I can say, I am satisfied with Advance auto collision. they treated my Cherokee very good. the work made at my car was very professional. I will recommend them to my friends and family. it is the best place to body your car.

I was very disappointed with this business. I expected a lot based on the reviews. Not sure why I wasn’t given the same quality. They dropped the ball on multiple occasions. I would not recommend them.

Mark your headlights and anything that is in good condition at this place. Took my vehicle and when it was ready for pickup, my headlights were swapped out. Would not recommend this place.

Went for an estimate for damage on an older vehicle that was not our fault. Very clean and sanitized office, very fast service, and very honest consultation. From the receptionist to the gentleman who advised me, I was very impressed and pleased. I went to a few other body shops and they did not compare.

This shop went above and beyond in comparison to prior shops I’ve worked with in the past. Everything from a pleasant phone conversation to the interactions in person were phenomenal. This team worked together at all levels to insure customer satisfaction. Communication never skipped a beat. I was always well informed of the process my vehicle repairs underwent at all times. Never once did I feel lost or concerned about my needs. Seems they were always 2 steps ahead of me and would beat me to the punch regarding questions I had as if they already knew what I would be asking or concerns I’d have. I’ll be highly recommending this shop to anyone asking for a repair and body shop.

They replaced door lock actuators, but ruined dome lights(they USED to turn on and off just fine), lost a door lock button/knob, and lost my covid card.Claim they cant find a replacement door lock button and have to check a junk yard. CHECK AUTO ZONE AND OREILLY.

I needed an entire new rear driver-side door as part of repairs for an accident. Upon first receiving my vehicle everything looked good and was functional. After driving a few weeks the window to that door just dropped. I took my vehicle back for numerous fixes to that same power window assembly. Each time something different. The window glass was the wrong size/type so it broke in my door, the motors installed went out every time. They blamed this issue on my vehicle being a late model and having issues finding the parts. What they meant was finding the parts out of junk yards that would actually work. I went back again and again over the span of a YEAR. It never being repaired properly. I finally accepted they were incapable of the job had them jam my window shut and it still to this day is unusable. They had the gall to say Id have to pay again for it to truly be repaired or contact the insurance company( from an accident a year ago!) to see if theyd approve a new part. If I had known that was an option, that the insurance company had supposedly only authorized junk parts then why not tell me this information when I came in for repair 1?! They waited until it would be too late for me to use the insurance and kept the money they received for a Full repair that was never done in their pockets.

Absolutely satisfied with this place, had an accident and they took care of my car helped and with the rental. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for auto shop repair. Their customer service is amazing as well.

Took in my 2002 Honda S2000 from a rear end collision courtesy of Ft Bliss MPs. I was fearful that getting the car back was going to be near impossible because of the age and model. Fortunately for this shop they not only tracked down the parts but gave it back looking amazing as ever. Color match is top notch. Great job!

Good service took a bit longer than I expected but overall it was a good

Took my 2018 Mazda CX-9 there after my front passenger side was hit by another driver. The damage was bad enough that I couldn’t close the front passenger door all the way. Well my CX-9 looks like brand new and I am so happy with the work! They fixed the repairs in what I would consider a normal amount of time for damage like that and I never got the run around not was I treated unfairly or taken advantage of. They are a great, family run, locally owned business and I will only be taking my vehicles to them from now on.

I had Progressive send my car here because of the high ratings, but something must have changed. When I got my car back, the repairs were unfinished. The right front tire was missing a lug nut! Shameful. They cut as many corners as possible. My car originally had black chrome exhaust tips, when I got it back they left the muffler bare. Then they installed matte black tips and tried to tell me that they used they tips thst originally came on the vehicle. They did not adjust the hand brake, the lever was so loose it would hit the arm rest. They failed to clip the trunk liner back in place. Worst of all, the left rear shock was not bolted to the frame! This could have caused a major accident. Do not have your vehicle serviced by Advanced Auto.

They did a great job repairing my Highlander and worked with my insurance company to make everything go smoothly. Also they picked the car up and returned it so I didnt have to have my wife shuttle me back and forth. And they fixed it for a little less than the insurance estimate so I saved some money!

My husband, Carl, had a not-at-fault accident April 4th doing almost $12,000 damage to our 2017 Toyota Rav. They completed repairs in under 3 weeks! LOOKS LIKE BRAND NEW. Definitely a FIVE STAR RATING!!
