I have brought my Infiniti car here all three times that I was hit by another driver. Every time that I have needed my car’s bumper replaced, Joe has been the one that I ask for because he knows how to take care of his customers! They always do an amazing job on my car. It’s so hard to find good customer service these days and became of Joe’s excellent and professional assistance, I willkeep taking my car back when needed! Highly recommend.

First of all, if you’ve read any of my reviews you know how picky I am when it comes to customer service, educated staff and quality of products/services. I was referred to this shop by the adjuster and a couple of coworkers who have had work done here before. It didnt hurt that it wasnt far from home either. But they did thorough work with only a hiccup or two which was quickly resolved with some out source questioning. So when I barely had my car 7 days before it was hit in the same $!@* place it was easy for me to take it right back to them to fix again.

Excellent customer service and damage repair. Quotes on materials, repair and replacement was better than competitive quotes. I had HOY repair door dents on my BMW and replace my Jaguars rear bumper after a parking lot incident. Both repairs came in under quote and were repaired quickly. Im highly satisfied and recommend HOY for superb service and customer care.

They always take forever and they do not do quality work. The workers cannot even keep track of the screws/bolts they remove. Not a quality shop go elsewhere.

My brand new car got hit shortly after I purchased it. It was a relatively complicated repair that involved several areas. Gilbert, the head manager, helped me with the initial assessment and intake. The repair was done in a timely and appropriate fashion and I was informed during the whole process while it was being repaired. The repair was immaculate. The completed work is amazing including the end product and paint job. There is no way to tell it was in a wreck and it looks perfect. I have taken 2 of my vehicles here and am always blown away by their professional service. You walk in and the work atmosphere is, positive. The employees are friendly, fast and communicative. This time around Sergio Velasquez helped me out and he was wonderful. I picked up my car and it was cleaned from the inside out. Totally satisfied with this business and how they are running it. Should I ever need to take my car back Ill be bringing it back here no doubt.

This is by far the best auto body shop around! They did an amazing job on my car when it got the front end smashed in. They were fast and keep you updated along the way every time I called they always answered. My car came out looking better than even before the wreck the washed it and cleaned it! I would gladly do business with them again and recommend them to everyone!

We had a horrible experience here. Our car was brought here after a collision, they told us it was totalled so we started car shopping. Then it wasnt and they said it would take 28 days to fix. It took over 2 months! During that time we called for updates which we were told it would be done beginning of next week and he would call when it was done. No phone call. Call again, itll be done next week, call you when its done. No call. Repeat. Finally it was done. We went in to get it where we were helped by a brainless girl who cared more about her nails then her job. After waiting for our keys, it turns out the car wasnt done and it would be done tomorrow. Came back the next day and we picked up our car. After driving it around for a bit we realized it was NOT done! There was still a crack in the windshield, the electronics were all mucked up, and there was glass everywhere! When we turned on the air glass shot at us for the ducts!!! So we had to bring it back in!!!! The electronics are still wonky and there is still a piece missing from the door, but Im not bringing it back in to have nothing done again. Im going to bring it to Subaru (which he told me that Subaru would inspect it, he never sent it over there I asked Subaru so he lied to me repeatedly) and I will be letting our insurance know what a horrendous experience we had and that the car wasnt even completed. Do not go here!

I have a mixed review for this body shop. When I came to pick up my car there was added damage to my car and my service adviser was unbelievably rude. He made me feel unsafe with his tone of voice his, belittling demeanor, and defensive bodily language. I had to request for the manager to help with my car service. The manager, Joe was so amazing and very helpful. He took over my case and Im so thankful for this, he was so nice and compensating for my added damages. He made me feel like I was taken care of and that there is nothing to worry about. I honestly rate Joe alone 5 stars and my assigned service adviser 0 stars which is why I gave 2 stars.

I brought my car in to Hoy Body Shop to get some repairs done to my car. I dropped off my car on Monday morning and the rep said not to worry we will take care of it. He told me it would take 1 week. The insurance offered me a rental for the time my car was getting fixed. As the week passed, I called for a status update that fallowing Monday. I was told they needed to order more parts so I said OK how much longer. He said he will send the car to paint on Wednesday and should be ready to pick up late Friday. Friday came and went, never received a call. Monday morning I called back. He said yes your car will be ready at 5pm, I will call you and let you know. I got a call later that night saying it was washed and cleaned and ready for pick up. I said if it was possible to pick it up tomorrow first thing in the morning. I was told that would be fine. Fallowing morning I went to drop off my rental and they gave me a ride to Hoy. I come in first thing in the morning to pick up my car and I talk to the ladies at the front desk as they handed me my paperwork for the car, the ladies called the rep responsible for my car. He looked at me confused and said Mrs your cars not ready. It needs a bumper and to be washed and cleaned. I looked at him very confused. I said I got a call from you last night and said my car was ready! He went on to say he confused me with someone else with the same last name but she drove a Volvo. I drive a Toyota... I called the car rental and they told me they had already closed the account on my rental. I made Hoy aware and said they needed to fix this ASAP. Luckily I was able to get my rental extened. I picked up my car yesterday and notice the car logo plates were missing, my tire was flat and my left signal didnt work! I was told by the rep to come in this morning and what do you know. He isnt here today. This is the worst place ever everything is done half ass!

Horrible customer service! Avoid dealing with Rene Villegas at all cost! It was impossible to communicate any concerns with this man. Even though the actual work on the car was okay, just dealing with him made everything awful. He is absolutely impossible. Its probably best to avoid this place if they choose to allow someone like this to mistreat their customers.Besides his attitude, he would not provide updates. He even gave us inaccurate information. At one point he said the car was ready and when we arrived it was not.

I took my 2014 Dodge Charger there because it was recommended by my insurance company USAA. Just picked it up today, awful experience! Sergio the person handling the claim did nothing but lie. I talked to him 3 times and all he said was the car will be ready at 530 its being cleaned and detailed. The car was never ready at 530, they handed the keys to my daughter at 6 and closed. Car was filthy, repairs were not even done properly, hood wasnt even aligned it doesnt even close properly and the bottom of the bumper wasnt even repaired. They didnt even bother to go over any details with my daughter or ask if she had any questions. I left a message on their machine so we will see if anyone calls me back. Already filling a complaint with USAA. It seems like they just got there check and said thank you and bye.So I want to thank Joe Barraza for contacting me and helping to make my 1 star experience with Hoy Fox Body Shop into a 5 star experience! He had my car back in the shop and really corrected everything that was wrong with it when I first picked it up, and he had it looking good as new. I recommend asking for Joe when you take your car into Hoy Fox Body Shop! Having great Customer Service and great Ethics goes a long way in business.
