This is my favorite store for skin care products!! Brent, the manager is so friendly and helpful and all the staff are so kind and knowledgeable! I had no idea what I wanted but they all were so kind and patient while I asked a million questions. Very grateful to them for following really good CDC guidelines and taking lots of safety precautions as I’m a high risk customer! Thanks everyone, can’t wait til I get to go back!

Please bring back the Sea Weed Mud Mask!! ❤ I have been buying it since I was 16 and its the primary reason I go to The Body Shop.

The body shop on edina looked inviting but I was treated like a potential thief by the little guy behind the register as I was looking to buy a bar of over priced soap he was hovering around me, like darting in and I couldnt understand what he was doing at first, it was really rude, and I wont be going back what a jerk.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! Jesus & Mary Beth were so helpful and amazing. Truly outstanding customer service. They were knowledgeable about the products and which ones would fit my specific needs. I will buy from The Body Shop exclusively now after that experience.

They have knowledge on what they sell. They truly care about putting out great products not only for your body but for the planet. I always recommend this business for anyone with sensitive skin.

My first visit to this particular location at Southdale Center. Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable...even if youre someone who doesnt typically shop in this type of store rest assured they will take care of you! Another perk of sorts is that this mall isnt crazy busy.

Great customer service and they had good recommendation and whats good for what and not. I used to use the facial wash tea tree and when I went there was told that it was for people with oily skin and they recommended the Himalayan charcoal clay wash and can I just say I love it feels so refreshing and fresh whenever I use it with the drops of youth thingy.

Extremely unhelpful staff. I went back to do a very simple exchange and the employee was annoyed and gave me reasons why she cant do it. I went to mall of america body shop and it was done without any issue, same exact transaction.
