Love these guys. We have switched in the last couple of years and have always got what I felt was a fair price (way lower than the previous place we went to). They worked with us recently when we had to take our car back for a deeper issue and they really helped us get a good deal. Outside of muffler work, I pretty much do my own work plus vehicle restorations and rod building. Rick has done work on my everyday car and the latest was a timing belt change. PT Cruisers are really difficult to get to on the belt and glad he was willing to do the job for me. Thanx for a lot of work at a very fair price!

We have brought our 2005 Honda here multiple times over the last year for various repairs and part replacements. Everything they have replaced has held up, we have not had to go back. Labor rates are fair, they will tell you if other repairs are needed, but they arent pushy. Rick takes care of returning customers, gave us a discount on our most recent repair. They have a great turn around time too, usually done same day or next.

Show n Go saved my beloved Chrysler SRT 8. I have a 2006 Chrysler 300 SRT. It has been a great car with almost 200K miles. One day while getting the RPMs up on the freeway I started hearing a ticking noise. Took it one mechanic and said it was a stuck lifter and it was no big deal. Shortly after that the ticking became worse and the car started missing. Took it to another mechanic and the said likely the entire engine would need to be replaced or extensive repair of the engine. The price I was quoted was more than the value of the car.I was about to dump the car when a friend told me to try Show n Go. Called and spoke with Rick who was very knowledgeable and had a pretty good idea what it was. I brought the car in and was told that maybe it could be repaired without pulling the engine. However, after further diagnostics it was likely the lifter had completely broken. The price I was quoted was less than half of the other mechanic with the engine being pulled and both heads being removed. The price made it salvageable.Rick did warn me a head of time it would take some time because he only had one mechanic he trusted to do the job and he had several jobs ahead of me. I had another car to drive so no problem. After about 3 weeks the car was ready. Besides the work on heads and and new lifters and a new cam the water pump was corroded and replaced. They even painted the engine for me! All engine parts were Mopar parts as well. Again all for less than half of what I was quoted before.So I have had the car back for about 5 months now. The engine runs fantastic! There has not been one problem with engine since I picked up the car and started driving it (no sensor lights coming on or anything). Im so thankful that I took my car there and did not have to buy a another car especially at a time like this where many people have lost their jobs. Worse experience I ever had with maintenance shop. There is no warranty for there work to start off. I had a VW go in for a fuel pump replacement. They put the part on the car but had to call a professional from a certified VW dealership to assist them on putting the part on and ensuring the timing was correct. Well the timing was not correct and it blew the engine. I went back to them to let them know they blew the engine and all I got was a blank stare. The old gentleman said he could do nothing about it. The repairs for a new engine in 4500. Stay away....

Mechanics will be honest with you. I took my car to the dealer and recommended I get a valve adjustment, brake pads replaced and spark plugs replaced. Show N Go only recommended spark plugs.

We were referred to Show N Go by a family member because we needed a mechanic in the northeast ASAP. Our sons car had what we thought was going to be a fuel line, pump or gas tank problem. Thankfully it was not any of those things and was an extremely easy fix. In the end, they could have said it was one or even all of those things, but they were honest and upfront about what the problem was, fixed the issue, and we paid less than $20. We live in the Far East side of town, and from now on if I need any mechanical work done I will take or tow any of my vehicles to the Show N Go shop and their mechanics. We are extremely grateful for their honesty and prompt attention. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I took my car in Saturday, June 30, 2018 fully aware there was a leak of refrigerant in my a/c. I questioned leaving my car there because of the attitude of the young girl behind the counter. She felt it necessary to tell me not once, but twice that no one could look at my car that day, which I made very clear both times I had no issues with that. I called them Tuesday afternoon, July 3, 2018 for a status. I was told that my car would be looked at as soon as the guy was done putting tires on another car. I called this afternoon, July 5, 2018 for an update and was told by Rick that my work order had been buried in paper work and my car would be looked at asap. Yes, they looked at it this afternoon and filled it up with refrigerant again. I asked on June 30 for an ESTIMATE on fixing the a/c unit as it did not hold the refrigerant last year that this shop professionally installed. I did not have the funds last year to take it back in for repair. Now Ive been told I need to drive it until the refrigerant runs out again and then bring it back. I am fully aware there was a holiday during this time but theyve had three full business days to look at it. I do not have easy access to another vehicle. Unfortunately, I no longer trust this shop which is unfortunate as Ive had great experiences with them in the past. How sad.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I took it in to have my timing belt replaced. Shortly after, my check engine light came on and my car was driving rough. I had to have it towed to their shop. Where they kept it for several days. No courtesy calls to let me know what was wrong with it. When I would call no one would tell me anything. Finally after having to get upset with them the mechanic told me it was a problem with the timing belt and he wouldnt charge me to fix it. And now guess what.... Same thing! But this time Im not taking it to them Because I want it done right. So now I have to pay 400 dollars for a different place to take everything apart and fix what Showngo failed to do right twice! I dont know where all these good ratings are coming from if they cant even do a timing belt correctly. Not to mention how rude the mechanic was! Horrible service! And talking with friends and family about this experience Ive been finding others with similar experiences.

I have now taken three of my vehicles to show n Go and they always treated me with the best to respect and been patient with me when I dont understand what they are talking about but yet they figure out how to fix it. These guys know what theyre doing. If you need a car painted and body work they can do it, they can restore a car from the ground up, when I was there I saw a Datsun with an LT1 V8 installed by them. These guys know drag racing inside out they themselves both race cars and bikes. They can fix anything electrical air conditioning they have all the right equipment and the technicians to do it and years and years of knowledge.

Rick was so nice and helpful! I wanted to get the front left of my car looked at and he gave me great tips and probably saved us some money. Will def come here if I ever need any work on my car done. :)

Rick and his assistant quickly conducted an assessment of our problem and got us back on our way in our cross country trip. And they didnt charge us! Would have given them 5 stars but the woman working the front desk said they couldnt help us even though Rick said they could. I would definitely go back here for service.

I have a GMC Sierra 03 and it was not running and I didnt know why so I spoke to Mike which he said to bring it down So we can take a look at the problem which they found the problem in the truck. Bought a Jeep compass with quite a few problems. Everyone here was very helpful. They helped us get better prices, they fixed everything very fast, they were friendly. They even helped us get the seatbelts back up from under the seat last minute because we didnt have the tool to do it ourselves. We will for sure be returning if we ever need a mechanic again. Highly recommend!

We had a transmission problem and a problem with the spider gears in the rear differential. Show N Go thoroughly diagnosed the problems and fixed them. Now, our truck runs like a dream. I am extremely impressed with the automotive knowledge of their crew. The cost was fair. I have a lot of experience interacting with Show N Go, and I wouldnt recommend anyone else in the El Paso area. These guys are my #1 goto guys. Repairs are fast.

The owners and workers of show n go arw the best i have ever seen in a very long time. The first car i took them inand out. Years later i have given them some challenges and they have came up with some in genius ideas. If you ever want honest quality service for automotive care then i will personally vouch for them, one time i had to bring in my new car for body work and it left like it was right off the showroom floor

To start I would like to say that the owner of show n go is great, but the worker that worked on my car has to be terrible at noise knowledge. I initially went there for a small knock I heard when I turned, and it turned into me spending close to $700 for parts and labor only to leave with my car making more noises than when I went there. I went back there to have it redone and was assured that the noise was no longer there, to find out that it was worse once again. I know all of these reviews on here say great things, but how hard is it to know what you are doing before you become a mechanic? I give 0 stars but couldn’t post the review unless I clicked on at least one star. If I were you, I would advise looking elsewhere before wasting your money like I did. Now I have to suck it up and try someone else to fix it..........thanks show n go.

I believe in the honesty and integrity of this mechanic shop - and that is not an easy review to get from me. My belief stems from one story in particular.When I was newly married and broke my wifes car suddenly blew out all its freon from the a/c. Living in El Paso without a/c in a car is not possible so we took immediate action. The first shop we went assured our fears that the car required a completely new system which would cost us about $700.Desperate, I went to Show N Go for a second opinion. I explained my dilemma to Rick who quickly mentioned the possibility of a pressure release valve being the issue. Sure enough, 40 mins later I had a refilled a/c functioning better than ever and it cost me $70.That is an experience worth loyalty for about 7 years since.The negative of late is that I have not seen the owner recently. I believe he still has quality people working there but my loyalty is to Rick specifically.

This place was given my vehicle on January 28th of 2019, i didnt receive it back until the 1st week of march. Within a week something else broke and they have had it ever since. It is now almost June. I call and for the first 7 weeks all i got was oh we havent looked at it yet and now when i call i get a ricks not here right now, can i have him call you back? And have not once received a phone call. If this is how you treat service members, i dont want to know how they treat civilians.

We brought in our 2003 Chevy Duramax dually with starting and low oil pressure problems. Were pulling a 5th wheel across country and needed answers and peace of mind. We got excellent service and better pricing than we expected for an injector job. They know their business and we will use them again!

I took by vehicle in over 3 weeks ago for carburetor rebuild. Rick was great at explaining the process to rebuild. However, it is still not ready. Keep getting the run around with his staff. I have to call for updates and keep getting different people on the phone. First that part was in. Then wrong kit. Then no kit. I called today - and Im told its going to get worked on. Say they are swamped, short handed and owner is on vacation. My guess they kept pushing my rebuild back to work on other cars. I Informed them that I will be picking it up tomorrow. The bad thing is - it may get rushed and not done well. Im stuck. This place came highly recommended - its unfortunate that I STILL CANT GET MY car fixed!!

Show N Go has been my family mechanic for years now. They have always been honest and they will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car. I recently had a new motor put into my 300zx. It was a collaborative effort to find a new motor but after finding one of my liking they were able to drop the motor within a timely manner. Ive also had them replace my clutch and that was a speedy process as well. I wouldnt trust any other mechanics in El Paso. People are always trying to rip you off in this city

This is the best automotive I have ever visited since I owned my car. These are honest people. I brought my car in because my engine light came on and I thought i was going to get charged an arm and a leg to diagnose and fix it but I ended up with a bill for $258.00. I first thought this was a joke for a second after they called me to let me know my car was fixed but it wasnt. I was impressed with how knowledgeable these guys are. Im glad i didnt take it to the Stealership to get it fixed. Now as long as I am stationed here in El Paso Show N Go will be my go to shop. Thank you guys again for your services.
