Gene was very helpful. The mechanics could not duplicate the sound my car was making. Gene suggested I drive my car with their master mechanic. Once the master mechanic heard the sound, he took the car back in and was able to fix the issue. Gene keptin touch letting me know what was going on and how long it would take. I really appreciate both of them going above and beyond to fix my car.
Its hard for them to explain what is exactly going on with the car. A person buys extended warranty top of the line and its a headache For anything to get paid. They also tell you recommendations over the phone but not exactly an explanation for each one of them so it makes a person not want to get them do get them done until they reach out to another party to confirm what the recommendations the recommendations are.

Honestly, I have not had a single decent experience with this dealership.The only good thing I got out of associating with this dealership was my vehicle. That’s it. Other than that, the service is absolutely terrible.The people here don’t listen to a word you say. It goes in one ear and then straight out the other.I paid the down payment with my own money. My dad didn’t put down a single cent; all he did was co-sign for the vehicle because I don’t have credit. Financing for my vehicle was how I was supposed to build it. That was the plan. And yet, they still went and put the vehicle and everything under my dad’s name. And when I tried reaching out to my representative about it - on multiple occasions - he never once got back to me.So, if you’re a first time buyer, like I was, save yourself the headache and don’t waste your time with this place.Also, scheduled an appointment for an oil change two weeks in advance. Had to wait over three whole hours just for that - for a simple oil change, which shouldn’t take thirty minutes, much less an hour. I’ve never had to wait this long with other establishments that do vehicle maintenance in the past. And then, after waiting those three hours, I was approached and told that they had only changed my oil and hadn’t rotated my tires yet, because they found a nail in the rear passenger tire. I requested to have the nail and tire left alone because it hadn’t been causing problems, and I would bring the vehicle back to have the tire replaced after another was ordered and had arrived in a day or two. It then took them another hour just to rotate the driver side tires. The only good thing was that the tire was included in my warranty, though it was a different brand than the other tires. But other than that, just bad experiences all around with every department. Once I’ve used my two years or 100,000 miles promise for free maintenance, I’m done with this place. Maybe sooner.Going to your dentist and having them pull all of your teeth without anesthesia would be less painful than having to deal with these people.
Not my first time but my second time here. Although it’s a long wait time (when you don’t have an appointment) I don’t mind because they check the whole car and make sure everything is good to go. Memo was my advisor and he was very nice, efficient, and professional. He was able to explain everything nice and thoroughly. He went as far as to go outside and open the hood to answer my questions/concerns that I had. I will definitely be going back with him again. I did not have an appointment and was told there was a long wait, my advisor highly suggested the shuttle service. I was a little hesitant because I had never taken it and wasn’t sure if it was reliable. The shuttle service is 10/10 the driver was very friendly and talkative. I did not have to wait long to be taken home or to be picked up to be taken back to Toyota.
I was at 6 on the morning and first on line but no appointment done and they said that I need an appointment or wait for 3 hrs to get the service. I know that at this time it would be better to make an appointment but some times it is very difficult with your job and you try to be there early to make the job done on weekend when we have no work and the agent does not try to help you at all it took me 2 and 35 minutes waiting for the service to get done when I was first on line they should make and exception and explain for the next time how to make the appointment.
I always dread having to get my car serviced in general because in my experience, its always a long wait time (about 3-4 hours) so I always make sure to have a ride back home instead of waiting at the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to have one of service representatives from Fox Toyota call me back after 2 hours informing me my car was ready for pick-up. They were professional and provided great service!

I don’t know much about cars so when my vehicle was given back, I did not get any sort of information about the vehicle health status from Adrian and I was left disappointed by this. I was given the keys and told to pay. Not helpful at all. A “you’re vehicle is doing good” would have sufficed. I was told I had a nail in one of tires but wasn’t told which tire. Makes me wonder if they even do the actual job. We don’t know what happens on the other side of those walls, give your customers piece of mind and just keep us informed.
I just purchased a new vehicle from this dealership (2022 Camry Hybrid). I like the vehicle and like the Toyota brand. The salesperson was courteous and professional (Eduardo Segovia).The dealership itself has shown many changes from my previous encounters.I had stopped purchasing vehicles from this dealership for the last 10 years. Reasons being the lack of professionalism from the sales persons. Getting different price quotes for the same vehicle to being told that information (negative) maintained on me indicated that I would constantly call about prices.I was concerned that the internet manager was using negative information that he maintained of me. I addressed my concerns by filing a complaint. Management responded quickly and stated that they would address my concerns. I trusted that they did.About two years ago I saw the headlines where employees to include a manager had been arrested for stealing cars from the dealership.
I wanted to rank this dealer higher because I love my 21 Tacoma however I remembered that these guys aren’t responsible for that part of my experience. Our salesman was a little edgy and I’ve decided not to drop his name but I found myself a little insulted most of the time he was talking and so was my wife. I was talked down on by most of the staff but nothing too serious. My salesman made no effort really because the trucks sell themselves and it was obvious he didn’t wanna spend his time selling something to a 20 year old. I also instructed them to just do the pdi but to please not unwrap the vehicle or wash it was I have worked at a dealer and I didn’t want them using old rags to dry my new truck. I walk in to see it for the first time coated in tire shine and my instructions were clearly ignored. There was no damage or anything to my truck but I wa still insulted to be ignored so blatantly. My anger really comes in now that I’m relocating to Iowa from New Mexico. I was mortified to find out my salesman completely fabricated a story on lifetime frame replacement. One of my biggest concerns was rust and now that I’m moving to the rust belt I find out that my truck does not have this warranty. I’ve worked for dealers before in sales and I myself am a mechanic. I swore I would stay away from dealers but I really wanted a toyota. I would not advise anyone to buy from these guys as they seem to be about as shady as any other car dealer out there. STAY AWAY

When I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler everyone was checking in on me in regards to the liking of my purchase. I was more than happy with my Jeep. Not even a year after I bought it, the vehicle won’t start. I changed the battery. Still won’t start. Tried to jump it, and nothing. I call my sales associate who assured me if any issues arises to contact him, so I did. All he did was provide me an 800 number which also did nothing. When I called the sales associate he said that’s all he could do. I’m super disappointed because I have never missed a payment, in fact I am ahead of my payments and this is the kind of customer service I get. I asked for assistance and was basically told call this number. Would not recommend. Go elsewhere.
Worst place to buy, don’t buy from here! bought a car from here (2019 Chrysler 300 with 35 thousand miles) Car broke down 3 days later, I reached out to the sales lady which was Brenda, had to pay 1000 out of my pocket to get the car towed back home(I work out of town) mind you,After I initially left a down payment for the car. She said she would take care of it and lend me a car, well they never did spoke to a manager which was very rude and had no interest in trying to help me fix the issue. All they offered was to take my car as a trade in 7 thousand dollars less for what I bought it for. It’s been about 15 days now and Im still car less and they have no interest in helping me.
I waited 6 hours for an oil change and a small recall repair which was replacing the 3rd brake light. I was one of the first customers in that day and 7 other customers that were ahead of me left before I did. I thought I would save money/time by getting my free oil change but I should’ve spent the money and saved 6 hours of my day. Never coming back. If I could input 0 stars I would.

It was fixed today and my Family is safely driving again.Thank you.I just took in my Brand new 2021 Hybrid Highlander to Toyota Fox and the mechanical service done to my front right wheel was not resolved. I still hear a knocking sound when I do a u-turn. It wasnt there before. They tightened some bolts because I used to hear it when I hit the breaks approaching a stop sign or light. I still havent heard that knock but when I do a u-turn it still sounds loud exactly like when I would break. I dont know if I should take it somewhere else? Please contact me, you have my info on file. Its my familys safety Im worried about since they are the primary drivers of the Highlander. I arrived to hot fox toyota during a time I desperately needed a new car. My old car was about to give out on me and was crucial for me getting back and forth across town for work. There was no way my car would’ve lasted another day so sales associate Edwin Figueroa did his absolutely best to make sure I walked out with a reliable car with no problems. He not only was he very welcoming but he helped me qualify for a brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla. His service was top notch and I couldn’t have been more thankful for his service.
While traveling thru the area, the service engine lights came on my Highlander and I had 2000 more miles to drive. Manny Hernandez fit my car in even though the appointments were full. He repaired my Highlander and then checked everything out to make sure that I was safe to continue our trip. What a relief! What a wonder Toyota center. The shuttle drivers Gabriel and Michael were both wonderful. My whole experience at this Toyota dealership was really above and beyond. I felt so vulnerable being out of state and my car needing repairs but all the people were kind, professional and instilled a lot of confidence. Thank you!!!

The time allocated to start and complete the work seemed excessive. The first appointment was for 0715. Three days later the first diagnosis was completed. We then wound up taking the vehicle for a test drive. We had to bring it back since the AC was still not working. They found the problem and said the part wouldn’t be available until the next day. That day passed and the vehicle was supposed to be ready @ 1700. We said we’d pick it up the next morning first thing. On calling at 0800 the vehicle was waiting for the alignment. We found that the amount of time was more than we wanted to wait and said don’t do the alignment. Work is good, but dropping the vehicle seems to put one out of the schedule and causes unacceptable delays.

They did service on my car in good time. However Customer service is horrible. They don’t greet you when you go in and it seems like you’re bothering the service reps for being there. AJ is super bad at customer service. He seems upset and unhappy and rude. He shouldn’t be working there. Then it’s been a few times they forget courtesy wash on my car. The manager needs to get involved with the service reps.

I get free state inspections for my Camry. I called the service department to ask what the best time to come in would be. When I got there it was quick. And easy.
Manny was my advisor and every part of the service process was awesome. The facilities were beautiful and classy. The only reason the 5 star did not reached was the shuttle left without me and I was late to work.I sat in the lobby for 40 mins and had to ask what happened.I signed in at 7:05.I was told the Monday prior that once they got to 4 people the shuttle would leave. The shuttle left with 3 people. The sign in sheet was a mess. They fixed the problem by providing me a ride. The pick up shuttle was excellent.I will be returning because when I told them there was a problem, it was fixed.The job performance on my car was excellent.

Had my vehicle serviced several times with no problems. This time when I got there I noticed that no one was available. Saw several employees chit-chatting and not attending the customers. Also, had been told the last time my vehicle was serviced that I had one more free service. Was told this time that it was over 25,000 and it wasnt covered anymore. I had completely forgotten because of covid and all that happened. Anyway, mentioned it to Claudia and she was rude and with an ATTITUDE. Not even a THANK YOU! Will not be returning! Need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Had recall issue with my 2019 toyota camry, staff asked me some questions re issue. And were very polite and quick to answer any concerns I had. Advised me not to drive my vehicle but to have it towed to avoid having any other issues. Was expecting to have the car there for a day or more. But the had the issue fixed within a few hrs. No hassle at all!
Went in for an Oil change with appt. And truck finally ready after almost 4 hours. Usually there an hour to hour and a half. Dont know what happened this last time. As far as service on vehicle great service.

The staff were very attentive and returned my vehicle within one hour. I wasn’t advised what the 5,000 mile maintenance was for but got a complete form advising me what services were conducted. I was also offered a shuttle back to the dealership to pick up my car.
Please save yourself the headache of the horrible service that you are about to receive, and go somewhere else. If I could I would leave zero stars as a review. If your advisor is Claudia or Adrian switch while you can. They wont answer your calls (nearly impossible for someone to answer or return your call) and if a issue comes up they (Adrian this time) will refuse to take responsibility for any issues and will try to make it seem as if its the owners fault. A technician spilled fuel on my vehicle and no one cleaned it or supposedly “noticed” it. When brought up to the advisor he then has the gull to say well it didn’t bubble up or discolor did it; so your good. Vehicle leaves dirtier then when I dropped it off. What a joke! I had the whole exterior of the vehicle cleaned after leaving the dealership. Adrian then said “what do you want a tank of gas”? When what I want is my paint to last and not become discolored due to a mistake that could have been fixed. I had a great experience with the sales department with both of my 2020s but the service department is atrocious.
Good and fast professional service. I had reserved a place on shuttle but I would have to wait at least 30 minutes for shuttle driver to return and then wait who knows how much longer for actual ride. Had to call a friend for ride. So that was my only reason for not giving 5 star..

Came to FOX toyota because we had no luck finding a vehicle in stock due to covid from POE toyota and we are so happy we called fox toyota! We originally wanted to get the 4runner but due to the space, we quickly changed our minds.. There was no pressuring us to get the most expensive car which I really liked. Our salesman was named Gustavo and he was very friendly, patient and super helpful. He answered all the questions we had from A to Z. He showed us the 4runner and a sequoia and quickly fell in love with the sequoia! We werent expecting to get the car at all but luckily Gustavo and the rest of the fox team helped us get what we wanted, and what we were able to afford (Monthly cost wise). They were so quick and fast with helping us on trading our previous vehicle to this beautiful SUV. They did an amazing job and I couldnt thank them enough! EVERYONE was very friendly and offered us water. Thanks so much to the Fox Toyota team for helping us get our dream car as a family of five. I would highly recommend everyone to come here if they are interested in getting a toyota!

Had a Scheduled appointment at 12:45 for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall parts replacement. Took them almost 4 hours!!!!!!!!!!! And yes I even texted Manny to find for an update with no reply at all. In the meantime I am seriously watching people come in after me to include walk-ins, and leave well before. Oh and no tire rotation. Thanks. Would be zero stars if I could. Definitely wont recommend this place for services to anyone.

Do not bring your vehicle here under any circumstances. The service at this dealership has no idea what they are doing, from the GM down. After taking my vehicle to Fox Toyota/Lexus on four separate occasions, totaling 8 days and $1000, they could not even figure out what the problem with the vehicle was and they would they give me a refund for their failed recommendations. Additionally, they returned my vehicle to me on empty (0 fuel range).After speaking with the GM, it is evident that they also hate Soldiers. The GM had the audacity to question my leadership style while in Uniform after confronting him regarding his highly inadequate customer service team and their inability to find a problem with my wife’s car after being in possession of my vehicle for over 8 days. Then the GM told me to go to one of the competitor dealerships - that is the level of intelligence and maturity that I dealt with from the person in charge of this establishment. At that point I understood why the dealership was so toxic and incompetent, as they were a direct reflection of their leadership. I was then kicked out of his office and the premises after asking for a refund with a hand-wave, like I was some sort of dog in a military uniform. If this organization claims to support military members, their owner certainly exhibits actions to the contrary. It makes one wonder how many other Soldiers that this has happened to, or to spouses whose wife or husband may be deployed that have been taken advantage of by this incompetent “certified dealership”.Absolutely do not bring your vehicle to this toxic and incompetent establishment under any circumstances. The Service Manager and the GM had several opportunities to make their wrong a right, and blatantly, childishly, and disrespectfully chose not to. I now have to go through legal channels to obtain a refund, and will spread the word about my experience to fellow Servicemembers and the Inspector General about warning Soldiers regarding this establishment preying on them. Fox Toyota/Lexus brings great discredit upon themselves, the El Paso community, and the good will and faith of all customers that entrust them with their vehicles.
I saw a vehicle on Fox Toyota website. I had been corresponding with sales rep in regards to pricing and test driving. I finally got free time and texted Kyle and let him know that I would be at the dealership in an hour to test drive vehicle. He texted back, Awesome and to ask for him.Upon arrival, I specifically asked about the Corolla I had inquired about. He said it was on there other lot and he had to go get it. Kyle came back a few minutes later and said the car wasn’t available because it was being serviced. I asked him when it would be available because I could come back. He never answered, although I asked more than once. He attempted to sale me a different car. Long story short, I left without a purchase. But this could have been avoided if Kyle would have checked on the vehicle prior to me coming.

If I could leave a zero rating I would! The service department is a nightmare to work with from not answering phone calls to employees having poor customer service etiquette. They have poor customer service from the bottom up. Management makes excuses without taking responsibility for their shortcomings. This is obviously a pattern based on other customer experiences below and the management’s uncaring responses. I will be taking my business elsewhere since customer concerns are not taken seriously to address issues that have clearly been a troubling pattern. Good luck if you choose to stay with them.

Between my sister father and my self we have gotten more than 20 Toyota vehicles and service has been more than great because of our sales man Vladimir Mena. But my last encounters since I purchased my 2019 tundra and 2017 rav 4 have been horrible due to the service department their manager and the woman who takes our calls to make appointments they tell me we that their is no appointments available and then my wife will call and give her an appointment or they mix up my paper work and have charged me for oil changes that are still free due to warranty. I have also made appointments for a service call on my vehicle and will show up and they will say I never made an appointment I have to wait 5 hrs as a walk in. I have considered going else where for my next vehicle the only thing that makes me stay is our sales man Mr. Mena

We bought a 2019 Toyota Camry with service plan . My wife has taken the car for it’s service maintenance, but since the first one the service department is unbelievable out of sync with the idea of customer service. They make you wait long hours for a service you schedule and told it would take a hour maybe a hour and a half. Try to charge you for service you don’t need. My example is my car had a recall on the gas pump. The pump was replaced right about the same time the recall started. I took in my car for an oil change today and after waiting for over six hours the service person came out and wanted to charge us for the oil service because our warranty had run out. First rule of service is inform the person about charging before you do the service. Then the service person started to tell me that the reason my car took long was because they had replaced the gas pump. I was at what time did you inform my about my gas pump because if you had done it like you had said I would have informed you that they had already done it. Moral of the story stay away from hoy fox service department, they even couldn’t get a manager or supervisor for me to speak to. Just stay away
Hoy Fox Toyota Service was a disappointment. I purchased a Tacoma in Austin with extended warranty and being back in El Paso I took my warranty paperwork to my Service Advisor Manny hoping he would let me know if I would have to pay anything or if my warranty would cover. Sure thing he did not check for me and decided to just process the oil change and have me pay for it. Definitely last time I take my truck to Hoy Fox.
Dealer wise. It needs improvement on prices but from there on its all good. Service suck there left my vehicle there on the nite before for an oil change appointment at 730 am. And was told at 11 that my vehicle still needed to be there for 1 to 2 hrs worst service dealer i ever had to deal with.

So I have been a customer of Fox Toyota for 21 years. I have done all my services on my Toyota Tindra at the Dealership because of the great service advisor. From my 2001,2007, or my 2016 and current Tundra I have alway gotten great service, feedback and overall customer service, except for today.I brought my truck in for an oil change, to check the left blinker because it went out eight months ago and its out again in less than a year. They replaced the harness last time and I needed a new driver side control mechanism for my seat because it broke off.First I was not contacted by tge advisor Manny during the day which up until now has always been the first thing that happens is I get a call usually before noon and what they need to do. To make a long story short when I called at 4 oclock they said they were going to have to keep the vehicle for the next day. I got a call this morning and they said they only had to replace the lightbulb but did not go any further since the lightbulb was out. I explain to them that the lightbulb has been out four times in the last year and the harness was replaced in October. The advisor Manny didnt seem to care. Second they replace the control mechanism to my driver side seat and as of right now you can touch it and it still wobbles so they only put the clips on but they did not screw it into the frame. I will need to take the truck back so that can be done so nobody checked to see if it was completed. Finally I have always gotten a courtesy wash after a service and they had the vehicle two days and did not even wash the car. These are things that let me know what the standard of fox Toyota has gone down. I am a loyal customer who is concerned.
I just when to check the tundra for a future and check my status on my credit line and fox toyota dobthe best for me the process was fast and the personal very profesional they never used a No answer. Now i have my tundra so excited thx guys
