Brought bracelet from this store. Bracelet was falling off, so it was sent out to get a safety chain. Came back in 4 weeks and now I can’t put on. Now they say they I have to send it back out for 4 weeks again. Very upset but still had to pay even if I’m not satisfied with service. Bracelet doesn’t fit me at all now.

Love the brand, love the staff! Every single time we go, we are treated so well! They are usually VERY busy but once it is our turn, we are treated like the only ones there. Things do get sold out. I appreciate that though. If the jewelry was so massed produced, that opens room for error. The quality of absolutely every item I own is top tier. My budget allows for the “silver” side of the store. I enjoy every item I own and continue to add to my wish list! I would recommend Tiffany to every single human. You won’t find the quality, price point, or service with any other brand.

Used to love the brand and the experience at any location BUT making Jay-Z and Beyonce the brand ambassadors makes me what to puke. Talk about skid row.
Excellent guest services. Currently you have to wait at the door for entrance but you are treated like a special guest once you get inside.I also had to call the store with questions about repair and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable regarding using the website. He didnt leave his name but it was Feb 2 at 12:45. 😉They are not able to offer in-store cleaning right now, but will ship from the store if you need to.
We had such an amazing experience at the store in Maui that I assumed I would have the same experience at this store. Not even close!I was amazed at how incredibly rude the associate was. She acted as though I was wasting her time since I was there for a repair and she assumed I would not be making a purchase. She did not smile nor bother to ask if there was anything else I was interested in or offer suggestions as to what might go well with the pieces I already had. At the store in Maui, the associated suggested I add another ring to the one I was purchasing to add a different look. With her suggestions, we ended up purchasing three rings instead of just the one. The associate at the Edina store was unable to put forth any effort in trying to make a sale. Very sad, as there were two other items I would have gladly purchased.
Accompanied my sister so she could buy a pair of earrings. Sales person assigned to us was not helpful and looked like she would rather be elsewhere. Younger woman; possibly named Taylor - she didn’t care to tell us her name until the end. I asked for the price of a silver ring and was told she could look it up if I were really interested. Um, duh lady? Tay-tay never got around to it and I had to look it up online instead while in the store. My sister tried on a few different earrings but was left to find her own mirror to view the jewelry. She ended up using the mirror end of a pillar in the store that was more for feng shui than viewing yourself. Tay-tay was all smiles of course when my sister bought the earrings she had come to the store for; this is also when we learned her name - at the register. At least Tay-tay knew how to tie the bow on the Tiffany box because she lacked all other sales skills. The other sales staff seemed chipper in their interactions with customers, but I was unimpressed by the experience.
We have always had great experience with them and this location is no exception. My wife knew exactky what she wanted. They located the ring very quickly and arranged shipment. Very friendly and prompt service.Additional note: the ring that we ordered on Friday and was supposed to take two weeks to arrive, was received in two days!

My husband and I visited the Edina showroom this afternoon to pick out a birthday gift for our daughter and had the worst experience ever. The sales woman (Taylor) was incredibly rude and short with us from the moment we first interacted with her. She was very abrupt in answering any questions, almost cutting me off mid sentence, and even dissuaded us from purchasing the necklace we went in to buy saying -that “rarely sells”. She was texting on her phone the entire time we were in the showroom and seemed perturbed that she had to unveil items from the case stating that she could only pull out two items at a time. We ended up leaving after about 10-15 minutes and will call the Chicago location for help or order online. For 25+ years, we’ve shopped at various Tiffany locations and every experience has been so positive, thankfully, otherwise I would hesitate in ever step foot in another Tiffany showroom again-after the treatment we received from Taylor. It’s a real shame to have someone so unfriendly representing such an amazing brand.

My husband and I went into Tiffany last night to purchase a mens watch that we had discovered when browsing online. We were not helped by the two clerks in the empty store so we ended up not purchasing the watch. (Thats how that works.) We are now planning to go with a more reputable brand that isnt cheaply made.

Twice I have tried go there and physically pick up gifts for my wife, and both times they have not been there after telling me they did have in stock over the phone and the website showing in stock. Very disappointed in this as I hoped to have a gift in hand for my wife, not a tracking number for the shipment. What’s the point of a physical location with this kind of thing happening? Would have loved to purchase in retail location.
Went in today to buy a gift for my daughter and the sales women A.S. was cold and rude. We asked to see certain items and she made sure we knew the price of it before we took a look at it. I mentioned I liked a different bracelet but she made sure I knew it was more expensive and didn’t even get to look at it. I ended up leaving with a necklace and bracelet that I didn’t want.

Classic style and impeccable service! Nothing says classy like Tiffanys. Very laid back staff, attentive but not pushy or trying to force a sale. The merch sells itself. Went in looking for engagement ring and was given vip treatment, found the perfect piece! Everything inside is immaculate from jewelry presentation to lightening, the whole place sparkles like a dreamy wonderland. Even got invited to a Super Bowl party showcasing trophies and championship rings. Terrific!
Morgan was Wonderful!!! She was knowledgable and so patient when helping me decide on gifts for my lovely daughters. I did all my research at home prior to visiting the store and when I informed Morgan of the items she showed me all the various sizes and materials the pieces came in. They take good care of you, even if youre just browsing - which weve done on multiple occasions.I bought a cheaper ring from them as a gift and they still treated me as if I purchased a more expensive item. A year later it needed repair and they took prompt care of it. Great service.

I am so disappointed in the quality of your chains.In January of 2011 my husband purchased two hearts (one silver and one rose gold) in honor of the birth of our son. The first chain lasted a few weeks before it broke (thankfully I found the hearts). I went to the Edina location and they fixed it for $50.00. A few months later it broke again but at that time we lost the hearts. I never replaced the chain. I was so sad to lose both hearts and sad that the chain quality were so poor. I wish I would have gone to a jewler for a new chain vs. back to you.I did not learn my lesson. My husband replaced the necklace with a pendent with an H (my sons initial). Within a year I replaced the chain for $50.00. A week later it broke again. This time, I never lost the pendent but again I need to come back in and pay another $50.00. Which I will not be doing.What a waste of time and money.I will no longer be a customer with Tiffany & Co.MJF
