Nicole was great she picked my spouse and I up from the airport and drove us to dealership where she already had the out car washed with a full tank of gas waiting on us. She kept us entertained and informed during the purchasing process that we didn’t realize 3 hours had pass by time we were ready to hit the road. Since we came from out of town to purchase the car she even checked in with us a few days later just to make sure we made it home safely. For this type of service I would differently return to Village Toyota for another purchase, I really felt like I was in good hands.

The staff were really helpfully. They provided transportation to and from work while my vehicle was getting serviced. They keep track of all that my vehicle has had and needs. Very satisfied with the service.

A simple oil change took two full hours at the Express Maintenance department. I had an appointment. The quick lube places typically take 15 minutes. I was overcharged (not the first time this has happened). Nonetheless, when I called the overcharge to their attention, they immediately remedied it with apologies. Their redemption is in their personnel. They are always extremely personable and pleasant, including today. I am always satisfied with the work as well. The big plus is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

I was impressed with everyone that I came in contact with. I pulled into the wrong area and your employee moved my car for me and got me to the right department. Service was quick and professional.

Not too bad. Got there about 9:30 am out by 11:30 am. Did a very good inspection while oil change and free tire rotation. With military discount about $55. Ease and not getting dirty is worth some money. Found brake pads in front very worn. Gladly will go again because of the following:1. Clean and spacious waiting rooms with clean bathrooms.2. No hidden fees.3. Multipoint inspection and free tire rotation. Oh and free Wi-Fi with comfortable chairs.
