They always answer the phone and give you a quote right-away.Did repairs for me and the repairs look seemless. I like the work, a lot. I can tell the owner has a lot of experience and he is very patient.

PLEASE BEWARE Don’t come here they DO NOT DO GOOD WORK I recently got in a car accident and took it to another shop to get it fixed and about 3 years before I crashed my car in the front end and I took it to Texas custom and 3 years later when my cars getting repaired again from a different incident on the front end the people who fixed my car asked me if there was any previous work done and told me that the Person who worked on it before cut the wires to the abs system and engine light sensor were disconnected!!!! And they forgot to connect it again which turned into my car not picking up those electrical systems and the abs has been off in my vehicle the whole time without me knowing. I don’t know why the could t finish the job but I guess they don’t around here.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It was recommended by the Hoy Fox dealer so I trusted them. The reviews had positive things to say about Victor and when I met him he seemed like a nice guy. I had my front bumper and windshield replced. When I came to pick up my car I took a look at the repairs and it looked great I was so happy, it looked brand new. I went inside thanked Them so much. When I came out, this time I walked around the back of my car to get to the driver’s seat, and OH MY GOD there was so much damage towards the back and side. Someone must’ve been drilling and the sparks landed on the car and chipped the paint. Clearly something had happened, There’s a bunch of just little dots of the paint chipped. I went back and asked Victor to look at it. Long story short, obviously Victor did not take responsibility. Even after the pictures I had to send to the insurance did not show that damage. So they’ll do a good job but expect to deal with some kind of other damage towards your vehicle. Good luck.

I couldnt be more pleased with their quality of work and customer service! I had a major issue with the persons insurance company that hit me. I called Texas Custom nearly every day and they were super patient and even helped me deal with the insurance company. They got my car fixed in a short amount of time and were extremely helpful. God forbid myself or my husband gets hit again, but if we do, well be going right back! Thank you SO much Texas Custom!! You guys were a breeze to deal with!

Very professional was able to do a painless dent repair, while other locations said they couldn’t. I have been to Ray’s body shop (which is the worst place to go) and this place is exceptional.

Great mechanical service provided by Mr. Tomas Garcia sat down with me explained what needed to be done the parts needed to do so and searched for best prices. If u want an honest dependable mechanic this is your shop.

Do not recommend this body shop. Failed to fix what the estimate stated and the quality of work is very poor. They also had the audacity to get more money out of the insurance even though they failed to repair multiple items.

I had a great experience! I took my 2011 BMW X3 there and was given a very fair price. So good I didnt feel the need to get a second quote. They had it back to me in a few days and the job was very nice. I will be closing them again for any other repairs.

I went in for an estimate and was in and out within 20 minutes. It was amazing to see Victors infinite experience and knowledge. Very professional, fair and honest. I felt like they are committed to quality work rather than just taking a job for the money. Great experience would recommend.

Victor Lopez and his staff did an excellent job on my 2008 Toyota Sierra which had been in an accident. In addition to fixing the damage, he gave me an excellent price on painting and fixing other previous damage. My Sienna now looks brand new. Everybody is so polite and caring. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there because their work is outstanding and I will continue to use their services.

Great body shop. I had work done on my vehicle in 2009. Recently the paint was peeling and took to Mr. Lopez, who honored the warranty after 9 years. My vehicle looks like new again.

Texas customs its a legit place this guys really take care business. Years back I paint one on my vehicles, and up to this date, texas customs still takes care my vehicle, and my paint still shines. If i paint one on my other vehicles theres no doubt that this is the right place.

They charged like 5000k. used cheap paint on my dads Toyota Truck. paint started to chip right a way. when I took it back the shop claimed it was wind damage. the hood no longer closes correctly since they painted it. they took my truck and made it a nightmare.

The paint job had little tiny bubbles and Bondo Cracked within 2 years. It was embarrassing till I fixed it with another Body Shop. Not recommended.

Very dissapointed with the service and how they lied about the work they would do to the car. Gave them the whole insurance check for nothing.

Their service is awful, it took me over a month to get my bumper fixed. On top of that they did a terrible job. The bumper on the sides wasnt even flush with the car and they were supposed to do some other work and didnt complete it. To bad for then Im need of another job on my car def wont be going to them.

A very bad job done all the black color painted the same color as the car and the paint of the car with black dots. The interior all marked as Mechanics grease. I do not understand why they are so Irresponsible when it comes to doing a job. My car was a problem and it came out worse. I do not return to this place even if they give me a CORVETEE 2020.
