I would highly recommend Abby at Bridal Novias. She was so warm and professional to both me and my mom when we went to go check out wedding dresses. She was attentive and made sure to pull dresses that were in my budget. Bridal Novias has a great selection, and even though I didnt end up buying my wedding dress from them, I would definitely recommend checking them out!

I went in looking for a Maroon bridesmaid dress. I didn’t really go in expecting to leave with one. I went to a couple other shops around El Paso and I wasn’t really impressed until I came here. I checked online sites and I didn’t really know what size I was considering we weren’t able to try stuff on everywhere because of COVID. Thankfully, I was able to try on the dress and make sure it fit. I didn’t catch the ladies name when I went, but she made sure I was happy. I will go back for any formal needs while I’m here. The dress I bought, is the darker one in the picture. Great price and great service.

I had the BEST experience dress shopping here. Jarib, the manager, is absolutely incredible. He was so helpful and made the experience so fun. He made every effort to help me find exactly what I was looking for but also help me try other styles I never imagined would work for me. I felt so at ease, never rushed, and really appreciated his attention to detail and impeccable customer service. She quickly picked up on my body shape, and wedding dress style and picked out some dresses. She picked out the one. So excited to walk down the isle on our special day.

I think that we can all agree that getting ready for that big day is exciting. Unfortunately, some businesses seem to take advantage of that situation. Had given a 150 deposit on a dress and veil that I had decided on. Fortunately for me found something better and to my liking somewhere else. So I understood that no refunds and sales are final, RIGHT!! Well I said I will take the veil and leave the dress. At this the veil was 100 bucks and was only going to loose out on 50. Well not even that did they want to give me my veil. Jahid or whatever his name is well, the sale was done as a package and therefore could not even give me my veil. They said and I quote support your local business well B.S. should of stayed with Davids bridal. Lesson learned on how your local business steal from under our noses. Do not recommend this junkybridal place for nothing.

I made an appointment and when I arrived Liz was very helpful. We had 10 people with us and they were very accommodating. We got to look at dresses ourselves it wasn’t someone showing me what I might like. I found the dress of my dreams. The seamstress Socorro was the sweetest ever l!

Very bad customer service. Went in with my mom and the associates saw us come in and not a single person said anything or tried to help us, just kind of looked at us and went back to whatever they were doing. We were never greeted or offered any sort of assistance. We browsed the selection of dresses and multiple associates walked by several times and didn’t even acknowledge us for the entire time we were there. Buying a wedding dress is a big deal and they don’t even care to acknowledge you. Their website states, “We are committed to being the bridal shop with the best service and value. At Bridal Novias, our clients are our priority” and that was not the case whether it was with or without an appointment, don’t waste your time here.

Well known place to look for a bridal dress and full attire. Including any formal or long dresses. A lot of my family relatives had visited and bought their wedding dress here, including my wife, around two decades ago. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, my experience here was very unpleasant. Ended up forfeiting $200 dollars instead of giving them a cent more. I do not recommend this place.

Customer service was awful. Not helpful to plus size brides, i told them my budget and the associate told me there won’t be any dresses try another place. Bridal and Novias staff were amazing. We ordered our quinceñera dress and it came in at the time expected. They help us with all last minute items and dress for Mom that had fotgotten to buy. Once they found out the situation they jumped into action and taylored a dress in less than 2 days. There staff is super friendly amd professional. I highly recomend them for any occassion. If you need a dress or item they will get it for you or they will help you find it. Best bridal location in El Paso.🔥😍

They said they will hold the dress for at least 24hrs, in this case the lady wasnt going to be there the next day so 48 hours so she can get her commission, and then you show up ready to buy the dress, your daughter all excited and joyfully, ... only to hear her say the dress was sold the morning after you saw it..... not even a 24hour hold, ....what was the point of getting my information then.My daughter was very sad and disappointed, what was suppose to be a lovely experience thanks to them has turned bitter.The lady new how picky my daughter was and she loved that dress, what she did was just wrong.I am definitely not recommending this place..... who wants to do business with people/business that you cant trust.What a bitter disappointment.It wouldnt bother me so much if it hadnt affected my daughter so bad. ....Not that they care.

Came to this place excited to help my friend find a dress & they were extremely mean & unhelpful. they were very judge mental because my friend was unsure of what kind of dress she wanted. they didn’t help or point us to the direction of dresses for her. we waited at the door for 10 minutes until someone helped us & nobody was even there for them to be busy. had the opportunity to try on dresses and they tried being nice once you tried them on to get you to purchase from them. they have an extremely small selection of dresses. would not do business with this place, they are very rude.

This is a long review but worth the read.I wasnt the least bit pleased with this place and neither was my wedding party.Im getting married in late July. I had asked to make an appointment a week and a half ahead of time (I asked in late January for an early February appt.)I had to call to confirm my own appointment two days before it was suppose to happen because nobody ever contacted me. When I called the lady I talked to on the phone seemed really nice and confirmed my appointment saying sorry they hadnt contacted me, so I was excited and thinking, Cool! They had just been too busy to call me and confirm. Its done and Im ready! 😄The day after I confirmed, my Mom, Grandma and Two of my Bridesmaids flew from across the country to help me find the perfect wedding dress and we were all excited to go shopping and to my appointments!Upon getting to Bridal Novias there was a lady who greeted us by saying Hi. - to which I said, Hi! I have an appointment!The lady looked at me and says No, were only helping 3 people today.It caught me off guard, so after a minute I said, I made an appointment last week and it was confirmed for today.The lady says shell go get somebody else.She left and we start reading the sign on their counter that says theyll only let you try on 3 dresses for free and if you want to try on any more you have to pay $50. That was really odd and unexpected, so me and my family/bridesmaids started searching through dresses, trying to find my 3 free try-ons and a bit later a new lady comes by and tells me she needs me to write down my info before shell help me.I sat down and filled out her paperwork and while Im doing that she disappears so I go back to looking at dresses once I was done. (There was maybe 3 other people total in the shop looking at dresses at the time, so not busy.)We start looking and most of the dresses were looking the same and not my style for the most part, but I found 2 I thought Id try on and was searching for a third when the same lady comes back and says, What size are you?I said 12 and she says Well, I think you need to be shopping over here instead of where youre shopping at because theyre not going to fit you (I had literally just gotten done with an appointment at Davids bridal and size 12 was perfect on me) but this lady takes me to the 14-16 sized dresses and leaves me again. (Mind you, this is legit my appointment time - no help and no excitement from the workers there)I keep looking and finally the lady comes back and says,When are you getting married? - I said Late July; then she starts telling me and my friend how theyre 5 months out on getting dresses so I need to pick one ASAP and then she asks again when the wedding is, so again I say, Late July, July 21st.And then she tells us theyre 6 months out on getting dresses and even if I order today they wont have a dress ready for me. (What? 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ I really didnt get that, I mean did they even want to make a sale?)My friend says, Oh, its 6 months now? I thought you just told us 5 months? And the lady says Yes, 6 months. We wont have a dress on time.Not offering to help us find something, not asking what styles I like or about my wedding, not pointing us in a right direction or asking us about accessories atleast or bridesmaid dresses; she told us at some point shed be back because she was busy - but we saw her the entire time walking around the back of the store away from us the whole time - literally not doing anything except staying away from us.I finally just put the dresses back on the shelves and told my family that I didnt care to be around these people because of how rude they were and my family agreed. We walked out of my appointment because they were rude and seemed uncaring and very very unhelpful.We have all literally been amazed and have been talking about this place for days now.Im glad Ill never have to go to this shop again.

This store advertises that they are all about their brides and customers, but yet when it comes to a customer who is no longer going to be a bride they refuse to take the dress back or offer any form of refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any store and I will be telling all of my friends and family to never shop here.

I had such a great experience shopping for my wedding dress here! I have never been the type of girl who dreamed of a wedding or a wedding dress and I thought this would be like shopping for any other dress. But thanks to Jarib he knew the dress that would work for my body shape and picked out a BEAUTIFUL wedding gown and once I put it on I never wanted to take it off because I felt so good in it!!!! The best part is that it was in my price range and I cant wait for my future husband to see me in my dress! I really cant thank Jarib enough for helping me so much.

I had an appointment with 2 other bridal stores before coming to this one. The service Jarib gave was the best. As soon as I told him the kind of dress I was interested in, he put me in the dressing room and started bringing me options. I never had to look around. There was no stress trying to find a dress. All the dresses he brought to me were gorgeous!! I fell in love with 2 of them instantly, before choosing my perfect dress. I highly recommend Jarib if your shopping for your perfect dress. My experience was a really funny story, so I went just because I wanted to see lots a dresses for my upcoming quince. The lady who attended us was really kind and knew exactly what to do. So I ended up trying a few and for that unexpected visit, I bought a really pretty dress. The prices are also very good, its not over exaggerating. If you need anything going from a wedding, a quince, or just a fancy party, I highly recommend going here. Maybe an unexpected visit might turn out to be the place where you get the destined dress.

I was shopping for my wedding dress and had already found one I liked at another retailer, I just wasnt ready to say yes without visiting other shops. From the moment Pam introduced herself I felt like I was going to be taken care of. I showed her the dress from the other place, which she happened to be a former employee of, and she said she had one similar to it that I should try. As we all pulled dresses Pam listened to everything I wanted/didnt want, never once tried to change my mind. The first dress I tried on, which was the one that was similar to the other shops, became the one to beat. I think we all knew it because I had a veil on within 2 minutes. Of course I had to try the other dresses we pulled just to be sure, but the first won was the best! I had reservations about the dress from the other shop, but none with this dress. Pams customer service was amazing and I recommend her and Bridal Novias for your wedding dress needs!

I think all brides to be would agree that you don’t usually know what to expect from your wedding gown shopping and that it is such a special occasion that you want to spend as much time as you want before you finally decide on one. This store didn’t let me do that. I visited once and tried on several dresses. The lady that helped me was nice and helpful. There was another lady who seemed to be in charge promised me a huge discount on one if I bought it that day. I obviously couldn’t make up my mind like that so I told them I will come back. I came back about a week later and asked if they could do a sample order as another place had told me that they would for me. The lady in charge looked at me and completely dismissed me. Like I was saying something crazy. She was so rude. That’s when I knew I won’t be dropping my $$$ there.

When we first walked in, it took about 10min for someone to come look for us. when someone came, they walked us to the back and another lady came over. She was nice in the beginning, and grabbed some dresses for me to try because I did not know where to start. I wasnt too happy with the options and she grabbed a brand new dress that shipped in. I tried it on and It was definitely NOT my style and I felt like a Christmas tree. She did not like the fact that my mom, sister and cousin did not like the dress and then tells me I dont have anymore dresses of your size to try on thats it. She walks away looking annoyed which made me feel a bit mad because she made me feel like I was too big for any other dresses. Im a size 18/20 and all they had were smaller size dresses. They honestly are not elegant at all. I took off the last dress and she still came up to me and gave me her card but we decided to go to Davids bridal and got better service there!! even bought a dress! dont waste your time here.

Walked in wanting to just try on different styles, walked out having chosen my dress! you tell them what youre looking for, what your budget is, show them a picture of what you have in mind and they show you what they have that fits your criteria. the prices are reasonable, obviously alterations are a given but they refer you to seamstresses they trust. they help you try things on and fit you with dresses that flatter your frame. i loved it here!

Yesterday I came in to try on dresses to see what would come close to my vision. Let me tell you a bit of my journey. Im a Breast Cancer survivor. I have always liked the sweetheart neckline but after what I went through I never thought it be possible for me to wear that type of neckline again. I feel like I walked in to a blessing. Pam, Amanda and their manager Jarib made my vision a reality. They went above and beyond to help he find what I was looking for. After the first 2 dresses I still wasnt 100 %. Not until Pam spoke to Jarib and told him my story that I felt like the Angels brought out my dress. I tried on the 3rd dress and I started to cry. I really didnt want a ballgown but it was covering some of my battle scars. Then the 4th dress. As soon as I put it in I was crying so much. This was my dress. Everything I wanted and I felt like a beautiful bride. I came out and saw my family crying and I knew I had to take the dress. Words cant describe how thankful I am for Jarib for making this possible. Thank you all so much.

Selected a non-traditional wedding dress at this location and had great help from Lucia. She was patient and listened to exactly what I was looking for. I had gone to other bridal shops where I had made an appointment and they werent as helpful as Lucia. She was energetic, helpful and really positive! Really neat woman!

Customer service is terrible. No tact on how they help the customer. They did not ask questions about the style, where reluctant on allowing us to try dresses, seem aggravated every time we asked for a new style, they were combative and rude. Even though we were there to purchase an expensive dress, they still were rude.

Really bad experience with this store do not recommend it for any bridesmaid dresses AT ALL!! Instead of helping with my wedding hassle they made it harder, my bridesmaids went to get measured and when they received their dresses they still fit too big and had to go somewhere else to get it fixed, second of all they payed extra for faster shipping and some got their dresses 3 days before the wedding. Lastly there was bad customer service since some ladies called my bridesmaids to tell them the dresses had already arrived a week before and when they went a lady at the counter would tell them otherwise just to not get up and look for the dresses that were actually IN the store already. Like I said I do not reccomend it.

Went to Bridal Novias to pick out my wedding dress. The staff was very attentive, though they seemed a bit hurried. They helped me pick out a gorgeous dress and were able to ship it to me once I paid it off. Customer service could be a bit better, as I had to call multiple times and track down the sales representative who had helped me in order to get all the shipping information sorted out. Communication is also much easier if you speak Spanish. When I called in to make payments, I was often passed from one speaker to another to find someone who spoke English well enough to help me.Overall, their customer service could be better. But Im very satisfied with my experience and I love my dress.

Terrible with customers service skills. The workers at the quinceañera section are very rude. They speak Spanish among themselves to gossip about their employes and about us the costumers. I will not buy from them and will never recommend this place. They are Very unprofessional. Two months ago, I spoke with the manager and today a friend of mine experienced the same lack of respect.

This place is amazing. They went out of their way to get my daughter the perfect dress. You cannot find this type of service anywhere else in El Paso. They test you like family, maybe even better.

They have a beautiful bridal selection of dresses & great service by Jarib. I bought my gorgeous bridal wedding dress here. It was a very thought decision between two of them.

Store was nicely kept and clean. Looking for a formal gown, found one we loved, only it was missing a few rhinestones. Where the rhinestones had fallen off, the backings of the rhinestones had left black spots, which wasnt a huge deal, Im crafty enough to fix that. They discounted it after asking then during checkout offered to fix it for free. I took them up on the offer but was HUGELY dissappointed and beyond pissed after picking up the dress. Where there had been missing rhinestones, they glued on sequins in place. 2 VERY different things and very noticeable. So now I have to go pick off all the sequins and still glue on rhinestones. Thanks for the extra work and the VERY poor job. Love my dress, HATE store.

Sunday oct 20th at 1 pm we Walked in to ask about an upcoming wedding, the older woman became rude when she discovered it was a gay wedding. She immediately said they didnt have what we were looking for.

Ok I just wanted to share my awful experience. My wedding party and myself went dress shopping in El Paso back in March in hopes to get a nice head start getting our dresses for October. My dress shop was an amazing experience..however, my bridesmaids and mothers experience at their shop was a nightmare.We went to a shop called Bridal Novias and from the jump I should have known something was fishy about this place because they never measured anyone. The lady insisted on having them try on different style dresses to get their sizes. She said she had done this for years and it would be fine. We ordered the dress in burgundy and when we went to pick them up about 3 months later in June the dresses were the wrong color, size and none of them fit correctly. My moms was was terrible and the wrong size as was another bridesmaid. Everyone else decided to get alterations...So we ask to order one size larger for both of them. They put the order in and call the next week to tell us the bridesmaids dress didnt come in another size and wanted they also to charge my mom $50 more to order the new size. She agreed and we had to make a 3rd trip to El Paso first week of August.My mom called 2 weeks prior to our trip to make sure her dress was there. THEY ASSURED HER the dress was at the store so we went up to get her dress along with the other bridesmaids dress. When we arrive they could not find my moms dress and realize they had not placed the order to the warehouse. They also realized they were ordering 2 sizes bigger than we had asked for. I was furious and wanted my money back that day and complained about the quality and tjem being the wrong color because the dresses were falling apart and not what we expected. They said to be more careful with them because they couldnt do anything about it and my mom has more patience and a kind heart so she agreed to allow them to ship it to her house.The manager promised to call us the following week to make sure that everything was set up for shipping. However, she never contacted us. wWe called 2 weeks later to find out about the dress. She told us that the dress would not be here until September 20th which Is only 3 weeks before the wedding. This does not give her enough time to get alterations! And the dress was going to be too big! So we found her another dress in Albuquerque and we demanded her money back from the other dress store. Not to mention the dresses in Abq were 10 times cheaper and had similar dresses to what we ordered.The manager called us back yesterday and agreed to give her partial refund if she agreed to pay a $40 restock fee and said she is lucky to get q refund its against policy. In the 1st place it was never even sent to the store or ordered in the right size why is she paying to restock? I dont know!! We made 3 damn trips over a span of 5 months. This is ridiculous, unprofessional and I will never give them business again!! Im saying this as a warning to anyone who goes dress shopping in El Paso stay away from Bridal Novias it was an awful experience and so disappointing!

When I first went to the store, my impression was quite positve. It is a really nice and clean store with a wide selection of wedding dresses. You also get taken care of the staff right away and they will help you find the dress of your dreams. The fitting rooms are huge and everyone has her own space to look at the dress in the big mirrors.I found a dress but I wanted to have it changed a little. So I talked to the manager and she was very helpful regarding my issue! She solved this problem really quick and professional.

I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism, my daughter (13 yrs old) went to get measured for a dress for a Quince, when I picked up the dress, the rhinestones were falling off and the shoulder strap was too long. Then I looked at the cleavage and it was so inappropriate for a 13 year old girl. I told the lady the problems with the dress and her solution was that my daughter shouldnt wear a bra. Are you kidding me? Then she said they would glue the rhinestones back on. I picked up the dress a few days later to have the same problem, when I asked about the straps she said they didnt do alterations and handed me a list of seamstresses. Wow!!! Ladies please be careful and do your research before you commit and pay so much money for low quality dresses, which in the end will not fit properly.

They have very beautiful gowns for wedding and quinceaneras. They have many accessories and variety of services. The only draw back is the employees, Some dont want to help you if they know you are just looking and not planning to purchase.

The dress we got from here was really pretty. It’s the only good thing about this place. The ladies that work here se cren la gran caca. After you’ve purchased the dress they could care less if anything came out wrong. They ordered the package that came with the dress wrong. The color was red and everything came in white, apparently we had chose it like that. It doesn’t make sense cause nothing in this quincenera is going to be white. They didn’t give a single damn about it coming out wrong. We had asked if we could switch the boque of flowers for the doll and they didn’t get that. So they got the color wrong, didn’t give us the doll, the stuff that came in was dirty. So they sold us the wrong color, (white) and they came in dirty. Such a bad experience. Honestly would go somewhere else, pinchie viejas mamonas estan bien feas! Plus if you don’t look like you have they won’t bother to try and sell anything to you. One old wrinkley lady acted extremely rude, I’m guessing she was a manager or something. So please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY RUINED IT ALL AND THEY DONT CARE ONE BIT. COULDNT EVEN SAY SORRY.

Horrible place, I was greeted by an older lady who pointed me to specifically two sections to look at because of my size. Not once asked what style of dress I wanted. Then she clearly didnt know I spoke Spanish and started telling the other woman who worked there not to worry or bother because I wasnt going to be buying today in Spanish. Rude! My skin color doesnt describe my ethnicity. Vieja Estupida!

Loved Jarib Sefardi the Asst. Manager, he knew exactly what I wanted and made my dreams come true. When I stood infront of the mirror in my lace dress I cried. I thought that only happened on tv to hook viewers, but this feeling I got just pulled everything together for me. Thank you Jarib my husband loved the dress as well, and you totally changed my dissapointed mood from davids bridal earlier that day. You totaly focused on me and made me feel important. This was truely a special moment for me.

Horrible!!!Purchased a dress with add-ons came in to pick up dress the dress was correct but the add-ons werent the right color and its to late to reorder them they said the lady who helped me no longer works there do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere

I bought my daughters Quince dress at this store. after the dress arrived and my daughter went to try it on, the sales person gave us about 10 minutes of her time and was in a hurry. I advised the sales person that the dress was short on my daughter and the tope shoulder area was big. all she said was that after they steam iron the dress it should be longer and to get my daughter a push up bra and that would fix the problem. I paid almost $1000 for my daughters dress and that was the BIGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. the dresses at Bridal Novias are over priced and services after youve paid for the dress is horrible. I called the store and spoke to the supervisor Claudia about the problem and advised her I needed to speak to the owner its been almost 1 month since my last call and I have not received any type of call from Elodia. I DONT RECOMEND THIS STORE to anyone, your event could be ruined by them and they could care less. HORRIBLE SERVICE, OVER PRICED GOWNS AND THE OWNER CAN CARE LESS. THE STARS I GIVE THIS STORE IS A NEGATIVE 5

Do not have variety of sizes wasted my time

Had a bad experience when I went to pick up my dress, the associate that helped me (Lupita) was rushing me through the transaction and was not helping me with my questions, she finally asked another sales person to help me (Martha) I saw her leave to go help a new bride that was walking in the store I guess since I already bought my dress I was not of interest to her anymore. DisappointedOn the other hand Martha was very nice and helpful, she is the associate that helped me when I first purchased my dress she made me feel very comfortable and was very patient with me in my time of stress. My Bridal dress purchase started very good because of Martha but ended bad because of Lupita. Some stores get bad reviews bacause of some of their associates but not all are ugly like Lupita, Managers should be more attentive to the customer service their staff is providing.
