My wife and I came in and were having a hard time finding lingerie that she would like. The employee helping us was very helpful she was even giving suggestions of what she thought my wife would look good in based on her body type. She was very patient and professional. It was our first time in a store like this and were definitely coming back!

I’m sad to give bad ratings but I figured I’d warn others, I’ve been here a couple times before, got a VēDO from here and love it, but I lost the cord so I went in to ask if they have one and from walking in the door I got nasty looks and when I did ask was treated kinda rudely and was ignored when I went to look around the store. I got super frustrated and flustered because I’ve had great experiences before! I know I’m not the highest paying customer but I felt so uncomfortable and frustrated from the get go! Hated this experience

Its the absolute worst plays you will ever go. they just want your money not about what you want or care to what you are looking for. i spent 100 dollars because poor customer service so ended up spending more than i wanted to and i am very disappointed on both product that i bought and ended up throwing away. dont ever go to this place.

The plus size/Queen section is AMAZING!!! Great quality and the LOML loved the outfit I chose when he saw me in it. The exchange process was easy (as long as you have a receipt and the item is not used)! I really loved their selection of lingerie, toys, and products! It will definitely be my go to! April helped us and opened the boxes in front of us so we could see the material and design better (super helpful) and she answered my TMI questions 😂

I wont be shopping here again! Although this place does have some selection, the personnel working there (especially Cynthia) really need to work on their customer service skills. Also, if you do purchase something but then later on decide to return the unopened item (with the receipt), beware! Although this is nowhere stated in writing, apparently their policy says that you have to do it within 7 days or youre stuck with it. And when you do return it, you are forced to pay tax AGAIN on the exchanged item(s). So you have been warned.Update: So I read the response from the owner (who has never contacted me to get the true story but instead choose to believe the lie that apparently her associate told her) and believe me there was NO notice stated anywhere about the 7 day return policy nor was it just for a mere $.16 cents. *For those who might think of going here, just know that you have been warned about the REAL way this location likes to deal with their customers.*
