I loved the service at CBM. Other dealerships weren’t willing to work with me and my husband, who is stationed overseas, because the distance makes purchasing a little more complicated. At CBM, I walked in wanting a car and drove out in a Subaru Forester a few hours later. The owner is also a veteran (and a very nice person, everyone here is quite personable), so they understood exactly what we needed. Rita was a pleasure to work with, and Julieta did a great job talking me through the sales process. Aziz and Chris were warm and welcoming, and I’d definitely purchase a car here again. Very professional atmosphere, very clear and straightforward communication.

Knowing what I was already looking for, I went to CBM Motors to look at a Honda Pilot. Beside the one I went to look at was another slightly newer and better model. Honest, Trustworthy and Reliable! We got to CBM by accident coz we took an earlier turn and I am so glad we did!! Sam was very friendly and not your typical car salesman which was soooo refreshing!! thank goodness~~There are several things that I would like to point out... Cesar is a great guy and the owner and employs an amazing staff!!! While they were processing paperwork we had to rush to an appointment and they didnt hesitate to lend us one of their cars to use, which now that I think of it was a big life saver!!After we left with our new truck we only got one key ..my husband called Sam the next day and he asked us to bring back the vehicle! Cesar got one of the managers to take care of us and Osama(firecracker!!LOL) was on that phone checking in on the key man every 10 mins as he was super busy and we were very last minute. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this place October 2020 and I’ve been waiting to write this review. Everything was great at first. We walked in with a pre-approved check for the full amount of the vehicle and amount of a trade-in that was financed through the same bank (Navy Fed). A manager named Osama swears up and down that he’s dealt with navy fed and knows what he’s doing. Ok cool. There were a couple things that CBM agreed to fix. A missing cap on a wheel and a broken back window defroster. Cool. Papers signed, happy customers. 1st complaint- it took FOREVER for our bank to receive the check back from CBM. And when they receive it, it’s wrong. Then it took forever to get the corrected check sent back to our bank. We had to refinance because of that, which lowered our credit scores. Thanks for that Osama. 2nd complaint- every time I’d call to schedule a time to bring the vehicle in to have them fix what they needed to fix “the guy isn’t here”. This lasted months. 3rd complaint- I’d really like an explanation as to why I just had to pay almost $350 to have fluids changed that should’ve been done BEFORE we bought it. Like the fluids were way past due. Like should’ve been changed at 50k miles past due and the vehicle was at 83k when we bought it. I brought it in for a standard oil change only to find out that your dealership didn’t check anything on the vehicle before you sold it to us. Or you did and just didn’t care. You’re a lemon lot with glitter sprinkled on top. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

I had a wonderful experience last week at CBM motors. I went in to look at a car decided I wanted it, they fought to get me the best rate possible and 2.5 hours from arriving I was driving out with my new car, a lower interest rate then my previous car and a lower payment! HELLO WHY WOULD YOU NOT GO HERE!!! The costumer service is amazing, every employee was welcoming and so polite. I recommend any and everyone one!!!!
