back in dresses way too small for her, having to pull out the train ourselves, and unable to see her move or twirl around so we can all admire her BECAUSE we were in her dressing room. Overall poor service & not a good experience. This is supposed to be a great day for a bride, we ALL left upset.

Majority of the staff has little knowledge and horrible customer service. I received my bridesmaid dress two days before my sisters wedding. I would not recommend this place at all.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! I was lucky to have Crystal during my first ever dress shopping experience. I told her exactly what I envisioned. She pulled 5 dresses (all of which met my expectations) and blew me away with the last pick. She was so in tune with my non verbal cues. She is nothing short of AMAZING. The entire team has been lovely to work with. I live in Dallas so purchasing a dress in El Paso was daunting given that I knew I would need multiple appts for alterations, etc. They have been so flexible, worked around my flight arrangements and other appts. Fabiola did my alterations and she is a doll! Maybe even a magician. Very talented at her craft! I have officially picked up my dress. If you are looking for a great personalized experience, this is your place!

I arrived with no appointment with the idea of just looking around but still, Romie was amazing giving all her attention and service. I only needed to show her some pictures with what I liked for her to find the perfect dress. I tried around 5 dresses and in the end I took the very first one she showed me.True. The sizes they have are very big and you would need to wait for your size to arrive some months later in a specual order. But since they had Sales, I bought the big size with an incredible discount and will fix it later.

I bought my wedding veil from here it was beautiful!! It was very expensive here though. I had a peek at some dresses and they were beautiful also.

I must say that for being a boutique, I only came away with this impression: a snippity and over rated. For a boutique, they didnt have the professionalism nor their staff the knowledge to properly order the correct size dress (bridesmaids dress) for me. I was made to feel that with my measurements I had to be a fat girl and not someone with curves. The manager spent 7 minutes arguing over how I measured wrong instead of handling it with some form of decorum. Their seamstress was called and low and behold, her measurements were exactly what mine were....only guess what? I lost inches on my waist. It had only been 5 months since I gave my first measurements. The seamstress was amazing and was able to fix the dress and still have it look nice. Thank you Paty!! My review for Ella Blu: rude, overpriced and nothing special. Think twice before you shop here. I will not be returning. No one deserves to go through the nightmare I did...not to mention the stress they caused the bride who was present for the whole thing.
