Overall their was a disconnect between the owner, Tony (I believe his name was) and the manager. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY WILL KEEP TACKLING ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO THE BILL!Although they worked with my insurance, and requested more money to which they received, I didnt appreciate how they still attempted to haggle for more money from the customer. Ive done business with other reputable places, and them trying to exploit a situation, didnt really leave a good impression on me.Also this place isnt BBB accredited business which questions their business practice, and while the work maybe great, didnt like the excuse for not being a member, or the add-on charges and how they did this or that for free. Just give me the bill, justify the additional costs, and be done with it. I hate the back and forth, especially when it feels you cant trust them.The owner later was upset at the fact that i wrote a review

This is the go to place for a high quality and professional repair, I am very happy with the service these people provided for me and the way they made me feel confident and comfortable of the place I had chosen to get my vehicle repaired. Tony is very helpful and professional, he truly wants to help you. I went on a Saturday which is only by appointments because he’s on his own but since it was a minor damage to my car he still helped me.

Got my car into a little accident. Took it to Complete Auto Collision after my insurance claim and they replaced my whole bumper with a Whole new one and complete paint job . Looks good and drives good . Thank you guys .

The estimate was reasonable and the work is spectacular. The damage from a side swipe was eliminated and you cannot even see were it was.

Tony and staff did an outstanding job fixing my Volvo SUV. While driving on a cross-country trip through El Paso, my dashboard started lighting up, instructing me to pull over immediately and turn off the car. The engine heat gauge was at the maximum. The car was towed to the nearest reputable repair shop which happened to be Firestone. By the next day Firestone had decided that they did not have the expertise to fix the car and referred me to a local repair shop, Complete Auto Collision.At this point, I thought I was going to have to junk the car. Tony assured me he would be able to fix it in three or four days including ordering specialty parts from around the country. It was a major repair job and Tony promised to get me to my final destination on the East Coast. Which I did and with no car problems.I would highly recommend Complete Auto collision for complicated repairs. If I lived in El Paso, they would be my ‘go to’.

A good collision center is hard to find, brought tony a bumper for my mothers car and they got it knocked out in a time pay manner at a great price. Color was spot on and the workmanship is by far above and beyond other shops. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repair

This place is great!!! I was recommended by a friend that had previous work done to his car. I needed to fix the steering column of my GMC Sierra and they quote me a very good price for the job, since at the dealership was very expensive. At first I was a little skeptical and was hoping that they would do great work, but when I picked the truck up, I was surprised at how good the job was done. They have a friendly, professional and reliable staff. 100% recommended.

Love this place! John and Tony were awesome. Great prices and they know how to work on Smart cars! This is huge because Smart will tell you to only take it to approved Mercedes Benz Smart Centers. Unfortunately these are soooo pricey and often far away. These guys handled my Smart better than any dealership. Got my 10,000 mile servicing, new brake pads, and a valve replaced. Got parts in a timely manner. Smarts estimate for these things would have been well over $1000. These guys got it done for less than $300, plus some helpful advice on how to keep things running smoothly. Will be bringing my Smart car back here again!

I will go head and put the poorest review now because aparently this ppl have the nerve to charge and give guarentee and my car didnt even last a day fixed and now theyre saying that whatever is wrong with my car had nothing to do with what they fixed but my car was perfectly fine from whatever broke before taking it to them and now theyre trying to charge me more for something that they did never again will i take my cars here

I’m a Soldier at Fort Bliss, I frequently am busy working/ doing tasks, or simply don’t have the tools to work on my car sometimes. Complete Auto Collision has saved me time & money on fixing my car. The labor is cheap and my time is saved. Firestone & all these other places ain’t sh*t come here.

These guys are the best! A couple years ago I had to drive from El Paso to NY and needed new brakes installed before the long trip--they did my brakes and looked over the car to make sure it could handle the trip. Everything went well. In the past people have always tried to take advantage of me with auto repair (quoting me higher prices or telling me I need x,y, and z done when I really just need x) because I am a woman and it REALLY annoys me, but I dont have to worry about that at all with CAC. I know that if I have an issue with my car they will be honest with me and do what needs to be done for a price I can afford. They will always have my business. Thanks!!!
