Helpful, patient staff

I broke the lease on my Rat Bans. Instead of buying a new pair I budgeted $70 for new lenses. After struggling some I went to Sunglasses Hut. I met Jason who helped me pop my lenses back in without any cost and had great customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this place and please ask for Jason. Very good service I would def buy my shades here.

Horrible service in Southdale Mall. Its hard to find someone at the store or even if you find someone they dont have enough knowledge to do the work - be it bill or make returns. I had bought few pairs online during Thanksgiving time and wanted to return couple pairs at this store. For 2 weeks their machine was broken and they did not accept returns and for next 2 weeks the lady at the store cannot get to login to the account to process returns. She kept hitting reset password like 20 times in front of me and wasted my time. She directed me to different stores across the cities even after I told her I lived across the mail. I visited for the fourth time and that lady still couldnt login to her account. When I called the manager and spoke he said they have been having issues to login. What kind of service is this to make customers wait and come back for 5 times just to process few returns. The store sucks and the people who work there dont know how to manage or do the work. I will never visit this store again and tell all my contacts not to go here anymore. No wonder they never had any customers each time I went.
