I had hit the antenna of my Forester with my garage door, don’t ask. Long story short there was a dent on the roof and there was the possibility of the antenna being damaged. Well, they fix the dent and rest the antenna, the car also had some hail damage. Everything was fixed and literally you cannot tell that anything happened to my antenna or that my car had hail damage.

I took my 2017 Honda in to get a headlight restoration, interior detail, polish and wax (needed it bad) and several dents removed including a deep / sharp one by a shopping cart that others said would require removal of the panel and repainting along with costing a lot more. I must say Empire did not disappoint. The headlights looked new, interior spotless and the outside was outstanding. Did take a little longer on the dent but completely understandable as I didnt think they would even get it out as deep as it was but they did and you cant tell at all. It was done without all the extra work the other places were telling me was needed and wanted to charge me for. Highly recommend you see them for anything listed above.

I dropped my truck off for them to repair some hail damage and some scratches (which are were very deep) where the previous owner believed it was a four wheeler. But, these guys did an amazing job, you can’t even tell there were any dents to begin with and the scratches look 1000x better than I had even expected them to look. Outside of that the truck looks like one big mirror. I do have one complaint though, I came to the shop early for my pick up and my truck wasn’t there, 20 minutes later someone comes rolling in with it. Also I was told they would clean the inside and that was not done. Also all the windows were streaked up and had water stains, 5 stars though because the quality of work that was done on the stuff I brought it in for, I’d also like to add they kept my truck an extra day and didn’t even try to charge me for more than my quote. Very Professional.

Joe’s work is on point! My Black Tahoe had a ugly dent on the back left quarter panel directly on the body line. A difficult area to work on. Joe was able to get the whole dent out despite it being on the body line. On top of his work he went in on a Saturday to work on My vehicle and had it done in an hour and a half.The cost for the work done was affordable I definitely recommend Empire Dent & Body.

On the recommendation of our mechanic, we took our Toyota 4Runner to Empire Dent & Body because I had a dent about 7 or 8 inch wide and in a tough area at the back of the vehicle because of a couple of ridges on the body work. Joe Cruz took a look at the dent and said they could take care of the problem within 3 hours, which was great because I was headed out of town later in the day. I came back in 3 hours and the car was done and looking absolutely perfect. The dent was gone and the body work looked like there was never a dent in the first place. Even the 2 ridged areas of the body work that were affected by the large dent were restored to perfection. The paint remained intact! These guys are artists! Nice to see there are people with such skills in the world. Such prompt service and also at a very reasonable price.

Dropped my Audi off today after having someone hit my Wheel Arch with their door right on the body line. I searched a couple of different body shops for this repair but empire dent & body always came up. I decided to give them a shot and was not disappointed . It’s a very professional establishment with a great owner . The price was reasonable and I was able to get it fixed the same day . I would definitely recommend you give them a shot if you’re debating it .

First off, this place is great! I had a huge dent on the roof of my car. I had it appraised by a body shop and it was easily over $1,000. I had another paint less dent guy look at it and he said he couldnt do it because it was too bad. This place took it in and it came out the same day looking new! It was like nothing happened to my car. Great work, price, and people.

Definitely El Pasos BEST! Excellent service, very reasonable price, impeccable work. My 2019 Lincoln MKZ looks immaculate & like new again without a scratch to the paint! My car had a total of 5 dents, two of them somewhat deep and +/- 3 inches long. The owner Joe Cruz super friendly immediately quoted me. He & his staff started working right there and it took only 2 hours to finish the job. I waited on their air conditioned office which has room for 6 people, with 2 available restrooms. It has very good infrastructure. The work is done in a closed garage with capacity for +/- 6 cars.

Empire Dent & Body to the rescue!My 2014 Mustang GT was receiving the finishing touches from a local car wash and detail when the wind swiftly blew open the gated fence leaving a noticeable dent on the driver side of my vehicle. The car wash attendant was extremely apologetic and I was understanding as it was a complete accident and not his fault, however the owner of the location was unapologetic and would not take responsibility for the incident as he stated I have several witnesses that state it was not our fault. Ill see what I can do. I was referred to Empire Dent and Body without any guarantee that the damage to my vehicle would be covered by the car wash owner. I arrived to Empire Dent and Body and was immediately treated as though I had been a customer for years. Within the hour the dent on my vehicle was completely unnoticeable. In fact, I cant even see where the dent originally was. When I asked how much do I owe you? He said, Ill get in touch with the car wash owner to come to a resolution. I went to a few shops to get quotes and check out facilities. When I went into Empire dent and body, I loved the facility and the professional staff. These guys stayed late to finish up my repair and it looks as good as it did before the damage. Great place and I highly recommend them.

Had a decent sized dent on my bumper after someone backed into me. Insurance estimated the repair was over 500 dollars. The shop did it for half the price and had a same day turn around with excellent results

Amazing work and awesome price. Had a dent 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 in deep, behind a door support panel. They knocked it out in about 3-4 hours. They charged me half the price of other quotes i got around town. 100% satisfied.

Amazing service and fast service! I received a very nasty door ding on my drivers side door and I brought them my car the next day in the afternoon. They were able to remove the dents and remove the scratches that very same day. The price was good, less than what other dent/body shops had quoted me, and more importantly it was done the same day.
