I asked an employee for puppy vaccines, he gave me the adult annual booster shots. I tried returning the vaccine 8 minutes away, I explained to the manager it was refrigerated, she grabbed the vaccine out of my hand rudely, said look “ I can’t just receive that”. Tried explaining her employee was at fault, felt disrespected. I’ll never shop there again.

Tractor Supply Company, just off of Lake Jennings, is a place I turn to for all my pet needs. From chickens to dogs, they have it all. If you need a grill, clothes or tractor; its all there. Very clean store with a very friendly and helpful staff. Being disabled, they were quick in helping me out with all my needs. Offering curbside pick up is another big plus. Lots of parking and right off the freeway makes this store a great convenience. I am looking forward to shopping there again in the near future.

An impressive range of tools and supplies. They also have quite a bit of outdoor sporting equipment. A good selection of veterinary supplies for horses goats cows and chickens. Everything seems reasonably priced, not too expensive, not ridiculous Li cheap.

Good customer service. Purchased a rabbit hutch from here, was easy to assemble.

Have been in store about 15 times. All employees are very professional, helpful and know the stores products. Excellent prices and have farm supplies, clothing and hundreds more items Germaine to the community needs in the area.

Staff is super help and courteous! The manager, Brian, always goes out of his way to help us.

There are some decent products at TSC but I started to notice something. I think that a lot of the items they carry have doppelgangers over at Harbor Freight. Thats just a guess but stop and look at a few of the tool type products and youll see the similarities. Aside from that, the staff has always been nice to my family and I so I know Ill be back for parts.

Canceled our order with no communication. Called the day of delivery to find out when they would be here, whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and would not give us information and told us the driver would contact us. At 2pm I called again and the same girl answered and told me that the driver had left and we would not be receiving our delivery and we would get it the next day. The next day we waited and nothing. When we called again we found out that they had canceled order 20 minutes after we had made the order because they didn’t have the item in stock at that store. My husband has been on the phone all day trying to get the product with no help. He has been passed around numerous times with conflicting messages.Extremely disappointed.

Did not have what I needed. But enjoyed taking a look at what they had in store. I will be back

This store is great for many finds...I buy large bags of wild bird food and have suggested to shoppers at the 99 cent store to buy here in bulk instead of paying 99 cents for 1 lb!

The customer service is universally awful across every employee I have encountered here. They almost seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. The products are inexpensive, but also poor quality.

Went today to get shots for our dog. Reasonably priced and also had her microchiped.

They are very friendly and stand behind theyre equipment and products. I bought a 40ton log splitter it looked like it had been sitting in the sun for a year. Sure enough it broke down and they gave me a new one fresh out of the box. No problems with the new one !

As soon as I walked in and througout the store. I was never greeted or ask once if I need help looking for something. The employees were more interested what their plans were for this coming weekend. I made eye contact with them several times. But it just seemed like they looked right through me.I came in to purchase a ratcheting wench kit and some bolts. But just walked out after walking around the store for 20 min.Never again.

Excellent source for a lot more than just farm supplies. Very clean & organized retail shelves, promo signs are properly placed all around for good visibility. Some really good deals that I could use. Parking is very convenient. I enjoy coming here as they always have what I need - no need to go to the big - W!!

We have been coming here now for 3 years to buy our dog food and supplies. They have vaccination clinics here and you can also buy certain vaccines and do it yourself. Also find a good selection of auto and garden/ranch supplies. Friendly and helpful staff. Store is clean and well stocked.

Perfect place to buy Alfalfa hay for our bunny. Huge bag for $17. Lasts about 2 months.

I went there to buy a couple of tomato plants and got a couple of yellow bell pepper plants too so I could plant in my garden. And they also had these cute short sleeve blue and white plaid shirt that was so cute had to have one and was a great price too. Love this neighborhood store.

My best friend works at this location. Its a pretty nice store for all your tractor, farming, growing supplies. They even have baby chicks and ducks for sale which is pretty cool. A small section of clothes. Pet foods. The employees are nice and try their best even when their equipment doesnt want to work.

They had boxes everywhere making it hard to get around but everyone was very nice

Good choices of items, mostly in bulk but have small bags of feed to try. Cheaper than most of the big retail pet store. Parking us also available and a short distance from the freeway exit. Recommended to visit and to take a look.

If youve never been to your nearest Tractor Supply, you should definately check it out next time youre in their neighborhood. They sell everything from work clothes to RV supplies. Dog food to home decor. Ive even bought baby chicks at this store. This week, they were offering 2 animal traps for $29.99. Loved it. Got my favorite flashlight, too.

Extremely convenient location and great stock of all your needs.

The majority of people who work there are quite friendly. We buy their in-store brands of cat food, 4 Health (which is grain free)and Paws and Claws(which is less expensive but still better than most big name cheap foods). Weve noticed a vast improvement in the softness and shine of our cats fur, they all maintain a healthy weight, and their energy levels are good. Just wish TSC could stay better stocked up on all their Paws and Claws litter varieties.

Tractor Supply in Lakeside/El Cajon is a great place to shop for all pets/animals. I go there to get my horse grains, pellets, grooming items...they have the best products and very reasonable prices. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I really like going there.

A friend of mine introduced me to tractor supply and both my wife and I shop there regularly for pet supplies, propane, and yard and garden products. Least expensive LP (Propane) in San Diego county. However, they make you earn the savings. First you must enter the store and find an employee. So that you can go back to your vehicle to get the tank, because the propane tank is behind a locked gate. Then go back into the store after the tank is filled and wait in line to pay for the propane. I must report the young man who filled the tanked carried the tank to this old mans truck. Thanks.

Only two open registers, both had new hires being trained on the cash registers and needing lots of help. This was a busy Saturday afternoon! Make a better management choice.

Its a great prices and tons of neat stuff. But this now the 4th time Ive stopped for propane and I had to wait forever for no one to come out to help. I always have to go back inside to ask for assistance I hear the cashier call for help but no one comes out. This was our last try at it and the same thing happened yet again... But this time no one came out after waiting forever then having to go back in to ask for help again. Finally someone came out but I was already on the main road leaving 15 mins is way too long to make a customer wait for propane.They get 5 stars for everything else but for back of the house customer service they receive a low rating. The cashiers are great and helpful and do their part in trying to get someone out to help us. I know there is more than 1 employee on the floor to help customers out.

Been thinking about sharing a review of my experience for quite some time now, wrestling with it.An employee asked me, What are you looking for? My reply was, nothing, I finally came into the store to see what its all about and take a look around... Your employee seemed confused because I wasnt hunting for an item. Proceeded to tell me about their clearance items at the front of the store, but I was already at the back of the store. I advised him I already saw that section, then he insisted on showing me another clearance section at the back of the store... I thought to myself, what makes you think Im looking for a clearance section? Do I LOOK poor to you, because all of my clothes are clean and relatively new? But I was polite and told him Im literally going to go up and down every isle just to see what the store has to offer. Went through the store, found a couple things that are useful, but was already turned off from purchasing much of anything. When I was later up at the front of the store a random female employee who hadnt even been around me or greeted me yells at me, YO... YO... YOU... I LIKE YOUR GOLD BRACELET, clearly with the intent to shock me and get my attention... **If youre thinking its a compliment, wrong. I was wearing a jacket while shopping... the only way youd even see my bracelet is if you near me or was watching my hands if I reached far for something and got a close up look via a high definition security camera. Since when is it ever OK to YEEELLL at a customer, for whatever reason?! I was already working my way toward the register, but by now I actually hated being there. Found something that I actually needed, purchased it and walked out to my car trying to understand what the heck just happened.Retrain your employees on the topic of genuine customer service and to not profile customers, because you never know who is there to spend a lot of money. I wouldve purchased what I really wanted once I saw it, but the discomfort caused by your employees simply made it weird to be there with their supremely odd behavior.
