I absolutely love this place! Whether for pickup or delivery, I always receive the best arrangement and service! The customer service is always top notch as well! We just had a horrible experience.! If you are craving a smoothie, this is not the place! Save you money! They only have small sizes for like almost $6.50 after taxes.Apparently they don’t have the air conditioning running, so it was super hot inside the store (we even saw 3 flies). We were waiting for a smoothie for like 10 minutes (we were the only customers). When she’s finally done making our smoothie, she took another 10 minutes looking for a straw. After 20 minutes total she said, I can’t find the straws. So we paid and came back home with a melted smoothie without straw and the cup wasn’t even full.Definitely not recommend and we are not coming back.

I made an order online for a client of mine for Christmas. My client was really pleased and surprised to receive a gift from edible arrangements. Highly recommend gifting clients or family members chocolate dipped strawberries from them.

This was my first & last time ordering from edible arrangements. Way to expensive, fail to deliver the item, unable to provide a delivery window and tried to hold me accountable for their mistake and then wanted to give 25% refund on the order. Absolutely Unacceptable! #NeverAgain.

Just bummed with my experience. I called in to order two Carmel apples and was told I couldn’t order at this time. I explained that in the past I have always walked in & it has never been a problem. I explained that when I went to place an order online I didn’t have any problems & was able to prompt the same same day delivery for my order.After explaining this I was told okay we can fill your order. Again I chose to order Two Salted Carmel Chocolate Apples.What I received was two salted chocolate apples.I understand that me calling into order was somehow an inconvenience and they accommodated me ??? I thought that’s what a business was? What I don’t understand is why I was I met with such hostility. What I don’t understand is why would pay $20 an Apple to not receive what I ordered.The lack of consistency and willingness to serve threw me off. Super unfriendly.Bummed because in the past I have really enjoyed ordering from here but clearly it’s under new management and they have no desire to really serve their customers or make items correctly.Inconsistent. Unfriendly. Not worth the value.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered as a gift. The wrong arrangement arrived. When I brought this to the Edina store’s attention, they offered a partial refund. Not only did the wrong gift get delivered, which was disappointing in itself, I was only offered a partial refund??? The whole experience was disappointing and I will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements again.

Ignore the 5 star reviews. And pay close attention to the ones with not so pleasant comments about the Edina and burnsville stores. They speak the truth.

The new owner is disrespectful. I get the impression she believes because she is a business person that shes better and more intelligent than her employees. Her most recent 5 star reviews are also fake, made by her close friends who have never even purchased with the business in burnsville or edina. Lying for a Google review is good business ethic?

We have known Brenda, the owner, since she bought the store. Five of our children have worked for her and in every interaction, Brenda is kind, professional, generous and creative. Her attention to detail, work ethic and customer service are exemplary. This is an excellently run business with beautiful and delicious arrangements.

I ordered a fun gift (fruit arrangement, chocolate covered fruit, balloons) for my husband on Valentines Day to be delivered to his work since I was out of town. He works second shift, so his delivery was to be around 5pm when most businesses are closed. Even though I had coordinated with his supervisor to be in on the surprise, EA staff were not able to make the delivery as planned. After two attempts, in a couple hours, they called me and we were able to get them inside - even 3 hours later! What amazing customer services! Way to go!

Extremely rude store. Refused to honor a promotional coupon that I received from Edible Arrangements corporate for my loyalty. Its the day before Valentines day, so I understand being busy, but there is no excuse for the attitude and refusal to find a solution with a customer. I called the Plymouth store and they had no problem setting up my order immediately.

Wonderful service. Ordered Disney Princess arrangement for daughters birthday celebration at school. Turned out as pictured and teacher said it was the BEST SNACK EVER! Just watch out for other drivers. They dont look before moving their vehicles.

Nice location for chocolate-dipped fruit. I would definitely recommend pre-ordering whatever you want, as they do not have a lot of readily available items for spur of the moment pick-ups. Also, I highly recommend looking for coupons from their website/email list otherwise it can be quite expensive!

We order for special events for our granddaughter in chicago... when she comes home from school and sees the arrangements it makes her day..

Ive used this store 5-6 times to send arrangements to clients and they ALWAYS go beyond whats expected.Just today, Tricia, one of the managers, offered to get in her car and deliver my order herself to meet my deadline, because the regular driver was out. Thats Nordstrom-level service!They make me look very good to the people who matter to me. I recommend them to everyone I know.

My husband ordered me chocolate dipped strawberries and a teddy bear for mothers day, instead of the teddy bear I got a balloon. He told me he had gotten me a teddy bear, I found the receipt a couple of days ago and there was suppose to be a teddy bear. This means I lost 14 dollars.

Update: please be cautious of recent 5 star reviews with the edina and burnsville location.The new owner had her close friends give 5 star reviews to make her and the stores look better. Shes also disrespectful to employees and talks poorly about employees during interviews.Yikes

Extremely disappointed by the owner, would not recommend spending your money at her stores. Dont upset her, shes not afraid to call you the c word before hanging up on you.

Terrible customer service!!! I would never order from Edibile Arrangements again. I called the Edina store because I got a email saying delivery for my order was unsuccessful. I was ordering a gift for mothers day. I talk to the owner and tell her I want a refund since my order was unsuccessful and she told me no and hung up in my face! Im still shocked, I really cant believe she did that.

THIS STORE LACKS GOOD SERVICE - Dont let this review put you off Edible Arrangements. The products are great. However, the EDINA store is terrible. I ordered on a Monday morning, for same day delivery. We had some inclimate weather, so I was OK when they called me later in the day and asked if they could deliver tomorrow. Luckily the recipient was going to be in on Tuesday. So on Tuesday late afternoon imagine my surprise when the store still reports that its out for delivery. Finally, AFTER 4:30 PM the package is delivered. The person receiving it was already gone. Luckily I was able to get them (the company they work for) to put them in the fridge. What a joke...
