Took a friends car there service was good but just remember its a dealership so they charge more then we found this during the inspection we can do it for $$ Like No thanks. I can change a filter for a lot cheaper dude.

Would have given 5 but when u make an appointment and have to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change yea you get a low score. My adviser was super polite and efficient. He would get a 5. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and give them one more chance.

Honestly, Im not a fan anymore. Theres an older gentleman that is very condescending to me when talking about my vehicle. I also recently got my 80,000 mile service done. After it was done, they never replaced my engine cover and my car started shaking while it was in idle mode. The older gentleman told me I had to pay 130 dollars for them to basically test for stuff they obviously messed up. I understand Im just one customer but thats not proper business. Still searching for a decent mechanic.

Took a month for them to repair my vehicle on a claim with Nissan to fix a faulty strut. The service advisor never answers his calls. Take your vehicle to another Nissan Dealer. So much for being the home of the nice guys.

Took my car in and was told to give them 2-3 days since they were busy. For 2 weeks I never heard from my advisor nor did he return my calls/messages. I was able to connect with another advisor and I told him to have my car ready and that I would take it to another dealership. They scrambled and fixed my vehicle (erase the codes) in less than 2 hours. Horrible!

Wife bought her 2020 Nissan Rogue from this dealership brand new late last year with less than 30 miles on it. During the deal, she was promised by the manager and agent we dealt with that they would also throw in a tint on the window with the purchase. Wife calls about a month later to set an appointment and is told because no paperwork states anything about a tint that they would have to charge her. Fast forward to this month, the car starts making loud noises that we thought were from the muffler. Take the vehicle to two different mechanics who state that the issue is coming from the exhaust flanges and it appears to have had a major repair to it that did not entirely work. We have never taken the car in for anything save a 6 month check up to this dealership, and changing our own oil and air filter. Wife takes the car to the dealership and without ever looking at the car, the mechanics basically make it out like my wife has no idea what she is talking about, treat her with disrespect and state that she has no idea what she is talking about. When she asked if there had been any prior damage to the vehicle in transit or at the factory the mechanics tried to persuade her that was not the case without looking at paperwork. Finally after looking for a possible damage report, the mechanics finally stated after 3 HOURS OF WAITING that they would take a look for her to see, but they most likely would have to charge her since they cannot believe the damage occurred prior to the purchase. We left immediately. I will never take our car here again and am trading in my Nissan first thing in the morning to avoid dealing with this kind of shoddy service ever again.

Had an appointment set for when they first open and when I got there I was told that I will have to wait three hours before they start on my car because just a first come first serve basis and appointments do not matter. What’s the reason for appointments if they do not honor the scheduled time

Make sure they know exactly what you want done. An oil change is not the only thing serviced at the recommended intervals. You have to make sure the newer service managers are aware of this

I have a 2016 nissan altima and I took it to see if my car had a recall on the cvt transmission. That worker that attended me was rude and basically told me I would have to pay for a a mistake the manufacturer made. Come on now you are there to help not take money from people that barely have. They should close this place down, or hire professional customer service.

Inventory was less than satisfactory. Salesmsn left me alone at a desk several times only saying I will be right back, and did not return for 15 minutes or longer on several occasions. I almost walked out of the dealership as I was tired of waiting not knowing why b hr had suddenly left. Better customer care and service is needed at this dealership. I had heard family members say they felt sales staff was rude there and customer service was not good. Now I experienced it myself.

Dont buy any nissan with a cvt transmission or any extended warranties you will loose about 5k on transmission and about 2k on useless extended warranties.

Technician Ruben technically laugh at me, he told me that my car was going to be ready the next day before 1pm (Saturday) that he was going call me. I tried calling the service department unsuccessfully several times so I drove to the shop to pick up my car, when I ask for Ruben another tech told me that it was his day off, I explain him my situation and he apologized mentioning that there was no way that my car was going to be ready on that day since the parts were going to get to the shop until Tuesday. This is Not poor service, I consider this is DISRESPECT from Ruben for lying and wasting my precious time.

*Very poor customer services*Don’t talk to you very nicely*Look at you very funny*It all about the money, once you pay that it*Dont have a diverse nationality*Speak their local language more frequently when customers are around*Dont let u know when your next services are due(transmission, brake, or power steering fluids)But will let you know about the next problem with your vehicle.

Terrible return experience!! The famed good ol boys (owners), are having the wool pulled over their eyes! I took my Nissan in for a recall & a Texas state inspection. Before arriving I inspected my windshield wipers and they were not torn. Upon arrival service advisor ruben o. checked my wipers for integrity as well & made no comment as to any discrepancies with them. Later the inspector armando m. drove up with my car & was replacing one of my windshield wipers. I approached him & I asked what he was doing requesting that he reinstall my old windshield wiper & he replied that he couldnt do that and I noticed that the very edge corner of my old windshield wiper had been torn. I asked service advisor ruben o. what happened as he had inspected the wipers himself & his reply was.I guess they do things differently. You take in the vehicle that you bought with your hard earned money (32k) for service & expect that it will be safeguarded & this is the end result! Furthermore conveniently the nissan north america survey I was supposed to receive, never came to me for my response! Ladies & Gentleman do not trust these shysters with your vehicle. Make sure you take pictures of your vehicle before hand to assure it hasnt been damaged while on the property!

They are very attentive but the service was lacking. Went in for an oil change (2011 Maxima) and they forgot to wash my car and included my via Nissan website. Just be sure to micro manage. Other than that... Theyre very helpful.
