THIS PLACE VERY INCOMPETENT!!!! WORKER DID NOT PASS FIRST GRADE MATH! Girl with bad haircut so rude >:( she do not know work how! I hope her next haircut is worst. I understand working at retail is a tiring, tricky and boring job. There is nothing wrong with chatting with your retail co-workers, or even slacking a little. The staff here could not control the people walking through the store, when it is the job they signed up for. Safety is crucial in these hard covid times, so it deeply worries me that the staff working can not calculate the people allowed in the store at the period of time I was inhabiting the store. I will not be coming back.

Extremely rude staff member. Had started to speak badly about the customers out loud due to her own inability to keep the lines in check when people had entered the store as she was too busy talking with her fellow co-workers. She did not attempt to hide her disgust towards customers. Should get fired honestly.

Rude staff, DISTASTEFUL. Not to mention I hit my head on the fitting room doorway! Truly tragic experience!!

Its alright. Perhaps its just me but every time I go to a PacSun, its never nearly as good as it was a decade ago. And I loved PacSun.

Messy un organized and the line went out thw door with only one woman working a register with everyone else folding. the line looked like an amusement park ride.
