Worst customer service always get put on hold for more than 5 minutes and the guys always answer with an attitude or transfer me when I have already been helped and I have to constantly repeat what I’m looking for .

Call for info, they answer and say they dont have it and hang up right away, what fukng disrespectful.

One of the guys in the front was completely rude and when we pulled the part ourselves off the cars he still wanted to charge an outstanding price. He had the nerve to tell us don’t come back if you don’t want to pay. Very bad customer service. JUST BECAUSE HE SAW US YOUNG.

Unfortunately they have no idea how many tens of thousands of dollars they have lost cuz of lazy employees and terrible service, I own a business and would have recognized that immediately and changed it! I have twice tried to call for parts at different times and given up cuz of bad service just tried again and decided easier to buy new hood at full price only because of how bad service was.... it’s a pitty owner willing to take a lot less profits for his bad employee s

The guy at the front was fair with his pricing and the auto part we needed was in fairly new condition.

Bought some parts at this place and accidentally got the wrong ones. They did not want to give me the money back or even exchange them for something else even if it had happened a few hours ago.The manager Mario is the worst he only cares about himself and not about the costumers, plus everything is so pricey !!!

If I could add more stars I would. They are excellent for fenders and more. I am female and was waiting in line when a man cut in front of me. The cashier told the man to get in line that I was next; the cashier did so in a gentle courteous way. I was floored. They give you the best deal, and go out of their way to help you. My trips there have been many thanks to their excellent stock, prices and customer service. Thank you AC Auto Panels for excellent customer service and honesty.

The best place to find new parts for your vehicle. By far the best price anywhere. They usually keep a good inventory and will have what you need. Especially light assemblys for most vehicles

They tried selling me a new tail light that was cracked and I immediately went back to exchange they made me wait for over 30 Minutes while 5 employees sat behind the counter conversing about their plans for the night instead of attending to the other customers and myself. This is by far the worst service I ever encountered! I wouldn’t even give It any stars if that was an option!

Bad service over priced junked parts

Called the location on Texas Ave. & they were rude and lazy as well but they told me the part I needed was in stock on the Montana location. So I called and right away the guy who answered was very rude. I told him the part I was looking for and said they supposedly don’t carry it.

After having to remove door trim part myself they wanted $50. for a part I can get new on Amazon for $16. What a ripoff. Do not buy here, they are crooks.

We tried to order a tail light lens for a customer at our business. We ordered it and were told it would be delivered the next morning. We didnt receive it so we called and we were told the one they had was cracked they would try to get it from their other location. We called again 4 hours later just to be told they couldnt get it until Monday but that they could sell us a used one for more money then the new one!

Most expensive place to get used parts! $30 for a used trunk latch that i was able to get for $8 at another junkyard! I got the receipt to prove it!!

Luis is a great sale rep

This company sucks. The guy who manages the used parts side is horrible. I think he wears glasses. Everytime I go and tell him what I need he is always saying I need to buy everything connected to that part I need. I dont need everything but one piece. And he is rude as hell. They should fire him or either be shut down.
