Customer service here is horrible!!! I will never buy from a Dixie line ever again. I went to this location for the first time ever told the guy helping me “ hey I’ve never been here, can you help me out” paid for what I wanted and then was treated like less than human. I didn’t get the guys name and even ended up leaving without my 13 dollar piece due to his inability to help and the fact that no one was in the yard for me to pick up my order. So needless to say paperwork was thrown on the ground and I left. If I was the manager I would fire that employee but I’m just a person who will never shop at any dixieline ever again. Thanks for the worst first experience ever!

They have items that Lowes doesnt. Great service with great knowledge. Lowes folk dont have the experience needed to really help.

Good place for most things. Prices can be a bit higher than places like Walmart but the staff here is super friendly and helpful.

It made my Day!!! LAUGHING OUT LOUD MORE THEN A FEW TIMES!!! RAKING REINVENTED. . . Id be more than 85% faster with this rake indeed. Last week of October filled Waste Management Greenery Disposal Bin with leaves just from one of more then handful of trees to go. Love winter. Will be back 4 this one. Parted with a small purple plastic for use behind hedges & between fence. Had great outdoor seasonal lights, & tears of joy of all newly donated toys. Great outdoor boards as important fits the teen seen many great givers havent worn it out on their sleeves but have not gone unnoticed. Happy Holidays!

Bad, really bad service. Everyone acted like they owned the shop and you dont deserve to be attended by them.

I dont recommend this store if having to purchase lumber. The inside staff members are very professional and helpful. On the other hand one of outside staff is very disrespectful and rude. I purchased my order at 5pm keep in mind the store closes at 6pm.Bobby received the order and since he wanted to go home early was rude and complaining to coming the next day in morning with was he was very disappointed and disrespectful screaming and making rude comments and to top it off he made his partner do all the heaving lifting while he just complainedArman, he was the opposite of Bobby and was working hard and helping on loading onto my truck and did most of the workThis was a very disappointing experience, I rather take my business somewhere else. Youd think spending thousands of dollars here you expect a better result

I went there to get mealworm to feed some birds and they dont carry it

Worst customer service ever, I asked for assistance twice and no one showed up to help me on what I needed (even thought they werent busy ), after 15 minutes of waiting I decided to leave, gladly I have better options where I can take my bussines like Home Depot, I dont know what I was thinking in a first place that made me visit this terrible store but I learned a lesson today with this horrible experience.

I really like shopping at Dixieline. I will try there first and most of the time they have what I need. If they dont, then I try Lowes or Home Depot; anytime you go there it is a minimum of 1 hr in the store. Dixieline is in and out in a matter of minutes. Today unfortunately they didnt have the circuit breaker that I needed. Will need to set aside more time for a trip somewhere else.

Update. Dixieline came through with my order and delivered to the site. Thank you Billy!The one star is for politeness.I special ordered some Daintree 48 x 70 Deco panels back on 8-12-20. For the last two weeks I have called and stopped by to see if they were in. Every time except for today the folks would say no or check back tomorrow. I actually called last Thursday the 3rd and was told the buyer will call you tomorrow and give an update. Today when I went in it turns out they came in last week. No one called me. No one told me when I stopped in several times this week and last week. Now the staff cant find the order. The order was $1,747.80 which I paid and still have no panels. I recommend dont special order any items from this store. Still unresolved as of this writing.

Horrible company no ethics they destroyed my car with one of their semi trucks in my neighborhood delivering, and are refusing to take liability! Serious issues with this company please beware! Truck failed to clear right lane and did not signal as it was making it right in a left turn lane. Driver Eddie Castro is Liable and I am seeking legal action for this.

Loveable place to shop for important stuff

Fast and efficient. Love the personality in there. Anyone can help you and all are happy to do so. I dont know about comparing prices, but I can tell you I dont care. I go there to be treated with respect and get the answers I need with a smile. Best choice for me and I hope for you too

Have dealt with Dixieline for 40 yrs. They are customer service oriented. Not always the cheapest price but quality items and service make up for the difference.

Clean store. Can always find an employee for help. Service is fast and friendly. I only wish the prices were lower. But, you get what you pay for.

Everything is always of a better quality, than the larger national chain stores. Additionally, their personnel are more knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention easier to find.

Theyre nice store and they always have what you want but theyre so slow it takes 15 minutes to get your order in and everybody just treat you like you have nothing but time sometimes youre in a hurry you just want to grab something and pay kind of complicated to do that there maybe they can have some type of a Line-X expedited

Good lumber supply and materials in general. Prices are a bit high but if you wait till the flyer comes out and only by the stuff on sale, they are some pretty darn good deals. If you want good customer service, Dixieline is the place to go.

Customer service at this location SUCKS. Dont get me wrong, I shop at one of their locations almost weekly. I do building maintenance at several locations around the county and I love Dixieline at every other location but this one. The guys at this service counter all act like theyre way too busy to help customers, if youre lucky enough to catch someone on the floor they always give the excuse that theyre with another customer. Girls up front are great, but they cant leave the register to help.

Friendly service, line does get long but dont be confused on speed of cashier. It does go by quick and from what I recall they are doing some remodeling here and there, but overall still always a good experience dropping by when I need something quick

Cashier at check out needs a lot more customer service training, walked up with my purchase never acknowledged me nothing, rang up more order, not a word, not even a thank you! Terrible service. I had a broken gate handle that was somewhat hard to find, all the major hardware stores could not get it. I decided to drive to Dixieline in El Cajon, CA. Sure enough, they were able to find it, and actually went out of their way to help me replace the broken part so I would not have to purchase the entire assembly kit. Many thanks to Vivian, Gracie, and Alexis who were outstanding customer service experts! Dixieline will be my go to hardware store from now on - and their prices beat many other stores!

For those tools that you need to fix with they got it. Materials to build they got it. Hard to find items youll find it. Most importantly the customer services.

Every time I go over there there is an employee working there I see him fun of me hes the only one helping me the most but I dont know why only him it doesnt matter I like the extra lines organized clean and actually I go by the end of the day so the customer service is excellent the way they serve me I really like Dixieland

I have to return tools and parts that I didnt need the return process was quite lengthy well taken care of but quite lengthy. Nice Personnel, clean store. Another faucet I bought leaks so I have to take it back again.

Just bought baseboards for our entire house. Saved at least 30% over the major home improvement stores. Also the customer service was far and away better than anything Ive ever experienced at either of the major home improvement stores. Plus you dont have to go on a great migration to find a sales person for help, which is great because Im not handy and hardware stores arent exactly my stomping grounds. And the military discount was the cherry on top! Dixieline just became my new go-to hardware store. :)

The folks at dixieline are always super very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help out I will be spending all of my resources former jobs at dixieline.

Today visit was a good one, wolfgang helps me find what i was looking for, its always a pleasure shopping there

This place is the worst. Not all employees are rude but most of them are. They are not helpful and make you look for things in the store. There was so much more that was disappointing. I will go to Home Depot or Lowes.

We will never use Dixieline again! We placed a $1400.00 order for lumber it was a disaster from the beginning. First they lost the order then had a wrong delivery address completely wrong had it going to Alverado Hospital 😳 then once that was straightened out they missed part of the order on delivery and wrong sized lumber! Never Again!
