Its good to know that good people still exist. My husband and I were heading south, and stopped at a rest stop. Our truck wouldnt start back up, and the battery light was on. We werent able to jump it, so I called AutoZone to see if they would be able to deliver a battery; which they were not due to only having 2 people inside the store. I spoke to a man who I believes name is Jim. He helped me purchase the battery over the phone, and a young man named Kaysen delivered the battery to us at the rest stop on his way home from work. Unfortunately, the battery didnt get our truck running. Kaysen stayed, and tried to help us get it running. Not only did he try to help us then, he was gracious enough to give my my husband a ride to U-haul to pick up a truck so we could pull our trailer 3hrs back home since the truck was towed to the local dealership. These team members went above and beyond to help us, and it was greatly appreciated!!!

Always happy with the customer service and satisfaction that is offered they will go above and beyond to help you get the part you need and sometimes even install it for you. Easy returns when you buy the wrong part or realize you just dont need it.

I used to buy my auto parts at just any store in town and didnt really have a preference to where I got them from. After my last few trips to AutoZone though, its by far my number one choice. They have everything Ive ever needed in stock and if not, its ordered and there the next day or sometimes even same day. The staff is far more helpful and professional than other parts stores and the manager Calvin has been extremely meticulous in making sureI get exactly what I need. This store has rapidly kept improving over the last year or so and AutoZone will remain my go to for parts in the future.

Amazing customer service! My husband and I were on a trip in May when our car just died - alternator issue. It was 100 degrees outside. We were able to get a jump and head to Effingham AutoZone first thing on Sat. morning. Calvin, the manager and Dustin and Kayson were so very kind and helpful. They set us up with a new battery, found a garage to take us right away and got us back on the road. We are eternally grateful and would HIGHLY recommend and commend this location! Great job guys! Went to store and needed windshield wipers not only did Dustin find the right ones and he installed them for me. He also reminded me that I had the wiper for the back window and got me the right one as well and even reminded me of the windshield washer fluid. AMAZING SERVICE!! Thank You for the help!

Two workers, two customers, one worker was being shown how to run computer by customer #1....sad! Worker#2 was manager. He was dancing at computer while checking some items on the system or something!! He Turned around and seen me and went back to dancing! ...I left and probably never go back!

We had trouble with the alternator and battery while driving back home from Florida!We called the store and they told us to come in to check it! The staff was so helpful, the manager Calvin was so awesome and was even out there helping change both! Great people to do business with!

My trip to AutoZone was GREAT, the manager really helped me out. I was traveling for Pennsylvania to Missouri with my son when we broke down in a rest area and we need a starter, so we called Autozone and they delivered one to us along the road. The manager even called us when we were 300 miles down the road to make sure we were still OK. Thanks to them we made our destination safely. # 1 in my book

Both times I have been in here, the staff have been demeaning to me and attempted to exploit ignorance.Both times I knew exactly what I wanted and only needed to know where it was located in the store and they tried to pull some weird line of questioning.Today I only asked where the windshield washer fluid was and the guys behind the counter asked me what kind of car I drove. Unsure what they were getting at I told them the make and model and asked why that was relevant for wiper fluid. They said they needed to know the year as well in order to get me the correct kind of fluid. When I asked them again if they were serious that they couldnt sell me windshield wiper fluid without knowing the year, make, and model of the car, they said yes they had to know. So, I sarcastically told them I better get my husband to buy it for me since I have no idea what Im doing. I drove one block over to Oreillys and got what I needed.Never going back here again.

Recently I drove my 66 Fairlane thru this location . I started in Ohio and had some issues with it in Effingham. The guys working that day were very helpful. Let me borrow the tools I needed and even carried some of the parts out to my car for me. Had me back on the road in no time! I didnt get their names but it was Easter Sunday. Thanks again guys!

Worst customer service Ive ever encountered extremely unhelpful. Wasnt willing to look anything up said it would be to difficult I was nice and said Ill just go somewhere else. Wow

I stopped by today to get my wiper blades replaced. The Nissan dealership didnt carry what I needed so I stopped in to my local AutoZone. Nick was very helpful yeah, he was able to troubleshoot the issue and go the extra mile to help me make sure all three wipers were secure and correct. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much! Slow service! They dont keep parts in stock and they only offer the best service to the people who look like they have a lot of money! Just because I dont wear designer clothes doesnt mean that my money isnt just as good as anyone elses money!

Called and ordered a sensor for car, was suppose to be in the next afternoon. Upon arriving at the store and asked if my part was in, was given the run around about why it wasnt there. Pretty sure it never got ordered!! Wasted an hour worth of driving to have to come back again. Not to mention when walked in the store, smelled like cigarette smoke as if someone had been smoking inside! You would think they would try and make it right one way or another.

Mike was amazing! Not only did he do a fantastic job replacing our windshield wipers but he diagnosed the problem with our gas pedal and fixed it. If I lived in the area would be coming back for all my car needs.

AutoZone gives you $20 off after 5 purchases that are each over $20 to use in a years time. Advance Auto gives you a discount you can use also, only they dont tell you it has to be used in 30 days. I prefer AutoZone due to this.

My truck broke down on I70 got towed in to Autozone the manager was very nice let me work on my truck. I got my truck running again. If you need parts this is the only place to go.

We were in from out of state and our van died we called and spoke with Joanne Hrudika and she was so calm and amazingly helpful she actually sent a young man to where we were to help us Zakery Gentry came and rescued us he was able to give us a jump and we followed him back to the store, when we were a few minutes behind him after getting stuck at a stop light, he was headed out to find us. They were able to tell us we needed a battery and installed it for us. They made a potentially horrible situation into a better situation for us. We will never be able to thank them enough. Little did these 2 know, my sister had came to Illinois to get away from the hurricane in florida and she had a 75 year old man in the back. We are forever grateful for Joanne and Zakery.
