The Body Shop was my top choice of out of three repair shops for what I needed to get repaired with a reasonable price. Shout out to Ray and his customer support abilities because it was top notch. He was very detailed and upfront starting from the process of getting a quote until my car was repaired. He also kept me abreast with everything that was being done with my car which reassured my confidence with the shop. From my experience, I recommend checking these guys out.

My insurance company suggested THE BODY SHOP.I can definitely say that I am extremely content with the work that was done on my vehicle. I was in an accident and chose this body shop because it is close to my house. When I walked in I spoke to Ray, the first thing he asked was Are you okay?. I really appreciated that because he treated me like a person, not a dollar sign. The job took a little longer than expected but the work was great. My front is looking on point, and they even buffered my right headlamp, so it could look pretty and evensince the left one was replaced and brand new. Thank you guys, Ray!! Ill recommend this shop to everyone!

When these guys finished with my car it looked better than when I bought it new 4 years ago. As an engineer, I was impressed with how thorough their initial analysis was and chose them even though their quote was one of the highest. I was not disappointed. Their quality was excellent and they actually came in under their estimate. This is a great shop.

I brought my vehicle here for repairs after being hit by a neighbor. After about almost a month I received my vehicle in amazing condition. The body work and paint job was spot on. However after a couple days of driving I noticed the door locks did not work and my alarm was malfunctioning. I had to take the vehicle back because the tech forgot to plug in the door locks and alarm. Ugh. Who wants to take the vehicle back after it being in the shop almost a month. That was fixed without any problems but now my blind spot sensor is malfunctioning and a molding on the door became detached. Now I have to take it back AGAIN. It seems the guys are pretty good with body work but not so good with putting things back together like they should.

This place tried to charge me $727 to replace the back bumper of my impala (minor damage).Xpress Body Shop charged me $750 to fix the whole front end of my mustang. And it was all smashed up. Don’t even bother going here.EDIT- Xpress Auto Body Repair just charged me $300 flat to do the job. If you are paying cash then xpress is the way to go. I’m not even making this up, I wish I could post a pic of my recipt🤣

This place way over charges. Don’t come here if your paying out of pocketXpress Auto (one block away) just replaced my bumper(painted) today for $300. The body shop wanted to charge me $725. The bumper honestly doesnt look SUPER perfect, but for $425 less its a NO-BRAINER

My husband and I have taken two vehicles here. We are returning customers...the second vehicle we took was my sons car...when I went to pick it up it had some oxidation in the paint and the owner kept the car for an extra day and buffed the entire car for us. It looked really good when we picked it up. Thank you again.

Bad service!! The guy at the front desk (Ray Barron) tells lies, is rude and petty. So be prepare to deal with this man, specially if youre a woman.

After weeks of false promises on the completion date, I finally received my car.The car seemed fine until it was dark. None of the lights on my dashboard would turn on, thus leaving me driving my car out at night with no lights to guide me. This was one of the problems I brought the car in the first place. I called the office the next day and the secretary told me she would give a message to the office manager and I would receive a call asap. Two hours later I called to find out that the message was not passed and he had already left for the day. Obviously customer service is not a priority here. Will not be returning to this body shop for any future services.
