I recently picked up my car from the shop. All I can say is WOW! I got a new car, it looks amazing! I was helped by Javier And he was very helpful, explaining the process. When I picked my vehicle I was helped by Cindy. We did a walk through of the car and made sure I was satisfied! I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from the business and employees. I recommend it!

They accommodated a walk in and that was awesome. I needed to get an estimate on body scratches on my truck and they offer it for free. John was great and helped me promptly and typed up a written estimate of how much the repairs are going to be.

I went to get my car repaired twice at this shop. The first time, a lady accidentally hit my car at the parking lot and she recommended this place, and the second, for a bumper replacement. The staff are professional and friendly. They did a good job and the paint was even and no with no variations. For the first job, they also fixed another minor issue that wasnt on the list, so thank you!

Took my car in for some hail damage. I was promised to have the car within a two week period. Other body shops said I would have to waist a couple of months to get it fixed. To my surprise my car was done in less time. My car looks better than it did before the hail damage. I like supporting independent body shops and this one didnt disappoint. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff.

When my beloved Xterra was hit and damaged in an accident, J&H went above and beyond to fix it! I cant say enough about their service and workmanship, and I want to thank them for saving the car I love so much. :)

Ive had a few collisions repaired by J & H over the last few years. Their work is by far the best Ive seen in town. Im extremely picky about work done on my cars (I usually wont let anyone else touch them), but I can trust J & H to get it looking OEM again. The manager at this facility has been very kind and helpful each time I come in, and that attitude reflects in the friendly staff as well. I recommend J & H to all of my friends and family.

They replaced the back bumper on my 350Z and cleaned up and repainted the surrounding damaged areas for a very reasonable price. It looked perfect afterward and still does one year later. A year later, I needed to have a front fender cleaned up after a nasty scape against a post (the car is better than the driver :-)) - the work looks perfect...again. This is my go to spot in El Paso and I wait months to take care of wear and tear here.

J&H Collision and Geico helped me get back on track with a great repair job on my car. They even shined up my other headlight to match the new replacement!The repair took a little longer than expected which in turn required that I pay to cover additional days on the rental for the damage waiver. Otherwise, Id use this shop again if the need arose.

I don’t know how their finished product is, but they wanted $75 just for an estimate of my car. Most places around town will do it for free. If they’re trying to nickel and dime me up front, I can’t imagine the hassle if I actually went with them.

Dont judge me, but my vehicle has been to J H Collision three times to repair body damage I caused by running into walls and scraping against the garage opening. They are the best. Their prices are fair, the work is done extremely well and each time they have completed the job on time or sooner than promised. Xavier and his crew were able to match a very special shade and finish of black paint. Granted their location is a little tricky to find but well worth the effort. In addition when they returned my vehicle it was so clean and polished that I thought it had been detailed. There are lots of body shops in El Paso but I would never go anywhere else. Unlike the dealer body shops, each customer is treated personally and is not just a job number.

Brought my 2016 Dodge into this shop at my insurances advice. Very bad decision. Created minor scratches on my car that were not there before. Also the check engine light has been on ever since. I would not take your vehicle here unless you want to pay professionals to do more body work or give your mechanic more money. Stay away from this business.

Ive had both of my cars repaired here and the service that Ive gotten from the owner and his family are the best! Im not too crazy about the new personnel though.

They told me my truck was good to go AMD fully repaired, but not even 12 hrs after me picking it up it broke down because of what supposedly got repaired.

Whoever they work with in painting isn’t the best. I had to go complain three times about the paint job and on top of that, the paint doesn’t even stick. I have chunks of paint chipping off. I even asked them to respray my hood and they didn’t wanna take it because it was gonna take longer when I originally took it for the quarter panels that weren’t sprayed right before. Don’t go here.

This Body shop is a joke they can’t even match a color or paint a car they will not warranty there work even if they say, warning they are a ripp off!!The guy Javier which is the owner told me he would do the best job ever he ended leaving bubbles on the paint and made a mess of my car, now i have to go to another body shop so they can finish his mess....Worse experience ever!!

Progressive took my car to this shop because they guarantee that they did good work, my car has been back and forth from the shop 7 times and they still couldnt get it right for the past 2 months. The work here is mediocre and it doesnt seem like they care about the quality of work they do. Im still missing 20 push pins, a mud flap, and they decided to use all sorts of different screws just to get the front bumper to hold. That is terrible work I wouldnt recommend this shop even to my worst enemy.

BEWARE - If you have both mechanical and body damage DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO J & H Collision -- Mr. Xavier Mora saw us coming a mile away, claimed all mechanical to unrelated prior damage to cash in on Insurance claim first so that my vehicles mechanical repairs would cause vehicle to be Total Loss
