Carlos was THE BEST. His team kept me updated while my car was being fixed from an accident. I feel safe going here. It doesn’t feel like I’m getting scammed out of my money. They do take a little long but that’s because their quality is great.

Our vehicle was backed into while parked and the hood as you can see from the picture was bent back. This caused a pressure switch on the hyundai to not be fully activated by a rubber stub attached to the hood which presses down on the bottom which is just next to the radiator. This switch keeps the car alarm from being activated when the car is locked. They told me they replaced the hood and bumper but only replaced the bumper. The hood still has a gap and bend in it and the car alarm goes off randomly. They had the vehicle for a week and said it was finished and ready. I picked up the car and after bringing it home the car alarm randomly went off every 5-20 minutes. I took it back and they said they fixed it but it happened again that same day after bringing it back home. Every time I came to pick up the car it was unlocked, no wonder the alarm wasn’t going off for them. Also the hood wasn’t replaced and the bend in it was not repaired fully, otherwise the pressure switch would working. Now they tell me they want to replace the switch and there’s nothing that can be done about the bend in the hood. USAA paid them 2000 dollars and I’ve been to the shop returning the vehicle three times this week…. If it doesn’t get fixed tomorrow I’m going somewhere else, I’ve been a patient longer then most customers, I think.

Was involved in a MVA and picked this place due to location and ratings in reviews. Dropped off my car got picked up by Enterprise. They kept me updated on the process of the car via text (you choose the way to be contacted). There were some delays (no fault of Caliber Collision strictly with the insurance company of the other driver which I had issues with since day 1). They kept me apprised. The day I went to pick it up I dropped off my rental and was chauffeured to Caliber to find out they needed the check that was supposed to have been sent to me (which I never got). The lady at the desk (I wish I knew her name) diligently was trying to get a hold of the adjuster but had no luck. So I ubered home. Then got a call from the adjuster. They canceled the check I was suppose to get and directly paid Caliber. I thought Id have to Über back but moments later I get a call from Caliber and the lady said they will deliver me the car. Now thats customer service. They brought the car and it looked great. Body repair was on point. Paint match was great (it is a 2010 car). Great work detail only surpassed by their customer service. Highly recommend this location for your car body work.

Went here for service and parts were stolen and damage was done. The manager and others lied about service service being properly done. Avoid or at least have inspected after service by dealer service.Paint job was trash....orange peel that is beyond tolerance, over paint.... wander properly sanded or painted...just horrible.Only God knows what was done... had truck over 5 days longer for simple windshield and paint. About 2 weeks or more.....Use a obd before the visit... ensure no one is stealing your stuff. Take pics... avoid lies of damage staff does to your vehicle.

My car had damage to the bumper and left rear panel, they did the estimate and were finished with my truck 3 days early and it looked fantastic. They kept me informed the whole time and were very courteous. Enterprise rental has an agreement with them so the rental was ready for me to pick up and all I had to do to drop it off was take it back to Caliber, I am thrilled with the service.

Everything was outstanding, my consultant Judith was very knowledgeable and I even had my vehicle a day early with it being cleaned and washed!!!

Work took too long because they kept ordering the wrong patts. I got my car back leaking antifreeze and with the AC not working. Panels and headlights were misaligned. I now have noises that werent there before. Do not recommend using this business

Honestly they do a good job at first and are much nicer then the location on the west side. since I posted my last review I had to have them do warranty work on my truck as they did not adhere the molding correctly. The mechanics they have are a joke I had to drive across the city with my jumper pack to jump my truck as they could not figure out how to.

Due to cut backs location is late for their appointments, there is no one at the front desk so you need to look for someone or call to get help

Judith kept me informed daily or every other day on the status of my vehicle preventing me from worrying and allowed me ample time to turn in my rental car. She explained all the details about the whole process making feel real comfortable about leaving my car with them. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Took my SUV a little over a month ago and yes when I picked it up they fixed it very nicely. Once I got on my SUV I noticed my windshield was cracked and I let Albert know. He said I will order it for you I have your phone number on file and I will call you as soon as it’s in. He called me about a week later and the next day I went over for them to install it but he just said they had ordered the wrong one. Now almost a month later my windshield is still cracked and when I call he only says they are on back order. I am very frustrated because of this situation and soon I will need to get a new inspection sticker and with my windshield cracked I don’t know how that will work out.

Excellent Service. I have to say that Dave was very professional, straight forward, and easy to talk too. The exterior detailing that was done on my car had restored my pearl white paint to showroom quality, and I am very satisfied with the entire experience. The customer service, care, and vehicle turned out great.

The wifes car had a little fender bender in a parking lot, more like someone hit it and took off but thats neither here nor there. I just want to give Caliber Collision the big 👍🏾. Been driving for over 20 years without any accidents and my first month living in El Paso was side-swiped on heading to Fort Bliss. Signed up with USAA many years ago as a soldier at Walter Reed and being that Caliber is an affiliated member took my vehicle there. Repair were okay, but the lack of update on the job cost me $120.70 from the car rental company as I wasn’t kept abreast throughout the process. In fact I only found out the work was completed days later when Enterprise reached out to me. On realization that the lack of follow through stemmed from inaccurate telephone contact on my file, I pointed this out to Judith Portillo who responded after being accusatory on my part that she got the info from the insurance agency (RO Number: 599007824).On leaving, I was disappointed with this vowing to never return and she made snappy arrogant comment “well you better not have an accident in El Paso” .

Its my understanding that when youre wronged by a negligent driver, its your right to have your vehicle fixed completely with original parts. Well turns out Caliber Collision works with the negligent drivers insurance and my rights dont matter. Guess I need to find a body shop that is impartial and is in business to do this the Fair Way

Had my 2002 Silverado go to them to fix neighbor backing into truck, good size dent on bed. They took a extra couple days but Im not pissed or upset. These thing dont always go as planned, extra work needed to be done to get seams done CORRECTLY!!! But I was informed. All in all I am happy and content with the work. I will update in time as far as paint because it DID match the rest of truck. My gratitude to Ray Gomez and his crew to get it done correctly. Regardless if it did take couple extra days to get it done CORRECTLY!! YOU want it done right, YOU have to wait. Good job guys.

Front desk lady very rude, I walked in the door and was the only one in the office and she wouldnt look up from her computer or say hello. I finally had to ask her if I was waiting on her to finish something before she acknowledged me to which she answered yes then continured looking at her computer. I just feel like greeting customers as soon as they walk in is good customer service. Aside from that, everything else was good which I guess is what matters in the end.

Had a great experience with them from the beginning! They always called with updates on my car and let me know exactly what they were doing with it. I never was in the dark about what they were doing with the car. They worked with my insurance company and updated they constantly as well (I have USAA). I got the car back on a Saturday even though they are normally closed on Saturdays. They wanted me to get my car back as soon as possible and in great shape. Id recommend this place to anyone who needs their car fixed up!

Had my bumper replaced due to a minor fender bender. Brought the truck in clean. Picked it up 2 days later. Truck was washed and clean. New factory bumper was perfect. They even polished out a few scratches on the bed. Nationwide, lifetime guarantee and friendly professional staff!

Got some warranty work done here. They did a great job replacing headlights and even replaced some missing plastic fasteners on the bumper. Service personnel are very polite and helpful.

After seeing my initial review (below )I was contacted by Rosa the general manager in a few days. Kudos to her and her efforts to remedy and correct the problems. I Brought my van back and she immediately rebuffed and removed the remainder of the overspray that I couldn’t at home. No BS from her, just made things right. She seemed authentically concerned with the treatment I received and the work done on the vehicle.Initial review :Horrible work,, was pressured into using them by farmers insurance with “preferred” service provider . Overspray from the repair area on windshield and adjacent body panels, went to get it taken care of and had the run around from the front staff. Was told By service writer to just bring it in when I could, when I did was asked if I had an appointment by the front desk girl?!?!?! Finally just left and took care of it as much as I could .. STAY AWAY THERE IS NO PRIDE IN THE WORKMANSHIP!!!!

Once again they have done an excellent job. They make the entire process so easy, and they finished sooner than the estimated time.

He was always professional with me, tried to keep me posted as much as he could, and made sure I left the shop completely satisfied. They did not try and hassle me or sell me things I didnt need. They worked on my car and even fixed some specialty issues I needed fixed. They worked directly with the rental car agency to have me picked up right from the shop.
