Had a wonderful experience today in the Edison store Menlo Park Mall.. I read the reviews and had to go to this store to do a return. Was very upset going into the store to learn all the bad reviews were WRONG!!! Had a very professional visit the Manager of the store wore glasses and the salesman at the register was as well very helpful on a few returns their knowledge of the store was phenomenal. I couldnt get a item in the size i needed but they made sure to accommodate us in every way. There was a young lady with braids she helped find merchandise in my size and color as well. At the door was salesman greetings you as coming in and while leaving.EXCELLENT TEAM THEY WORK TOGETHER TO SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS!!SNIPES IN EDISON IN THE MENLO PARK MALL.

Terrible service. I purchased a pair of shoes a week ago. After wearing them once, I realized they’re not comfortable at all. I go today to return them, as it has not been 30 days after my purchase. I hand the shoes and the receipt to the employee and she starts examining them. She tells me they have been worn, with an attitude. I said yes, once. She said, nastily, I can’t take these back. I said why not? She said the heel of the sole is used and the hand of the Jordan symbol inside the shoe is a bit faded. I asked so you don’t take them back? She said only if they’re new and not used. Also, I had called about an hour in advance and asked them what their return policy was, and the lady on the phone said they must be returned within 30 days - she said NOTHING about the shoes having to be new. I walked away from the counter, not even receiving a “have a good day” or “I’m sorry”. I walked out very frustrated due to the fact that I drove nearly 30 minutes in the rain to return these perfectly fine shoes. I will never shop there again. Footlocker and Champs Sports (who accept returns easily) will be getting my business.

I take EVERYTHING I SAID ABOUT THIS STORE BACK!! EVERYONE RUDE!! PHONE NEVER GETS ANSWERED, AND THEY JST STARE AT YOU WALK AROUND THE STORE AND WONT ASK IF YOU NEED HELP.

Bad service really dissapointed, went in looked around asked for a pair of shoes. She came back dropped the shoes next to me and just walked away? Ok I asked nicely I wasn’t rude or anything and when I looked at the shoes she “gave” me they were in the wrong color and size. I went up to a different worker and he prentemted to walk away said “nah I’m playing whatcha need” I told him and he said ok walked away and just went to help someone else. And the other 2 workers were laughing and pointing at me. I did not think anything was funny and was extremely unsatisified with the service I received.
