I was traveling in to EL Paso on a Saturday. I saw there was a Southern tire mart and I needed to replace my two front steers bad. I called the location and they told me that they are open till noon that day. I was an hour away from closing, but Melvin told come in we will take of you. Great person you have Southern tire mart. I was able to meet all my appointments.

I STOPPED AT THE EL PASO STORE AND THE ATTITUDE FROM THE TWO GUYS AT THE COUNTER IS BAD. ONLY ONE GUY THAT I SAW ORGANIZING THE SHOP WAS A TALLER MAN WITH A BEARD. THE SHOP WAS UNORGANIZED. I COULDN’T GET HIS NAME. BECAUSE OF HIM I WAS IN AND OUT QUICK.

These guys certainly know customer service, and they 100% stand behind their tires. Also huge thanks to their Phoenix,AZ store and Santos in Phoenix. I had a issue several months ago with the warranty on a Toyo tire purchased from outside their shops at a different shop, and not even being their tire, they and the Toyo rep stood behind me just as if I was originally their customer from original purchase. Spend 40 min waiting for sale associate, but he didnt show up, left with nothing!

WORST COMPANY EVER!They had me wait 3 hours to change a flat at my own home! We weren’t even in the middle of nowhere! We were in town! They set a time frame of 60 to 90 minutes and they took all 90 and an hour and a half more. When I called for an eta 6 minutes before hitting the 90 minute mark they said something along the lines of not wanting to give me a time frame cause I might call back and yell at them if it goes past that time! WHAT???? Extremely bothered by this company and also it was a recommended business by uhaul! WHY AND HOW???? Was experience ever! They kept calling to push back the time and at a point they even stopped giving a ETA and just said they’d be late! I tried to submit a review on their website but I assume they pick and choose what to put since my review at a one start did not appear and it showed they had a perfect 5 star. This is so disappointing!
