Great service department! I happen to be in Effingham for work when my truck came due for service. Knowing I only had a limited time window, I called Goeckner to see if they could accommodate. Without hesitation they were able to make the appointment and service my truck the very next day.

I have bought so many new cars in my lifetime I lost track. I have never had an experience like I have had here. It was amazing. Wonderful. No game playing, no hassle, no hard pressure sales tactics. We bought a new Jeep Gladiator and I called in my credit app over the phone at 9am. That took 10 minutes. Drove to the dealer at 3pm and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. We were in and out with our new vehicle within 30 minutes. I will be back for sure as this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I usually dislike the experience of buying a new car but not here. Just wow!

Goeckner Bros is a 5 star Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and Sprinter dealership and service center. Having made several new and used vehicle purchases here, it is the only shop I take a vehicle to be worked on.The service and sales staff regularly go the extra mile for customers, particularly interstate travelers with mechanical problems.They have an entire wall covered with Thank You notes, letters, and cards from travelers that were able to get last minute or after hours help to get them back on the road.

Took my car in for your basic oil change and check up. They found a hose about to explode and fixed it for me. After getting my consent to do so. Honest people

When it comes to parts departments, Goeckner Brothers is top notch. Alex and Lukes customer service never ceases to amaze me. Any hard to find parts they will search until they have an answer. Their customer service and knowledge is better than any dealership you may find hours away.

I was stranded about 2 miles away on a hot summer day goeckner bros was the only car rental service that had cars available. They came a picked me up so I can have a rental and a ride to my destination in Memphis as I was heading that way when my car broke down. Ray was very interested in my needs a I felt like he genuinely cared to help my family and I out. Thank you RAY AND GEOCKNER BROS INC!!UPDATE:so on my way back into town I was forced to take my rental back late because my car still wasnt fixed😩Ray really worked with me about being late because he knew if I hadnt I would be stuck at there location stranded with my family and luggage and no way to get home. I was soooo gratefulI, offered to buy him lunch of course he declined. But he let me know theres a family restaurant down the block called CRUISERS to go have lunch there to support. And thats exactly what I did and the food was great had the Turkey BLT! But that just shows you how he cares about everyone equally family and customers!!! What a bond!🥰

I locked myself out of my car while I was on my lunch break and I called and they had a door key cut for my car and even delivered it to me! I was back in my car within 20 minutes! Plus it only cost $6! Way cheaper than a locksmith!

Went through quick lube, they were fast and reliable, found a nail in my tire and repaired it.

Dodge dealer should be able to fix almost any problems on dodge. Not this place. Wont even look into the problem on my buddies truck

Do not come to this town! Absolute worst experience buying a car. Teutopolis Auto Sales down the road, cleared the codes on a for sale vehicle so when we went to get it checked out here at Goeckners everything looked fine. We think that these to businesses work together to make sales and swindle people from out of town.... Just be cautious, especially of Teutopolis Auto Sales. We have had to put $5000 dollars into repairs as soon as the codes came back after we purchased it.
