I’ve bought several DY items throughout the past 2 years or so and only recently has my experience and confidence in the product diminished. I purchased a nice gemstone ring with diamonds that my husband gifted me for Christmas. It was an upgrade to a sapphire ring he had given me from Macy’s (about $150) when we were in high school! Both made of silver and with small diamonds around the main gem. This DY ring however has had diamonds fall out on three separate occasions! The first two times this occurred DY fixed but it was an 8 week wait each time. This 3rd time they indicated it was past warranty and I would need to pay about $140 to have it fixed. The ring is only 1 1/2 years old and should not be breaking this much I feel it was compromised from the beginning. The manager said it’s because I wear it everyday and it’s silver and the prongs aren’t as sturdy but I still feel like you should stand by your product more at the price point they are asking. My $150 sapphire that I wore everyday (also silver) for nearly 10+ years never once had a diamond fall out so having this occur 3 times in one and half years on an $850 ring seems like bad quality and customer service. Very disappointing given I was such a believer in DY and had other rings on my future Xmas list that I now will need to reconsider.

Use to love DY, and as a family we bought a lot of DY jewelry. Bought a (not the most expensive) mens onyx bracelet as a Christmas gift for my son. Made in China written on the plastic bags. Amazon sells an almost identical bracelet for $25,- We are going to return it. Not worth the DY price tag this time around. It looks cheap.

Bought an engagement ring here and Morris was awesome!

Great service. Always helpful and knowledgeable. One of my men’s bracelet magnets fell out. Walked in and they swapped it for a new one. Love a brand that’ll stand behind their products.

I use to love this shop and was chosen it for any reason. Not now. The customer service has gone down to a “ Walmart “ level. Sadly, will say goodbye to David’s jewelry and choose other respectful brands over it.

Very disappointed. Spent over $500 on a mens bracelet. Looks great but has broken twice. Will not give money back. Will never buy again. Buyer beware
