Terrible communication skills and continuously fail to meet their delivery dates. Does not have in house mechanic and have to outsource, which translates to months of waiting for repairs.

Great business, great people, great job and they always keep their word.We were looking for a good place to take our car after we hit a deer. We don’t live in El Paso, and we were concerned about the time it would take our car to get fixed at any place. We called tony Lewis collision and paint and explained our situation. They were great at taking care of business. They Picked up our car early morning on Saturday 12/15/18; they dealt with the insurance, and they had our car ready on Friday 12/21. Since we were still out of town they worked with us to get our car picked up the car at our convenience.The job is amazing, the car looks like new. Can’t thank tony Lewis enough for the great job. 5 stars
Excellent paint and body work at a very high price. Just remember, You get what you paid for. So when youre not satisfied with the quality of work at their competitors shop... bring your vehicle to Tony Lewis and his staff will fix it correctly, at a cost.
We had a fiberglass water fountain we really liked, however over the years it was looking tired and worn. We called and spoke with the Team there to see if they would even consider the job since it was small and had nothing to do with automobiles. To our amazement Tony said sure bring it by. When they called me to let me know it had been completed I couldnt believe it was the same fountain!! Looks better than it did when it was new! Thank you Tony!!!!
We took my mother’s highlander in the get the hood repainted. When we picked it up they had lost the keys. We have gone back in several times because there are bumps in the paint and the lady at the front desk said it just needs to be buffed out and they are busy and will call us back. Several time we have gone back asking about the key and the the paint job. They take the phone number and never call back. The paint looks good but when you look close it’s needs some work and they still have not rectified the lost key and key fob. If I had to do it over I would go somewhere else.
The only place to go... Tony Lewiss staff is the best. They take care of the customers needs and more. They will go out of their way to make you happy, guarantee their work and finish the job quickly and professionally. It is the only place i will take my car for body work and paint....highly recommended!!!!!
Friendly staff. Quick turn-around for minor body and paint work. Reasonably priced. They matched a difficult color on my 2014 Traverse. Will seek their services for future body & paint needs.
Tony Lewis and his staff deserve 5 stars. My car was in their shop for quite some time due to the damage from a car accident, and towards the end, Im sure I became their most frequent caller.... lol. However, they were never rude to me, always provided me with updates and were super accommodating. If yall are reading this, thank YOU again, from the bottom of my heart.
This place is awsome, paint jobs are guaranteed, lady in the front jackie is very knowledgeable and assistive to tony,,, who I truly respect and admire as a long N.E man myself,,,he will do his job of representing his shop by the personal final approval of his completed jobs,,,Ive done business with Tony for years and have never used a different body shop,,,hope he lives to 100÷,,,,,

I am so disappointed with Lewis staff and lack of courtesy. I booked the work a full 10 days early so I could get my ducks in a row and got along without my car, and they could order the new rear bumper they needed. When I took it in on the 8th, I was told that it wouldnt take any more than a week. I heard nothing all week, so I called Friday AM and was told someone would call me right back. No call; I called back SIX hours later to learn that work was delayed because they had to order a part. REALLY? Why didnt they let me know...or did they not order the bumper during those 10 days before I took the car in? So on Friday it was sent to be prepped for paint. She said it would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday and she would call me Monday afternoon to let me know. No call. Fast forward to Wednesday. I called to ask the status. Oh, we were short handed so its just now being painted. She said tomorrow for sure. This noon, Thursday the 18th, the young lady called to say that it was going to be detailed and be ready between 3 and 4. You guessed it: I got no call so I called them at 4:30 and they said the car was ready. They did a nice job and Im satisfied on that point, but customer service is non-existent. Yes, they are busy, and I understand that. Yes, Im just one customer, and $1849 is just chump change to them, but every customer deserves their best service.
