We went for their Buy one cone get one for .99 Facebook promotion! It was great when it was 100 degrees outside. Service was fast fair and the vibe of a ice cream shop w the tunes made our day !

I’ve noticed that there has been a tall man withblack hair who always wears it in a ponytail. Usually I wouldn’t be bothered by this, but seeing how long his hair is.. really disturbs me. I don’t want all that getting in my ice cream.🤮 Gross! Another thing i’ve noticed is how him and most of the employees don’t wear a mask…I know it’s not mandatory, but as someone who works at a restaurant and has to wear a mask I believe it’s common courtesy for ourselves and the customers.

Worst experience ever. Had been 10 min prior to their closing time on a Saturday and they tried to ignore us. Even though we knocked to ask if it was open. They just looked at us from the corner of their eye and tried to act as if they didnt realize that we were present they. They didnt have the courtesy to say that they are clearing up for the day and they cant serve us. Its the worst feeling when u r waiting in front of their door they noticed you and they dont even respond. Worst place to go ever.

Ice cream was perfect and made perfect... the staff was very flustered it seemed like... one member looked new or atleast came off new based on his knowledge and was just thrown to the wolves... the other two were so caught up in other task, it just came off like a bit of a mad house... still a good store and ice cream

They were busy and there was a line. However, there were enough employees scheduled that the service was not negatively impacted. Emma helped my friend and myself and was courteous, generous and accurate with our orders. This location is kept up well, is very clean, and attentive to customers.Our treats were delicious and I spent a little more than Id planned to because there were so many tasty choices, plus they had tempting impulse buy items displayed on the counter, which I fell for several of!I havent splurged in a long while here and I really enjoyed it.

The staff was friendly and got our order done quickly. This location has always given excellent service and Ive been going there for over 20 years.

The sundae was so good and costumer service was excellent

We had a couple of malts, they were good. Wait was a little longer than we expected but a prior customer had an issue and sometimes those take awhile to fix.

Excellent customer service! We brought 7 kids and 3 adults and the staff kept their cool and their smiles. They were professional and friendly. The shop was clean despite being less than an hour till they closed. I highly recommend this location.

Great service and good ice cream

Great friendly & quick service. I had my all time favorite Baseball Nut & also got a 2nd scoop so that I could try the flavor of the month Pumpkin Cheesecake. Very good tasting! The only reason I refuse to give 5 stars is the price of $5.99 for a double scoop!! The prices are why I limit my visits to once or twice a year. I usually only treat myself to 1 scoop of Baseball Nut.

I toured a great many places in the greater San Diego region with different customer service skills and with variety. I dropped in off a whim after thinking Smart n Final was too far. What ceased to amaze me was that the workers were very reluctant to take my order. My heart skipped a beat after they fussed between each other then one yells, Ill take whos orders next. This will be the last time I stop here, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. I was hoping for a friendly environment and a warm welcome but got the opposite. Better luck with friendly customer service else where!

Waited 10min while the 3 employees working finished discussing their weekend plans then when they finish the main guy heavyset short black hair walks to the register and says know what you want no hello, no would you like to try the flavor of the month. Like Im wasting his time.... sad used to come here since I was a little kid... wont be returning to this location ever again would give 0 stars if I could.

Its ice cream, which is always delicious. A bit pricey, but yummy. Kid scoops are reasonably priced. Very limited seating, so best to get a cone and head somewhere else.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my fathers birthday custom and everything. They confirm it and say to come pick it up the following day at 3:00. I call at 2:00 the following day and they say the ticket was thrown away and their is no cake under my name. They check in the back and nothing. I’m very upset as this was supposed to be for my father who has been going through a hard time. Thank you for the disappointment and horrible service. I will be taking my money else where.

This is a small, busy 31 Flavors. The service is good, Gabriel is excellent (scoop-guy). Pleasant and not at all bothered by special requests.

Love going to any and all Baskin Robbins but this one in particular is a bit small, kind of hot inside and the ice cream tubs are a bit messy. Flavors are mixed in other flavors and the gaps in between tubs have ice cream everywhere. Im very surprised by the mess given their stickler of owners.Otherwise, the girls are pretty nice and patient. I bring a lot of kids each time. 😁🍨

FYI: Dont order the 2 scoop classic sundae or anything thats 2 scoops or more for that matter because they will just give you kids scoops instead..

Operations seemed a bit chaotic during my visit today. However the ice cream was great.

Its 31 Flavors and not much has changed...other than the pricing. Its pretty expensive compared to other shops. The quality is good and the shop is cute and you can purchase a cool novelty cake. Parking is ok.

Downloaded app. Found coupon for a layered sundae for $3.99. Regular price is $7.99. My Mom and I shared a Reeses layered sundae and it was the perfect amount and it was awesome. The lady that helped us was very nice and helpful

This basin Robbins has been around since I was kid. It has so many memories of my Grandma taking my brother and I for ice cream. I have never had a bad experience here.

Baskin Robbins is always a nice treat. As a child, my mom would take me once a month, sometimes more in the summer, so I do that for my child now.

Of course she ice cream is good I grew up eating 31 Flavors its always been good however people beware 31 Flavors will charge you tax if you eat your ice cream inside because then they consider themselves a restaurant so take your ice cream outside when you buy the 31 Flavors and save the extra charge.
